Reviews of local pros in Somerville, Massachusetts

I found the carpet cleaning team in Somerville to be exactly as they described—very professional from the start. When I first reached out, their expertise was clear. Josiah came to my home for a consultation, checked out my carpets, and explained the best cleaning methods for each one. One of the carpets was a large antique cotton rug that had special meaning to my family, and the other was a carpet my husband and I bought many years ago. These carpets are very important to us, so I appreciated the care they took. After deciding on the best cleaning plan, Josiah carefully loaded the rugs into the van and took them for cleaning. A few days later, my carpets were returned looking fresh and beautiful! I will definitely use their carpet cleaning service again and recommend them to others. They are professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy!

I’ve brought my throw rugs in for cleaning a few times and was always happy with the results. So, when it was time to get the carpets in my home cleaned, I decided to use their service again. I was very pleased with how everything turned out. Ruben, the technician who came to my house in Somerville, was excellent—he did a thorough job, was polite, and made sure everything was spotless before leaving. He also made sure to wear shoe covers the entire time, which I appreciated. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend their carpet cleaning services to anyone in Somerville. In the past, I tried another well-known carpet cleaning company, but the results weren’t nearly as good. If you’re looking for professional and reliable carpet cleaning, I highly suggest giving this team a try—you’ll be glad you did!

after moving into our new place in somerville and getting fresh carpet installed, we noticed our cats had started marking a few corners and the hallway. we searched online and reached out to a local carpet cleaning company. the person who answered the phone was friendly and helped us schedule an appointment quickly. their technician, edward, arrived on time and was super polite and professional. he used a black light to find all the problem areas, then treated the spots with an enzyme cleaner and did a thorough hot water extraction. i’m really hoping the enzyme treatment keeps our cats from marking again. for anyone needing carpet cleaning in somerville, i definitely recommend their service.

I couldn't be happier with the carpet cleaning service I received! Josiah was very professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. My favorite area rug had an accident when my puppy got sick on it, and Josiah responded quickly by scheduling an appointment. He took the rug to the cleaning facility, kept me updated with videos showing the cleaning process, and returned my rug even earlier than promised. The rug looks absolutely fantastic now—like new! I appreciate the care and attention Josiah gave to my job. I’m also interested in trying out their other cleaning services, like upholstery and grout cleaning, in the future. Great service and excellent results!

after living with some wrinkled carpet areas in our condo for years, i finally decided to call a professional carpet cleaning and repair service. the team sent out edward to handle the carpet stretching for three problem spots. the difference is amazing—the carpet looks fresh and smooth, almost like when it was first installed. they gave me a quote over the phone, and that’s exactly what the final bill was, no surprises. communication was excellent too—they called the day before and again when they were on their way. they even back up their work with a warranty, which gives extra peace of mind. i would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing carpet stretching or cleaning. really glad i reached out to them!

This was our first time using a professional carpet cleaning service, even though we had heard about them before. We had several carpets cleaned, along with our hardwood floors. Edward and Ruben, the technicians, did a fantastic job. They carefully checked the hardwood floor before cleaning it to make sure everything was safe, especially because of previous cleaning products used. The final results were excellent—the carpets and floors looked spotless and refreshed. Edward and Ruben were friendly, knowledgeable, and paid attention to every detail. I highly recommend this company if you're looking for quality carpet or wood floor cleaning.

We have used this carpet cleaning company in Somerville several times, and we always recommend them to friends and family. Recently, I bought a sofa that really needed a deep, professional cleaning. They sent out their technician, Josiah, that same day. He was fantastic and took extra care with my delicate sofa. Every time we've used their carpet and upholstery cleaning services, they've done an excellent job for us and for anyone we've sent their way. They really know how to look after their customers and run their business well. We will definitely keep coming back!

After a long day at work, my wife and I came home to a big surprise—our large dog had escaped and left quite a mess on our carpets in several rooms. Even though it was late on a Friday in Somerville, Ruben came over right away after I called. He worked quickly and did an amazing job cleaning our carpets, making sure every stain and odor was gone. The house smells fresh and the carpets look like new again, all at a very reasonable price. If you need carpet cleaning, I highly recommend reaching out to them!

Edward from We Do More Carpet Cleaning cleaned the carpets in four bedrooms for us. He was very friendly and did an excellent job. We have had a few pet accidents in the past and asked about a special pet treatment, but since there were no visible stains, Edward explained honestly that it wasn't needed. We appreciated his honesty, as it saved us some money. He answered all my questions quickly and arrived right on time. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use their services again soon for our area rugs and for regular yearly carpet cleaning.

As a realtor, I have tried many carpet cleaning services before, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Before the appointment, we got a call from the team to let us know they were on their way, which made it easy to get ready for their arrival. Edward and the crew were very professional, walked us through the whole cleaning process, and worked quickly without taking up our entire day. This was especially helpful since we were in the middle of moving and needed things to go smoothly. The carpets came out looking fresh and spotless, and the whole service was affordable too. I was truly impressed and plan to recommend this company to all my clients. The clean carpets made our move so much easier!

Here’s the rewritten customer feedback following your requirements: Update: I was really happy when We Do More Carpet Cleaning came back out to re-clean the spots in my carpet that still had stains. They took the time to reach out and made sure the areas were spotless, which I really appreciated. This visit went very well, and the stains I thought would never come out are now gone. Most recently, Ruben came to clean our carpets in Somerville. We had the stairs, master bedroom, and family room cleaned. The company charges by square foot and per stair, and while the price was a bit higher than I remembered, the results were worth it. The technician was friendly and efficient, and the entire cleaning took less than two hours. Our family room carpet is nearly ten years old, and after the cleaning, it looked fresher and the old food stains were removed. I was pleased with how much attention was given to making sure the high-traffic areas looked their best. A few years ago, I had a big issue with cat urine in a bonus room and landing. Ruben was really knowledgeable and helped me with a full treatment plan. I was advised to use a special enzyme cleaner and seal the sub-floor and baseboards before installing new carpet and pad. That solution worked perfectly, and the pet odor has never come back. Overall, I’m satisfied with the carpet cleaning service and would recommend them for anyone in Somerville looking for professional results and great customer care.

I was able to schedule a carpet cleaning appointment in Somerville on very short notice, which was really convenient. My technician, Edward, worked very hard and made sure my carpets looked great. After living in my Somerville apartment for several years, I wanted to make sure my carpets were spotless before moving out. I’ve always had my carpets professionally cleaned once or twice a year, especially after a difficult experience at another place. This time, I noticed a spot on my carpet that had started to lift and eventually tore. I found this carpet cleaning company online and gave them a call. Josiah came by and did an amazing job—he didn’t just steam clean the carpet, but also used a carpet rake so it looked freshly installed. He even recommended his colleague Edward, who specializes in carpet repairs. Both Josiah and Edward were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. They let me know my carpet was still in great shape overall and explained that the small tear was actually due to the way it was originally installed. The repair and cleaning made the whole carpet look brand new. I’m really happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone in Somerville looking for quality carpet cleaning and repair!
