We had an odd smell in the shop. It smelt like a sewer line was potentially backing up. Diagnosing this was over my pay grade. Come to find out, we had a partially clogged sewer line going out to an underground trap. They were able to use a camera snake and find the clogged spot. It was far down the line, so they decided to bring in their jetting rig to clear the lines. They were in and out in a timely manner and didn’t have to interrupt or slow down our business what so ever. I HIGHLY suggest Russ and his crew for any of your sewer, drain or septic needs!!! A+ Service!!! Thanks guys!!!

So I have to update my review to even 10 Stars... I had a big issue with a pipe underground in a very historic building. Russ and the team diagnosed the issue went above and beyond and upon finishing works perfectly and the area was cleaner than when they arrived. in the middle of other emergencies... Russ came to help me... I am so grateful and would call no other drain service!

Our dental office found ourselves in an extremely precarious situation on Saturday with a completely clogged pipe, a sink that wouldn't drain, and didn't know what to do. Called for someone to clear a sink drain. Showed up less than an hour later and after discussing another issue we were having, the tech jumped into action and had the other issue resolved and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Russ The Owner of quality service and drain came in with a camera set up and showed me where the roots were invading my drain line. They used their equipment to completely clean my drain line. I was very impressed with the speed, accuracy and quality of work. I highly recommend the service.
4/5/24. Tree persisted and Russ cleared and lined our main sewer line. What once was a problem we had to deal with every five years became every year most recently. The system they used is most impressive. I’m very grateful for the peace of mind.

Did very poor work in our building and went radio silent when asked to come back as we are under warranty for 1 year. We ended up needing to pay money out of pocket to fix all the mistakes that they made since we never heard back. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Something is wrong with the management at this place- I was charged twice for a single purchase, and when I asked to be credited for the overcharge I was continuously put off, being told the problem would resolve itself eventually. After repeated calls I finally got the salesman to agree to issue a credit. But when I checked my credit card statement I saw that they had actually charged me a third time! Unbelievable! I also asked the CC company to look into this for me but they have not been able to get a response from the company. It’s unclear how or if I will ever get my money back. I don’t even know what to try next since they are obviously incapable of correctly processing a routine CC transaction. Save yourself a lot of trouble and find another plumbing supply place to deal with.
