Great service from start to finish. The technician arrived earlier than anticipated which I very much appreciated. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with our heating system and had it repaired within 20 minutes. Very professional, transparent and explained everything clearly. The heating is now ruining perfectly!

Spencer Home Services has done several plumbing jobs for me and were quick and efficient. They also have an electrician, Geoff Misci, who does fantastic work as well. Always friendly, kind, knowledgeable and professional. I’m planning more work with them in the near future.

Rich and Oscar came out to evaluate the issue. Rich was thorough and expert in plumbing. I was a bit nervous about relining but Rich addressed all my questions/concerns. They scheduled me quickly as it was a sewer pipe issue. Lucky for me, there was a cancellation so they came earlier.
Oscar and Caesar were professional, friendly and courteous. Oscar was knowledgeable, well experienced , explained in detail, and asked if I had questions. They checked connections for issues prior to leaving. I would highly recommend Spencer Home svcs.

My water main broke New Year’s Eve night called Spencer and the guys were out in no time. Excellent experience from Bryan , Paul ,Ceaser , and Julio guy’s absolutely killed it. Looks like nothing even happened had water back up by the ball drop appreciate you guys fantastic work!!

We needed to replace our lead water service line. Spencer sent out a team to evaluate our situation and quickly came up with a quote. We had 3 estimates, and they were in the ballpark, but had the most professional approach and guarantee of service. So, it made sense to go with them. The work was scheduled very quickly and on the day of, everything went smoothly and they were finished by early afternoon. Clean up was also very good. The crew was super friendly . . . Brian, Bryan, Julio, Jean, and Paul were great to work with; impressive job all around.

Had a great experience with Spencer Home Services. They came out to clean our boiler and were thorough, professional, and easy to work with. During the cleaning, they found a cracked pipe that could’ve turned into a bigger issue if it went unnoticed. I appreciated that they caught it early and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell or pressure us. Solid work, honest service, and good communication. Would definitely recommend and will use them again.

Incredible experience! Peter’s crew, Steve, Jessie and Charles went above and beyond replacing our furnace…. On the coldest night of the year….very professional, kind and courteous…clean install. Followed up the following day to fine tune and be sure everything is working perfect.

Shout out to Chuck and Kris of Spencer Home Services for doing an excellent job of cleaning multiple duct vents. In addition to thoroughly cleaning the insides of each duct, they meticulously cleaned all of the covers, front and back. They were also extremely courteous and clean. They wore shoe covers and carefully moved any furnishings when necessary. Very satisfied customer!

I have struggled with bathtub drainage and used all available for me tools. Nothing worked. Richard showed up the same day I called for help. Great demeanor and listening skills helped during my ranting about what I have done. He was polite, listened, and got to work. He quickly located the problem, fixed it, and waited until I checked if the water drains as it should. I liked he himself also double checked my assessment. Service was excellent. My house is in the process of being tidied up (complete mess). I appreciated that no comment or judgement was made. Rich was focused on getting the job done. The price was reasonable for the work done. Thank you!

Had Spencer come to clear out a clogged kitchen sink. Mike was great, clean and spent time clearing the stubborn clog for it deep in the drainage line. Turned out to be a little more cost for extra effort was required but job was done to satisfaction. From initial contact call with Angel and notice of arrival tim from Mike, Spenser Services continues to be a solid customer service company.

These guys are the best! Richie, Cesare , & Oscar did an outstanding job relining an old root infested clay tile sewer pipe for me. They came in and got right to work and didn't stop until the job was complete. It's amazing how hard they worked and made the sewer pipe like brand new without having to dig up the concrete patio or the road. The price was well worth it and I'm glad I don't have to worry about that backing up ever again.

Spencer installed a 40 ft pipe liner on my home sewer pipe. Great experience end-to-end. Will and Rich did a detailed video inspection and walked my through the process. Cesar and Oscar, the installation specialists did the work. The team was professional and took the time to explain each stage of their work plan. Pricing was competitive. I had a third party plumber review the pricing for reasonableness. The Spencer team followed up post job completion to make sure I was happy with the work and the team, which, I appreciated.

I had an excellent experience with Spencer Home Services replacing my main water line — nearly 200 feet long! The crew worked efficiently and managed to finish everything within a single day, which was very impressive.

I couldn’t be more grateful for the team from Spencer who came out after Monday’s blizzard to complete our CIPP sewer line repair. Oscar, Cesar, Chuck, and Bryan (who plowed out the driveway) were outstanding from start to finish!
They addressed a sewer line with multiple root intrusions that had been causing blockages, as well as a cavity in the old cast iron pipe that was allowing runoff to leak back through the foundation and into the house. The team thoroughly prepped the line by clearing the roots and descaling the pipe. Once done, they shot the new pipe in and cured it so that we have a single continuous sewer line pipe to the city main. They also removed the aging cast iron wye connection and replaced it with a new PVC fitting.
Throughout the entire process, they were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. I asked a lot of questions, and they were happy to walk me through everything - from the materials being used, to how measurements are taken, how the resin is applied, and how the curing process works. I truly appreciated the education and transparency. I now have a much better understanding of my home’s sewer system and the work that was done.
They were also very respectful of our home, keeping the work areas clean and carefully protecting our light-colored carpet with drop cloths. After the work was done, they cleaned up everything and it was almost like they weren't here at all. They treated our home like it was their own.

Also, thank you as well to Rich, who came out on Saturday to assess the situation and scope the line, and to Angel and the front office staff who answered my questions over the weekend on timing for the job and if a plow would be possible. Every person I spoke with was friendly, responsive, and understanding.
An exceptional team and an excellent experience all around - highly recommend!
