We had a leak in our toilet the parts in the tank needed replacing. A neighbor recommended 8th Bend Pluming. The service department scheduled the job sending email messages confirming appointment. Thank you for arrival notice on the scheduled date.

This was our first experience with 8th Bend Plumbing, who was referred to us by our fixture supplier. Everything about their service was awesome. The appointment was easy and convenient to setup. The technician Tim was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and did neat, expert work. 8th Bend is the only plumber I’ll be using from now on.

Prompt, fair price (was my 2nd estimate), plus veteran's discount. Tim was very nice and explained everything. Will definitely call 8th Bend again!

Had 8th bend come out to install a whole house water filter system, as usual the service was professional and fairly priced. Have used 8th Bend exclusively for all of our plumbing jobs over the last few years (dishwasher install, pool plumbing, toilet replacement, etc) and have always been extremely happy with their service and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Tim from 8th Bend plumbing was absolutely awesome.
He diagnosed our multiple problems, provided interactive discussion and options, like repair or replace, all costs associated. We totally felt comfortable with the guidance and decisions made.
Very very awesome business, solid office admin support, very easy to schedule apt.
Now, the competition…….i called (5) other plumbers, their admin folks were rude and condescending, no customer service skills at all, terrible guidance on repair costs……. Basically they said “if we show up you owe us a min of $200, even if they do nothing”. They basically said service and bills are 100% unbound, crazy how they stay in business!!

Alex came out to do 2 sink repairs and flushed out my tankless water heater. I was so impressed with his attention to detail. He took his time, was super thorough, and explained everything. The price for the whole job was very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend using them. I will be a repeat customer!!!

Tim from 8th Bend is very professional. He was on time and well organized for the three jobs at hand. He installed a mixing valve and 2 new silcock valves in a short time. The initial quote was very accurate to the labor and materials required for the job. I highly recommend this plumbing outfit.

The whole experience with 8th bend was a pleasure. Everyone from Karen at the office to Tim who serviced my hot water tank. I was having an expansion tank issue and the PRV was releasing. He fixed the problem AND stuck around for over an hour to make sure the repair worked. Amazing customer service, can’t recommend them enough.

Diagnostic service call for water leak in shower area: Very prompt response and service call. Alex was very thorough, efficient, methodical, and analytical. A plan was put into place to further track down the source of the problem, which may very well not directly be related to a leak in valves and pipes. I am very pleased and satisfied.

We were very pleased from the get-go speaking with Karen on the phone. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful and understood our situation. She scheduled Tim to come out right away at 1 o’clock. He was very prompt. Did a beautiful job installing our toilet very pleasant I would highly recommend them.

Tim and Sean were excellent, they explained everything clearly and their work was exemplary. They completed their work in the estimated time and explained how everything works after they finished. They left the space as clean, if not cleaner than how they found it. No complaints at all. As a follow on, Rob Chaves came back on the following Monday, to complete the circuit installation for the water heater. He was here and gone in just over an hour, also worked very efficiently, and left the space clean. All in all my experience with 8th Bend was exceptional.

Tim arrived on time. He was polite and friendly. He quickly assessed the problem and clearly explained what needed to be repaired. He worked methodically and with confidence, using his tools with skill; it was obvious that he had quite a bit of experience. His work was very neat and professional. Once completed, he cleaned up the work area thoroughly. All-in-all it was a very good experience.

Alex has been our plumber for 5 years. He is very professional, experienced, and does a wonderful job. Everyone that we have recommended 8th Bend Plumbing to was very pleased.

I called last minute due to a burst pipe and they squeezed us in. Tim found more issues and spent the day here repairing things for me. Professional fast and friendly. Glad I found them! Will be using them for my new filtration system and any future repairs.
