Wollaston Construction did a phenomenal job on my detached barn. The building is from 1802 and was redone in the 1990's. MassSave came out and quoted it, but was wildly off on their estimates. They quoted the walls at 8" and all the walls were over 12" thick. Bryan and Jose took the time to measure everything properly, amend the quote, work with MassSave, and complete the job in a professional manner. The final result is beautifully done. I now have a comfortable climate controlled space that will hopefully last another 200+ years.

Wollaston Construction installed a roof fan, insulation, and performed air sealing services for us. We could not be happier with their service! They were able to save us a lot of money on this project through the Mass Save program. Everything was completed quickly and thoroughly from start to finish. Mike and his team were very responsive in a bathroom re-model for a new rental property we own. They were able to get the remodel complete before the tenants moved in. The choices given and some of the trim work were done exceptionally.

Mike and his crew are great! He's been so helpful in getting our lemon of a house functional! His crew installed our gutters and soffits during the beginning of the COVID lockdown, the guys were great in being respectful of the social distancing etc. Mike is super responsive, even given the lockdown and being short staffed. All of my projects have been random smaller ones(big for me), and the fact that he's happy to help with even those means a LOT! I'm so happy to have his help, and we're not done utilizing his skills just yet. I've also recommended him to friends and co-workers.

Absolute Construction worked so hard to get us a new roof and was successful… with the help from Daniel Franklin this person is amazing !!!!!!everything was done just like he said and more ….The crew was outstanding they never stopped when the job was completed you would never know they had ever been there the clean up was perfect …Again thank you Daniel Franklin for all your hard work … my roof is beautiful!!!

Well, its all good now! Safe and secure. Honest responsive team. No issues worth mentioning on this huge job of removing all wood and replacing with Alside siding.
