I found James on Yelp when I desperately need an urgent help with my over 25 year old furnace in a leased property. James managed to come out within a few fours after I called him. He diagnosed the issue right away and came up with a plan in the same day. He has been very patient and helpful answering all my questions about the new furnace so I can feel comfortable with the equipment to be installed. He did a beautiful job with the installment and had it done within one day. We are so lucky to have a new furnace in place only three days after I reached out to him. I am really impressed by how professional, experienced, patient, and flexible he is. Both my tenant and I are extremely happy and grateful with James' work and his timely help.

Jimmy promptly responded to all my questions and concerns. And he accomodated and remained flexible with my requests of working on specific dates and times. At the end, he explained about how the HVAC system works and the future maintenances in easy to understand terms. He was prodessional throughout the process and I am very happy with his work.

Although he had just worked long hours all the previous week, Mr. Wu came on a Saturday morning to check our heater and returned on Sunday to install a new furnace for us because he was fully booked for the next week. Talk about kindness and work ethic! Unlike the sales person Homeserve sent to give us a quote, James actually measured and figured out why our prior furnace lasted only 9 years due to incorrect sizing of the air ducts for the BTU. Our new 80 BTU system is so much more effective than the old 100 BTU furnace that we now keep our thermostat lower by several degrees. The Bosch furnace we bought was better quality than the American Standard suggested by Homeserve and his quote came in at a slightly lower price. I totally recommend James Wu!

I found James Wu HVAC and Plumbing on Mass Save contractor list. All his prior customers who wrote a review gave 5 star evaluations. I'm glad to add one more 5 star review to the list. James has been very responsive to questions, and very professional in providing detailed advice. At the beginning, I sent him a long email of descriptions and questions, which my wife told me that not too many people would have such patience to read that :) But James obviously did, and provided detailed suggestions. After that, I did not even bother looking for an alternative contractor or quote. The appointment was made for a couple of weeks later. The work schedule is for 4 days straight on site. They worked extra hours on day 3 to finish it, so as to skip day 4. They have another customer lining up to start on that day 4 (as was scheduled for me). So I got the system up and beautifully running a day early :)

James Wu and his entire team were fantastic. So helpful and accommodating. And incredibly quick and reliable. I reached out over email for a quote for a heat pump / mini-split installation on Tuesday, June 17. He responded within an hour and had a rough quote by that evening. Followed up with an in person meeting on Wednesday to verify and cement the quote. His price and timeline was so reasonable that I agreed on the spot and I had a new mini-split system installed by that Saturday. That all occurred close to a month ago, and I am more in love with the system as this hot summer progresses. I am so glad I got the system and I am ever grateful for Jimmy and his team for making it so very easy.
