Had an emergency where I needed a plumber to fix a possible frozen pipe with no water in my mobile home. Ultimate professional! Very personable and explained everything to me as someone who knows nothing about plumbing. She even fixed a connection under my sink. From the person I talked with on the phone, to the person who called back to say someone was on the way to the actual professional who showed up within an hour of my emergency call, I couldn’t say more about the service. Awesome company!

Murphys law it happened, our hot water tank went on a Saturday afternoon. After calling my service company, who said they couldn't make it out till Monday. I found Spencer, called and spoke to a human ( that was pleasant) I was told they are pretty sure they had a tank in their warehouse, they confirmed and said they are finishing up on a job and would be out to my house in a couple of hours. Sure enough I received a text, they were on the way. They pulled the old one out, installed the new one, clean plumbing and gas connections fired it up, filled the tank. By dinner time hot water was running perfectly. Workmanship was clearly done by professional experts.
I will have to revist the service company I have been using for over a decade.

We had fire alarms that needed servicing. We had one start beeping at 2am and Jeff from Spencer came out the next day. He was on-time, knowledgeable, friendly and service was exceptional. He was able to access our alarms that were high on our vaulted ceilings. Jeff diagnosed and fix the issue quickly and assessed what needed to be done in the future to make sure we were up to code. Rich and his team were phenomenal in diagnosing and fixing our clogged septic system issue. He and his team were timely, polite, extremely knowledgeable, and resolved the issue in the same service call. While at my home I also had them clean out some sink and bathroom shower drains as well. I very highly recommend Rich and Spencer Home Services to anyone in need of any related plumbing, drain, sewer/septic, or heating service needs!

I hired Spencer Contracting to help clear a blocked sewer line. Two other companies tried for 3 days and were not successful. It was clear to me from the first visit with Rich and Oscar how knowledgeable they were. Rich was so determined to fix my issue, he tried several methods that no one else did. Rich and Oscar were able to determine where the blockage was which was just out of reach from the snake they had because it was such a long line. They created a plan to clear it the following day. The next day, Oscar and Cesar came back and did an incredible job clearing the line. They dug up the pipes in my back yard to access the sewer line. They were able to clear the line from this access point. They also installed a clean out that is ground level so I can access in the future without digging up the yard again. They have tools that no other company has. I highly recommend Spencer Home Services, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable! So glad I called them! Oscar and Cesar went above and beyond to help me and they were both so friendly to talk to.

We had an emergency furnace issue with 5 degree F temperatures and our furnace company told us that they couldn't help us. We called a dozen furnace companies and none would do anything for us until we got a hold of Spencer. Within an hour of the call, we had Rich at our house diagnosing the issue and he had us up and running within the hour. Highly recommended.

At each encounter the team explained what caused the house's main sewer pipe to fail. Recommendations were made and the work was started.

We had a great experience with Spencer Home Services. We had furnace issues. Our first technician Steve, was knowledgeable, and very personable. He found the problem pretty quickly. After ordering the part, a different technician, Jesse, came back a few days later to do the install. He was also extremely nice, and got the job done in barely an hour. Fantastic service all around. Highly recommend.

We requested an emergency service after realizing that the oil burner and thermostats in the house were not speaking to one another. Jesse showed up shortly after we called and spent some quality time in our basement solving the issue quickly. We appreciated the diligence as the temperature had dipped to single digits. They did an excellent job replacing our heating system on very short notice, just before a snowstorm. They came out the evening we called to assess the situation and had the unit replaced the very next day. The technicians, led by Jesse L., were professional, hardworking, and kept us well informed throughout the process. Highly recommended.

Charles Barragan was able to come out for an emergency troubleshooting visit for our HVAC! We got slammed with snow and woke up to practically no heat in our house. I had a great experience with Rich from Spencer regarding the frozen pipes I experienced during the weekend storm. The company responded rapidly and kept me informed about the call.
Rich immediately assessed the situation and got to work right away. He had to replace many pipes that had frozen solid. He returned the next day with Paul. They insulated the entire basement, windows and door also. They got the entire floor thawed, replaced the many broken pipes and got the system up and running.

Rich and his team at Spencer are incredible. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. We purchased a new home and he quickly helped diagnose an issue with our sewer line. It could've been an extremely stressful situation, especially as a first time home owner, but he helped keep me calm by being both reassuring and realistic about the situation. He explained things thoroughly and made sure I saw and understood what we were working with. He always made himself available to answer any questions at any time of day (and I had a lot). He was always patient. You can tell he really cares about fixing the problem and respecting you and your home, almost like it was his own. To top it all off, the end result of their work was unreal! It was a big job but they all made it look so quick and easy. Their team worked very well together with zero disruption to me and finished in one day. The finished result was incredible, absolutely beautiful work and the attention to detail they had was more than I could ask for. Literally, they thought and took care of things I didn't even think to ask about. I felt so lucky not to only find great support in them, but also great work as well. Sometimes it feels like you get one or the other. Highly recommend!

The repair process was explained to us in detail, step by step and was explained so we could understand the process. The date for the repair was scheduled and the team arrived on time and worked until it was completed on the same day. They left the area as they found it totally clean. Rich, Oscar, and Paul did an awesome job lining our sewer pipe from the basement to the city connection and then replacing the old (really old) cast iron drain lines in the basement. The guys were great to chat with and were a big help with getting this phase of my basement project wrapped up with no drama. Also, their company’s communication is top notch. They actually reached out after the work was done to check in on how things are going. I’ve spent way more money with another big local plumbing/HVAC company and didn’t hear a peep from them afterwards. I’ll definitely recommend them to friends and family in the area.

In the past I had Michael from Spenser come out to fix my shower and he did an excellent job. Clean, professional and easy going. On Suoer Bowl Sunday my hot water tank went. I called Spenser and they were great to deal with on the phone. I asked for them to fix it Monday and again Michael came out and did a great job. I would not hesitate in calling them again for plumbing, electrical and other services. It’s great to find a company who you can trust and have peace of mind.

Spencer’s team, from the estimator (Rich), to the admin (Bob), to the on-site crew (Bryan, Paul, Julio, Brian, Jean, Oscar, and Cesar) were phenomenal. This company, although not the cheapest bid, had the most impressive response times, professionalism, and most importantly, efficient solution to repair my particular main sewer line misalignment.

On the day of repair, they arrived right at 7am on the dot, and was able to finish the repair by 2:30pm as promised. They were so thorough with their cleaning of the basement and front lawn that you would’ve never known they were here at all.
