YOU NEED TO READ THIS POST! Prior to having Jared Spicer from Absolute look at a water leak in my first floor bay window, over a three year period I had the roof repaired by three roofing companies to no avail. Jared immediately recognized that the leak was coming from the second floor window and leaking down to the first floor causing extensive damage to the ceiling and wall sheet rock. To the untrained eye one would never had suspected the leak coming from above. Absolute's expert crew took the siding off around and below the upstairs window, removed the window completely to seal it properly, and replaced the siding with new material. To top it off they painted the siding and one would never suspect any work was done. I could not be more pleased with the end result. I have total faith that Absolute would be the answer to your construction needs!

Had a very challenging large chimney with a leak that was hard figure out. Mike and crew came out and attempted to do a lower cost fix but didn't work, we came to the conclusion to do further repairs and it unfortunately still leaked. While Mike has already received full payment, he was still responsive my calls and called the crew back out ASAP. This is not a company that will ghost you when things go wrong. He made sure to find the smoking gun each time and I'm confident the latest fix will be holding up and even if it doesn't, I'm confident Mike and the team will be here to resolve it.

Worked with Brooke to price out a roofing job. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. For reasons completely unrelated to Absolute we didn’t pursue the job but we’ll definitely be reaching out to them first for all future jobs at our home.

Brooke and Mike were so easy to work with for our roof project. Friendly, honest, punctual, tidy. They went out of their way to get this done just in time before a big storm hit. I’m already looking forward to our next project with Absolute Construction

I would highly recommend Absolute Construction Group for any construction needs you might have. Jared and his team were so easy to work with. Jared was able to determine the root cause of a leak I was having on the first floor - only to learn that it originated around the windows on the second floor. He took pictures along the way so I could see exactly where the water had been getting in - and had been for a number of years. What appeared to me to be an impossible job, turned out to be a seamless project for these guys. They started and completed the project exactly when they said they would, and on budget. All the guys were meticulously neat and so very respectful - I thoroughly enjoyed having them in my home.

We recently completed a project with Absolute Construction Group to install a new roof and are very happy with the outcome. We are first time single-family homeowners and had no prior experience working on such a big project. Ultimately our goal was to install solar and we needed to replace our 17-year old roof. We found Absolute through a search of local contractors in the Quincy area. After speaking with one of the owners, Mike, and having an initial site evaluation done, we were presented with several options to address repairs and replacement. We really appreciated how knowledgeable Mike and his team were and how they walked us through the entire process. We happily decided to give our business to Absolute and ended up choosing a metal roof option since we wanted to invest in a long term solution.

The process was not without its hiccups as there were some delays on the shipment of materials from the manufacturer. We did have to rearrange our schedules to accommodate at times, but their crew worked very efficiently despite the scheduling conflicts. The end result was a beautiful roof and we successfully installed solar shortly after. From the beginning of this project, Mike volunteered several hours to coordinate with the solar company teams for the install to ensure they were technically prepared to work on this rather new-to-the-region roof system. We greatly appreciated this extra effort as it took a lot of planning and in the end, everything completed outstandingly!

If you have a home project you are looking to complete, look no further and go with Absolute Construction Group. We searched around for a contractor to complete our beck deck with some tiered stairs and were really struggling to find a contractor we trusted. We met with Jared and he really put us at ease from the design all they way through the project completion. Their work is fantastic and the deck and stairs came out better than we could have imagined. They are fairly priced, very communicative and easy to work with, and above all they are very honest and straightforward. We had a tough time finding a contractor/construction company that met all this criteria, so hopefully we can save you the search! Go with Absolute, you won't be disappointed!

My experience with Absolute Construction Group and with Jared in particular was excellent. Jared was generous with his time, explaining the choices of materials for a new deck thoroughly to me. He was very easy to talk to and very patient with all my questions . He was accurate in the time it would take to demolish, remove, and build the new deck. Jared also made an excellent suggestion for a lighter back door with a sliding panel that allows me to have a screen without having to remove the whole door to put in a screen.

We really enjoyed working with Brooke and Jared from Absolute Construction Group. After having a lot of trouble finding a reliable company to replace our leaking skylights, Brooke was able to provide a comprehensive estimate that was reasonable and could be done quickly. Her expertise, professionalism, and friendly attitude really helped put our minds at ease. Jared and his team were likewise, extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Absolute construction was a delight to work with. The lower section of my chimney collapsed and they cleared a supervisor’s schedule just to come take a look and give me peace of mind. They promptly got me on the schedule with their mason and the problem was resolved. I would absolutely recommend them in the future for any construction needs.

first Job with Luongo dealing with a masonry repointing and waterproofing, requiring a lift, sidewalk protection etc. Job was complicated by the historic nature of the brick work. Negotiation for the cost estimate was very fairly handled.
Luongo contracting was very amenable to on the spot redesign which worked out well and was acceptable to the local historic commission. Evan was very easy to communicate with throughout the project and was clearly committed to a successful end result. We have had several heavy rains since, and there have been NO reported leaks in the prior areas which formerly leaked with every heavy rains-so great success!!
