We’ve had Evan and his team help us with a few projects (fixed ceiling leak, repave bricks) and each time his team has done a very solid job. They’re also all just good, kind guys that are easy to work with.

Luongo came out and did major work on my floors to open up an easement the past owner had floored over. The team showed punctuality and attention to detail. They also went the extra mile to identify issues and needs in advance. Very happy with the work, they were able to preserve the existing flooring and it looks great. Also was willing to take on smaller projects around the house in addition.

Evan and his team are great at what they do. From development & investment properties to creative marketing strategies they always seem to impress me. They do tons of work in the Boston/Northshore area highly recommend them!

Once I called Luongo they came out! Alex looked at what needed to be done and started that day. Questions and concerns were all addressed at this time. My partner Ryan and I contracted Evan and his team back in November 2024 to redo our modest kitchen here in Quincy, MA. The thoughtfulness, time, and attention to detail, were all worth waiting for. Luongo Contracting employs excellent, talented, and highly skilled craftsmen who are all conscientious and considerate individuals. The results speak for themself.

Evan and his Roofer Abe did a phenomenal job replacing the roof on our Condo building and fixing the Roof headhouse. They identified all of the issues a previous contractor had missed and why we continued to get leaks. He and his team always showed up on time and when they said they would. As the work was being done, additional issues were found and pointed out. In most cases Evan was generous in only charging us for extra materials and not the labor to bring it there or to fix some of the mistakes. The team worked long days to make sure that the roof was secured and not exposed between work days and also cleaned up after themselves leaving no traces. Our association is very happy with the work and the way Evan kept everything within our budget. We will be using Luongo Contracting for all future work

Evan and his team do great work , they stand by their work and will make sure you’re 100% satisfied . Lots of contractors disappear before the job is done or as soon as the check clears . It’s good to have a GC that holds his people accountable and makes sure the customer is 100% satisfied.

Luongo Contracting was amazing to work with. Evan and the entire team he put together for this project were professional, personable, hardworking and efficient! The project was replacing 20+ ft of 0-4ft high raised cement sidewalk built into the side of our house that was causing moisture inside.... It involved a lot of cement demo, then waterproofing, rebuilding with correct pitch, and replacing a corroded embedded downspout we found along the process.... Quality of work and attention to detail was awesome.The site was cleaner when they left-no trace of the work done at all .Thanks to all the guys, especially Evan, Alex, Mr Demo (Nick) , and " the mud cricket" (Scotty) ! PS: Evan, be sure I won't call anyone else for my next project!

We recently hired Luongo Contracting to work on our house, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Evan is a great guy who took excellent care of us from start to finish. He was communicative, professional, and always made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way.

Despite being in the busy season, Evan and his team were timely and efficient, completing the work as scheduled. They handled roofing, gutters, siding, windows, and carpentry work, addressing issues like leaks, damages, and faulty installations. Evan, Alex, and the Luongo team did a fabulous job on our apartment. I highly recommend them! We had a very quick timeline to make some upgrades and get the apartment move-in ready and they exceeded expectations in every way. The work was incredibly high quality and the team was detail-oriented. They worked hard to make sure we could meet our move-in date and stay on schedule. Evan was great at communicating throughout the project and made sure all our needs were met. Evan and his team did a wonderful job building our new house. He and his team work extremely hard to reach our deadline. Their work is extremely detailed and they have great eye for it. We plan using them in the future and would highly recommend them.

Evan, Alex, and the Luongo team do first rate professional work. I had a ceiling that was leaking water from the building’s roof into my unit.

They did amazing work of cutting the ceiling open, making all the repairs, and doing the dry wall for the new piece of the ceiling and repainting, such that it looks like the original with no sign that any work has been done ever.

Before cutting up the ceiling, they spent hours to meticulously build walls in order to prevent dust from getting onto other parts of the room.

They cleaned my wood floors after every session and at the end even had Samantha (Evan’s wife) clean my wood floors with a steam mop.

These guys are so great to work with. They care about doing the best job for me as possible and are all such nice people.

Evan and his team are unbelievably talented and treated our projects as if they were doing them in their own home. Incredible work ethic and dedication as they stayed late at night to make sure they finished in a timely manner. They redid flooring and drywall in our spare bedroom and installed a new fence in a very difficult back yard. Not only did they complete these projects, but they also helped us with multiple other side projects along the way. It’s reassuring to know that they handle each project with the utmost attention to detail. We will definitely use them in the future and we are very happy with the results!

Great work from Evan and his team for work in my house including chimney removal affecting 2 stories and roof and custom built in mudroom and kitchen benches, job almost done as seen below. They did an amazing job tying the built-ins in with the existing trim and cabinets, making them look like they have always been there. Evan's team and any subcontractors he worked with were very professional and I was amazed by how the rest of my house stayed clean and usable, even during the heavy demo portions. Highly recommend!

Evan and his team (special shout-out to Alex) have done some fantastic work at our place. Had some emergencies with winter weather causing water damage and they came in, assessed the issues, discussed the solution and plan, and got to work. They had fantastic communication, sharing progress reports and pictures. They are very respectful of the property and space that they use. I highly recommend Evan's team for any work you may need and we will definitely be contacting them for future projects.

It’s rare to find someone who’s all in like he is. He will absolutely go the extra mile (and then some). You’ll get texts at odd hours, and he might take longer than planned—but that’s only because he’s making sure everything is done to the highest standard. He really does treat your project like it's his own home. I waited three months to write the review and still I couldn’t be happier with his work.
