Used Precision Plumbing for tap repair in a commercial space. Scheduling was flexible around business hours. The technician worked efficiently and left the area clean. Solid professional service.

​I used their drain cleaning service for a recurring backup in the floor drain near the washing machine. They used a high-pressure system that seemed much more effective than the snakes I’ve tried using myself. Everything has been draining perfectly for three weeks now.

I had my toilet repaired by Precision Plumbing and was impressed by the attention to detail. The plumber explained the repair process clearly and left everything clean. Felt like a real professional service.

​The tap repair in the kitchen was long overdue. The service was quick and the plumber was very polite. He even checked the shut-off valves under the sink to make sure they weren't seized up. It’s those little details that make a business stand out.

​Our water heater installation was completed yesterday and we are very happy with the service. They were careful moving the heavy unit through our narrow hallways and didn't leave a single mark. The hot water is consistent now which is a nice change.

​The shower repair involved replacing a faulty diverter that was stuck. The technician was able to find a matching part for our older fixture which saved us from a full replacement. He was very skilled and the transaction was handled professionally. It is great to have a fully functional shower again.

​The shower installation was the final piece of our bathroom renovation and it turned out exactly how we envisioned. The team worked well with our tile contractor to ensure the plumbing pipe repair was done before the walls went up. I really value the communication they provided throughout the entire project.

they are not good for the whirlpool bath tub. The contractor gave up on the whirlpool tub and insisted that I asking me to replace the motor, even though I had told him that the GFI switch had tripped off during my analysis and the motor kept running. It was just a problem with the air switch, since we couldn't stop motor once plugged in. I didn't agree with the contractor's recommendation to cut the panel underneath and replace it. Also, contractor even didn't know how to open Panel underneath the tub. Overall, I was not very happy with the kind of diagnosis that the contractor performed and he did not seem experienced with the tub.

However, I remained patient and replaced the air switch myself, and now the tub is working nicely. I kept telling the contractor that the GFI switch had tripped off and the motor was working, and that we needed to fix the switch nicely. After learning the technique on YouTube, I was able to fix the switch myself and it worked for me.

I wish I could rate this 6 stars. Great service here. Always very professional, punctual and reasonably priced. My go-to when I need piping!

Excellent response time fixed problem first time

Have used Hackett plumbing a few times-always cordial, professional on time and do a great job, they have serviced both plumbing and heating needs, in fact replaced my burner in June of this year and it looks and runs great, also has reduced my heating costs, great guys!

I had these guys out to my house to fix a noisy heating pump in the basement, and to do a general review of the heating system, since it hadn't been done in a couple years. Two hours later, they come upstairs and say it's all fixed. Great!

Two weeks later, the new pump is making the exact same sounds as before. I called them to express my disappointment that the new pump would make the same sounds so quickly and to have them come out to fix it again.

I spoke with one of the Hackett brothers, who didn't identify himself, and who seemed entirely uninterested in the fact the work his company had done hadn't lasted a month. He also stated that the pump normally makes that sound, when there are two identical ones working silently right next to it. He said I'd get a call back sometime the next day. A week later, no call.

1 star, for terrible customer service, and shoddy workmanship. There are many other local plumbers in the area, and I'd recommend looking elsewhere before engaging this company. Unfortunately, I will have to.

Rick and his team installed two high efficiency combo heating/hot water systems into my multi-family property. There was some considerable work needed to be done in order to even get the systems into the building from a logistical perspective. Rick and his team did the work in just a matter of days.
