Justin went above and beyond with a drain blockage issue I dealt with. He did the standard tricks of the trade, which failed to resolve the issue. But when most technicians would’ve called it a day, he tried a few last things and was able to get my pipes good as new. Great explanations of what was being done and why it needed to be done. Definitely will work with them again.

They came within hours of requesting service. The clog didn’t clear on the first attempt but Ramon didn’t quit. He spent 90 mins trying and was ultimately successful at 9pm. I really appreciate that he didn’t shrug and pass it off to be someone else’s problem.

Not going to lie, though. The phone call and knock on my door in the next several hours of people trying to upsell more services turned me off. I understand in the future I will need to have another service repair done, but knocking on my door and telling me your here because I agreed that I wanted this service done is not appreciated. I said I would call when the time came. And then someone shows up unannounced? Not cool.
Devin took care of the problem for now. The other 2 guys calling and/or knocking at my door doesn't make me feel like this was a good experience. Hard sell sales never work with me. They turn me off...

I want a company I feel good about having a relationship with. Don't try to fast talk me into something I haven't even had time to process.

I recently had a clogged kitchen sink that was driving me crazy, and I called for plumbing service Roto-Rooter.

To my surprise, the plumber who arrived was quite young named JJ, maybe only 19 years old. He was incredibly professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly assessed the situation, efficiently used a snake to clear the blockage, and had my sink draining perfectly in no time. I was really impressed by his skill and speed.

He was also polite and left the area clean. Don't let his age fool you – this young plumber is definitely skilled and got the job done swiftly and effectively. I highly recommend his service!
