Reviews of local pros in Saugus, Massachusetts

We experienced a minor glitch when setting up our carpet cleaning appointment with Superb Saugus Carpet Cleaning, but they quickly managed to reschedule it. The technician, Cesar, displayed exceptional professionalism and went the extra mile to ensure the carpet was meticulously cleaned without damaging the woodwork and moulding with the hose. I will certainly be relying on their services again in Saugus.

Cesar was truly fantastic! He was considerate, professional, and extremely skilled. He did an outstanding job and breathed new life into our stained carpet. We're so grateful! With a bit more work and having the carpet stretched by Superb Saugus Carpet Cleaning, our space will look brand new. This is saving us hundreds in replacement costs for flooring. Thank you so much!

I'm absolutely delighted with the carpet cleaning services I received from Superb Saugus Carpet Cleaning. With lively children constantly on the move, spills and stains are inevitable, but there's no need for a carpet replacement yet, all thanks to their exceptional work. Their team, including Cesar and Austin, are efficient and always ready to help. I wholeheartedly recommend them, especially for those in Saugus. They are simply the cream of the crop in the carpet cleaning industry.

I had a fantastic experience with Superb Saugus Carpet Cleaning. The professionals, Cesar and Austin, arrived promptly as scheduled. I highly valued their presence, which speaks volumes about the company's dedication. The carpet cleaning task they executed was carried out meticulously and with a high standard of quality. I wouldn't think twice about engaging their services again. The prices were reasonable for Saugus. Much appreciated and thanks for considering my review.

Cesar and Austin, the team from Superb Saugus Carpet Cleaning, were very friendly. Initially, their quote was a bit more than we expected based on their advertised promotions. However, we had already moved our furniture and our Saugus home was somewhat cluttered, so we decided to proceed with the carpet cleaning. In the future, it would be beneficial if they could provide pricing per square foot. This would give potential customers a clearer understanding of the costs and could save both the company and the customers' time and money.

Cesar and Austin did a phenomenal job with my carpet restoration. We have a 5-month old puppy who, after being left alone for only 5 minutes, decided to dig a hole in our carpet, and in a very noticeable spot at that. My spouse and I tried to mend it ourselves after a quick Google search on carpet repairs. Unfortunately, our canine companion was not a fan of our handiwork and made the damage even worse. We put off dealing with it for a few months until it was just too much to ignore, and that's when we decided to call in the professionals. Cesar answered my call and was able to fit us into their schedule. Within an hour of arriving, the job was done. Granted, the fresh patch of carpet didn't exactly match the older, worn carpet around it, but that was no fault of theirs. Overall, the carpet looked fantastic! We'll definitely be using their services again for any future carpet dilemmas we may face in Saugus.

The staff was polite and professional, impressing us from the moment we scheduled our carpet cleaning service to the time it was completed. We enlisted their help for a comprehensive move-in carpet cleaning job in our new home in Saugus, which included five rooms and a staircase. The cost was quite fair when compared to other services. Austin was meticulous and did an exceptional job! We will certainly be reaching out to them for future carpet cleaning needs!

We were sincerely thrilled with the carpet cleaning service we got in Saugus! At the start, the carpet had a minor rise, but within just 12 hours, it settled back down perfectly. We are confident that we will be using their services again down the line. The team, including Cesar and Austin, were friendly folks who delivered first-class service at an unbeatable price. Absolutely delighted!

I turned to Superb Saugus Carpet Cleaning after seeing countless glowing testimonials. The praise was completely deserved! They delivered excellent service at an incredibly fair price, which pleasantly surprised me. I requested Cesar if he could maneuver the sizable carpet beneath my bed, a challenging task. Cesar brought Austin along to assist with the rug relocation without charging extra. Cesar also volunteered to return the next day to reposition the furniture onto the cleaned carpets. It was a relief to finally have all my rugs immaculate. I can't recommend Superb Saugus Carpet Cleaning enough!

we would highly recommend using superb saugus carpet cleaning! austin and his team did a great job. from the first message and communication, to helping us with our schedule and arriving right on time...they were very friendly and professional. we really liked how austin explained the whole carpet cleaning process and gave us helpful information. plus, our carpet looks and feels amazing now! we won't hesitate to use their service again, and if you need your carpets cleaned in saugus, do yourself a favor and give them a call. we're very happy with the results!

Our little 15-lb terrier mix got sick on the living room carpet and left a really tough stain and strong smell behind. Home cleaning methods didn't help at all. We called Superb Saugus Carpet Cleaning, and Cesar arrived right on time and acted very professionally. Now, the stain and odor are almost completely gone, and I was really impressed with the great service. Cesar even showed us some spots he thought might not come out, but we thought they were hardly noticeable. The bedspread needed a couple of washes at the laundromat before it was ready to use again.

I have been using Superb Saugus Carpet Cleaning for 5 years. Recently, they cleaned all the carpets in my home and a large part of our upholstered furniture, which cost over $700. They did a good job overall, but I noticed a couple of spots that could use a little extra attention. When I reached out to ask if they could come back, Cesar was very understanding and professional, quickly setting up an appointment even though they were busy. The pro Austin arrived at my home and did an excellent job. He was friendly, informative, and really thorough. He managed to remove several stains on our couches that had been there for more than 2 years, which other cleaners couldn’t get out! I appreciate his hard work, attention to detail, experience, and positive attitude.

I recently had my carpets cleaned by another service, but they still didn't feel right. There was a residue left behind, which was partly my fault since I had tried to use an odor and stain remover after my little dog had an accident. Even after two cleanings from the first company, the residue remained. Then, I reached out to Superb Saugus Carpet Cleaning, and Austin and Cesar arrived to clean my carpets with great care, focusing on the trouble spots. This morning, I was thrilled to find that the carpets were completely dry, and the residue was almost entirely gone! I'm very happy with the outcome and plan to invite them back soon to clean the rest of my carpets. They even offered me a contract for a lower rate on regular cleanings throughout the year, which I happily accepted. I highly recommend Superb Saugus Carpet Cleaning and suggest requesting Austin and Cesar for your cleaning needs. Also, it's best to avoid using any products with surfactants on your carpets, as surfactants are just another term for soap, and that's not what you want in your carpets.

I’ve used Superb Saugus Carpet Cleaning twice to clean tough carpet stains in my kid’s bedroom. Both times, they scheduled my appointment fast and did the job really well. When one stain came back, Austin quickly set up a follow-up visit and took care of it right away. The prices are a little higher than some other carpet cleaning services I’ve tried, but the quality is definitely worth it.

Wow! Austin and his team just finished cleaning our carpets a few hours ago, and I’m still amazed at how fresh and spotless our 15-year-old home looks now. We have two dogs and live in a three-bedroom house with about 1900 square feet, and most of it is tiled except for the bedrooms, which are carpeted. I really thought we’d have to replace the carpets because of all the wear and tear, and some of the grout in our tile was starting to fall apart. Austin let me know that the carpet was still good quality and would clean up well, and he also said they could take care of the grout repairs. The estimate for the work was fair and reasonable, which was a nice surprise. They showed up right on time and worked hard for almost four hours, making the carpets and floors look almost brand new. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend using their carpet cleaning services. Very professional team!

We had a fantastic experience with this carpet cleaning service in Saugus. The team did an amazing job tackling tough spots and thoroughly cleaning our carpets, making them look fresh and almost brand new. The drying time was quick—just a few hours—and we were able to get back to our routine right away, now with spotless carpets. The cost for the service was very fair and definitely worth it. Austin, the technician, was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy for us. We’re extremely happy with the results!

We had Austin come out to clean a hallway carpet that had some glue spilled on it. Another carpet cleaning company had already tried but couldn’t get the glue out, and a different company wouldn’t even come to check it, saying it was impossible to remove. Austin proved them wrong! He did an amazing job and got the glue out, and now the carpet looks fantastic. Austin also steam cleaned all the tile floors downstairs, and those look great too. He was very professional, worked hard, and didn’t stop until everything was spotless. We highly recommend this carpet cleaning service, especially Austin!

I've had the pleasure of working with several team members from Superb Saugus Carpet Cleaning, and each experience has been great. The staff is always friendly, on time, and professional. Over the years, I've tried different carpet cleaning services in Saugus, but Superb Saugus Carpet Cleaning has become my go-to choice. Whether it was Austin or Cesar who came out, they always made sure my carpets looked spotless and fresh. If you're looking for reliable and thorough carpet cleaning, I highly recommend giving them a call—you won't be disappointed!

I was moving into a new apartment in Saugus and was really worried about the carpet, which had some stains and a musty smell. After searching online, i found Superb Saugus Carpet Cleaning. austin was able to come right away, even on the same day i moved in, which helped a lot. he cleaned the carpet really well and worked hard to get rid of the musty odor. some stains were still there, but it was much better and the smell was mostly gone. austin even called the next day to check in, and when i mentioned some stains were left, he came back a few days later to clean the carpet again and brought a fan to help dry it out, all for free. he really cares about doing a great job and making sure customers are happy. i highly recommend this company if you need carpet cleaning in saugus.

Cesar from the carpet cleaning team did a fantastic job! With years of experience, he carefully checked our carpets and figured out exactly what was needed. We have two cats who had accidents on the same spots, and Cesar completely refreshed our carpet. He even replaced some of the padding and lifted up the carpet to clean and sanitize underneath, which turned out to be the main issue that others missed. Now, our carpet in Saugus looks and smells just like new! Every detail was handled with care, and we’re very happy with the results.

I needed to have our white carpet and area rugs professionally cleaned. After years of regular use, the carpets had never been deep cleaned or steamed. The area is pretty big, about 400 square feet. Austin did an outstanding job, and I was really impressed with how fresh and spotless the carpets looked afterward. Getting white carpet to look new again isn’t easy, but he made it happen. I highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning—Austin was very friendly and professional. I’ve already asked for an estimate to have more cleaning done soon!
