My situation with my electrical panel was serious, yes serious. This company jumped through loops to fulfill their promise to give me a quote. Additionally, considering the dangerous situation than I was in, he rated my issue top priority. Within a couple of hours, I was able to. breathe easy. I strongly recommend him to anyone searching for Electrician with a situation like mine.

Called for service on a small drip from a bathroom faucet, and said the shut offs do not work, they said they would be there the next day, guy showed up and took everything apart and said I needed a new faucet, well if you had told me 20 minutes ago, I could have run over to Lowe’s and grabbed one. He said he would put everything back together and I said can I shut the water off and he said yes. He left, handles are not lined up, leaking worse, and I can’t shut off the water. I am an air traffic controller and I am so stressed from this experience, I don’t know what to do. Look for another plumber I guess. All I know is I’m sure this is all my fault, all I did was call for service.

McKay was responsive, very professional and knowledgeable. After the job, they quickly came back when I noticed something that ended up being unrelated.

Always our first call is to McKay! Techs were here within hours and although t hey weren't able to remedy our clogged septic pipe they referred us to another company.

Came within a day to fix the issue with our burner. It is done with good quality professional and good knowledge of the issue. Made us safe!

They were Awesome and did a great job showed up immediately did the work in under a hour and they were respectful and cleaned up after they finished the job I highly recommend this company other plumbers we had kept charging us just to look at the job and actually never even tried to fix the problem but this company did everything in less than a hour and did a fantastic job they will be my go to plumber with any other plumbing issues we even have thank you again

I was very please with the quick emergency service I received on a Friday afternoon at closing time. I have never used this company before and was very pleased that I got my issue resolved immediately which did not cause anymore damage to my home. I will be using this company as my new plumbers!! They were also very courteous to me to be aware that this was an emergency call and they will be back during normal business hours next week to do a couple of more fixes for me so I would not get charged more.

McKay Plumbing and Heating came to repair my leaking toilet and dripping faucet. Andrew and his helper showed up on time. Roberto arrived within the scheduled hour. He was friendly and an efficient professional. He answered all our questions and unclogged our sink pipe within 45 minutes.

Fixed frozen water pipes from boiler and got the heat back on in about an hour. So efficient and fast. Excellent service.

They came to fix gas burner. Tech “ cleared air in the line. “ The heat did not work and called again. Someone came out 2 days later and said it was an electrical disaster. Stated his boss had an abscessed tooth . That was it no heat no call back just a bill. I heard from the company today stating the invoice was an error. They will be refunding my payment acknowledging they were unable to resolve the issue.
