Finding solid contractors to come help on a Saturday on Cape for an emergency is tough, Devin & the team made it as seamless as possible & I felt like they really cared!

Then, even better, a supervisor came to double check some things to make sure we were in the best shape possible!

Technician was professional, thorough and explained everything. $700+ plus labor charge to install a $136. part that took ess than an hour seemed excessive.

Had $500. Work done for me, great, I'm still waiting for the receipt I requested by phone, also still have not received an email they said they'd send. I need it for my records "Still waiting!"

We had a slow bathtub drain that was creating a backup when using the shower. Scheduling could not have been easier and the technician was actually able to arrive earlier than originally planned. He was professional and completed the work promptly. They didn't find any extra problems and we were thrilled at the results. I would highly recommend them and it was great they were local.

Job keeping me up to date until Ricardo arrived. Ricardo did an outstanding job in all respects. We are very pleased with his service and enjoyed meeting him.

Had flapper replaced in toilet for over $400. Tech spent more time in his truck than working on toilet. I can hear the water trickling again, 1 week after repair. I also wanted the faucet replaced, but declined after being quoted $500 for that (i had the faucet already).

Fast response to our call. Very professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything before performed work and cost. Would definitely recommend for all their services.

Gilbert & his assistant, Jayden did a great job unclogging our bedroom drain. He also took the time to explain how clogs develop and advised us to use an enzyme product monthly to keep the drains clean and free of stuff that develops in the pipes. As an aside, Gilbert's music recommendation, Andre Rieu is very enjoyable and an easy listen.

Never a good day when your toilet leaks all over your entire house, but thanks to Ricardo. everything was cleaned up and fixed fast! He could not have made a terrible night any better -great service and a very kind man!

Technician came during the scheduled time, solved the problem and was courteous and professional. I was worried that I would overpay because of the rotorooter brand but I paid $125 less than the quote I got from another plumber plus I got a 6 month warranty.

Christian was great! He fixed multiple toilet plumbing issues and was very friendly and helpful to teach about the issues. Definitely would recommend.

We had a tough kitchen drain clog about 20’ down the line. Gabe arrived and went right to work. He snaked it nearly a half dozen times, using his experienced bag of tricks to clear the grease clog. Even when it seemed clear he went back to it to make sure the entire pipe was free of residue. Gabe was excellent. He was dedicated to the work and clearly a professional. He made sure everything was clean and tidy, even refolding the towels that were underneath the sink. After he finished he gave us some tips to be sure that the drain didn’t re-clog. As a face of this large company, he was polite and courteous. Roto-Rooter should be proud to call him an employee.

We would definitely recommend Vincent! He arrived very quickly and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Our shower was not draining at all and it ended up being from an incorrectly installed drain cylinder (installed by a different company) that had gotten loose in the pipe. Vincent snaked the drain and was able to pull the trapped piece out and thoroughly clean the drain. Our shower has never drained better! He cleaned up after and we couldn’t have been more happy with the entire experience. Thank you Vincent!

We had the exact same work done by South Shore Drain service 6 months ago.
They charged a reasonable $300.
Your charge of $681 for 25 minutes of work, was absolutely ridiculous.
I’d like a $300 refund.

McKay/R Clayton Services is a can-do problem solving company. I had an urgent HVAC problem requiring the repositioning of bathroom HVAC vents! From the initial call to the estimate to the project completion, it was an easy, straightforward communication. I was kept up to date on every step of the process through phone and texts. I am switching my HVAC maintenance contract to this oustanding company.

No AC on Sunday and they were so helpful to get someone out at 7AM on Monday. They offered Sunday evening, but considering it was a weekend, the repair fee would be very expensive. The gentleman came first thing this morning and discovered a leak in our system and was able to put some refrigerant in right away. At the moment, we have AC, as we review our current options. These guys are great!! Thank you!
