Hired Keith brothers again and they were great again. This time installing a garbage disposal , 3 toilets and a pedestal sink. The needed to do some wall work which I fixed and it looks great. The toilets I received were missing seats and they ordered them. No fund or delay. Seats were good except 1 in the wrong color and they resolved it immediately running to the supply house and fixing it. Great company , great communication, great work.

This was the second time problems in a new home caused me to urgently need service. The first time was for a dead water heater and today was for a bad valve in the shower. From Mia on the phone, to Chris and Grant doing the work, I could not be more pleased with the professionalism, responsiveness and quality service I have experience with this team. If Chris was not doing this work, he would make a great teacher. Each time I have worked with him he has taught me about the infrastructure of my home and how to keep things working smoothly. I am a customer for life.

I have had Keith Brothers come to my house a few times now for pipe issues, and they have always been professional, courteous, and quick. Today, I had them come and fix a sink drain behind our wall, and in the process they found another pipe leak and replaced our toilet as well. Excellent service and well worth the money.

We had a toilet emergency. I called my plumber who couldn't be in the area but called his back up, Keith Brothers. They came with in10 min. Fixed the toilet and problem so fast & efficiently. Pleasant and kind. Totally recommend.

This is the second time we have called Keith Brothers for plumbing projects at our 100+ YO home, and I'm very satisfied with their service. We needed several items done - replacing valves and booking up a washing machine (that we had delivered by an outside vendor who refused to install bc of the pipes we had); and addressing a leaky shower due to a broken diverter and toilet with rusted bolts and a previously failed repair. I called on a Monday and the secretary (sorry, I don’t remember her name, I think Mia but not sure?) helped me get an appointment within a few days. The plumbers Chris and Grant were professional, communicative and up front with pricing and cost, and got all of the work done within 4 hours. I also appreciated the text updates on their arrival time, including a picture of the technician that would be coming to our home. Thank you again Keith Brothers. Highly recommend.
