I had a very positive experience with Quality Sewer and Drain. I had four contractors come out and all tell me the repairs would require digging, town permits, and upwards of $12,000 - just to fix the one broken part of the line. Russ and his team came out and were able to fully reline my entire sewer line in under 3 hours for less than half the cost of the other guys.

I’ve already recommended Russ to several of my neighbors dealing with the same issue. I could tell off the bat that he was there to give me reliable, honest information and wasn’t trying to upsell me or take advantage of the situation. He even gave me advice on how to help mitigate the situation if the repair wasn’t in the budget right now. I would absolutely hire him again, but since he did such a great job, I know I won’t need to.

We had a sewer back up Christmas night. We called Quality sewer at 7 AM the day after Christmas and left a voice mail. Our call was returned within 5 minutes. Russell had a prior commitment but promised to be at our home between 10 & 11 AM. He arrived at 10 AM and assessed our sewer system. Due to the design of our service the pipes were backed up about 3 feet above the drain access, meaning when opened we’d have a massive rush of sewer water enter our basement laundry area. Due to experience, Russell found an alternative entry point which made the clearing process much more difficult, but he cleared two blockages and avoided further waste entering our home. Once the system was cleared Russell examined the system and showed us color video of sludge build up and suggested water jetting to prevent future issues, and scheduled that process for the following day. Russell arrived quickly, explained every step and showed us video, giving us piece of mind. His equipment was all in good working order, and his work ethic was above average. In my experience, Russell is a rarity in the trades these days, a true professional. As far as cost, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised at how fair he was. Over all, I would strongly suggest his services.

We contacted Russ and his team when we moved into our new home to do a main sewer pipe inspection. He was great on coming over quickly to do an inspection and cleaning it out the same day when a clog was found. After talking through the issue, we decided to do a pipeless trench lining to repair the pipe. Russ and co. was able to get in and get this work done before we moved into our new home which saved us the headache of having workers here while we were moving in. Would 100% recommend and reach out to them again if any issues came up!

I had an estimate from another company for over $10,000. Russ from quality came in dropped his camera did not see what the other company saw! Russ was honest and saved me $10,000. He did the work. Really can't say enough about the communication and level of service. We called about a clogged drain, phone answered right away, we scheduled an appointment for which he was a couple minutes early for. Russ fixed our problem easily and then worked with us on another issue. He was fair and honest. It's nice when you get a customer experience that easily could be rated 10 stars. Highly recommend!

Russ was so professional, reliable and trustworthy. We worked with him and his team in May 2021 to line our 100 year old cast iron sewer pipe. Even when he encountered a few challenges on his end, it didn't impact our service or schedule. He truly went above and beyond to deliver the highest quality, was friendly, communicative and a pleasure to work with.

Russ was responsive to our call for assistance and arrived within 20 minutes of our call. We have an old house with 8 people and 4 are over 90. The lesson learned was that flushable wipes are not flushable. Russ made certain that everything worked perfectly before leaving. He is highly skilled, courteous and was thorough in making certain that all systems were properly functioning before leaving. We strongly suggest using Russ for any drain issues. Russ, the owner of the business was wonderful to work with. After buying a new home in 2021 and finding out our sewer lines needed repair we didn’t know where to turn. I found Russ on Facebook and he was so responsive, explained everything and answered all our questions. He came out and provided a quote and we setup a time for him to return to line our sewer pipes. we had a recurring drain issue, and Russell joe, Jr came out to check it for us. he took care of the immediate problem, and said he could return in a day or two to fix the other issue. however, he called later that morning and said he ended up with some time, would I like him to come back today and finish! EXCEPTIONAL service, QUALITY work!!! we love supporting local businesses, and this is one of the best! (Although, we hope we don't need you again)! ; )

I highly recommend Quality Sewer and Drain. Russ did a great job isolating the leak in my pool plumbing. He bisected the pipe and determined the area of the leak to minimize cutting the concrete. They came when they said they would, work was done quickly and clean up was fantastic. I highly recommend Russ and trust he genuinely cares for his customers. He could have made this a big project but he was looking out for me and the least invasive way to get the job done.

We had a major emergency issue arise, and based on local recommendations reached out to Russ and his team. I cannot say enough about how timely and professional he was to work with throughout. In assessing our drain issue (which progressively became complex as we discovered what actually had happened over the years), Russ answered my questions, empathized with our situation, always did an excellent job setting expectations, and inspired our trust all along because of how he handled and anticipated next steps. Our project required real-time troubleshooting, cameras, excavation, engaging the city, and handling permits and it was executed flawlessly. It is clearly evident he has the utmost care and responsibility about every bit of the work his own team as well as his trusted partnered contractors do. By project's end our drains were properly set in-ground, and we were blown away by how skillfully the team minimized impact to the project area...even saving a treasured old bush while essentially redeeming what was wrong underneath. He also followed up to make sure things were working as expected, which I really appreciated. Every service provider should take a page out of Russ and his team's book on working with customers.
