Prompt service for a blocked faucet after storm. Got us up and running in minutes a quick review of the need for more shut offs. They could have done the work but said it was not needed. Trust is an important and they passed with flying colors

I contacted Clayton McKay during the busiest week of the winter with frozen pipes. Much to my surprise, they were able to come out within a few hours. The Plumber was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as we explored options to prevent this from happening again. It's always nice when you call a company and get a human on the phone and texted me within an hour with an appointment time range . I am so grateful and had a good experience with this company and highly recommend them.

We did not receive services from them as they required 100% payment of estimated costs prior to starting the work. I have not used them in the past and did not feel comfortable with this arrangement. I offered a deposit but was told full payment is required. The itemized invoice of work to be done did appear complete and we were satisfied with the cost.

Our experience with McKay is always professional, quick and personable. I love knowing that the people who live local to us are the ones keeping our home working. They are extremely communicative and it’s so easy to follow up by texting pictures so they know what exactly the problem is and how to come prepared

I had an emergency n÷d for a plumber at my home. I had heard of 8th Bend Plumbing through a neighborhood Facebook page and gave them a call around lunchtime. They were here by 4vPM, extremely pleasant and went above and beyond to take care of the issue. They also showed me some other concerns to be aware of. After, they sent follow up notes and quotes to address the other areas of concern.

We’ve used Alex and his team for several projects both big and small - from replacing a garbage disposal and shower fixtures to installing a mini split system and a whole house water filtration system- and have always been very happy with the quality of the work and professionalism. They are very pleasant to work with and we are planning to have them back to work on a new bathroom install. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service. Easy to make appointment on phone. Alex was on time professional and personable. He kept in mind home cleanliness with shoe covers and a large cloth runner was used when he brought in the new water heater. He clearly explained all about the process and cost, plus answered any questions intelligently. I highly recommend 8th Bend Plumbing and will let my friends and family know.

I haven’t even paid them to do any work yet and already I can tell you that I’ve had a five star experience with this company. Alex came out and not only gave me a quote, but he was incredibly professional, friendly and the kind of person you want to do business with. The only plumber in the Plymouth county area that gets back to you in a timely manner. I have to reaching out to over four different plumbing services and companies with little to no response, the moment I called eighth bend Karen picked up the phone, was ready to schedule some thing not only that I was able to get text alerts and they have a great application system for quoting. He gave me a multitude of options. He never held back on pricing and is very transparent. I’m still waiting for my quote, but I guarantee you I will be using them to put in a garbage disposal in my new home and any other plumbing needs I need from here on out. Great company, even better people.

We had an outdoor shower for 17 years and the head lasted that long and started up each year. This year it didn’t so I called 8th Bend Plumbing and they replaced it and it was a fair price for labor and the shower head.
Now it’s like new.

8th Bend was great. They quickly called me and set an appointment. The plumber Tim showed up when promised, was polite and friendly and got the job done in no time. The pricing was VERY reasonable. We will definitely use them for our future needs!

There was a scheduling miscommunication about getting the water turned on at my house after being shut off for the winter.
I believed that it was going to be all turned on yesterday (June 12).
I arrived yesterday afternoon from Los Angeles to a house with no water and no gas. I was completely panicked and anxious.
Karen immediately got on the phone with the town of Falmouth water department and shuffled Tim’s schedule around.
The town came out and Tim arrived and got everything on and working.
I know that both Karen and Tim went above and beyond to make this happen.
I am incredibly grateful to both of them!

Tim was great. Very professional. Prior to work, he explained install procedure clearly and answered all our questions. After water heater was replaced, he went over details of the unit and proper future maintenance. They leave the work area very clean. Love that they always wear shoe covers in your house, to show respect for your property! Have used 8th Bend before and always go back to this company.
