I recently had my carpets cleaned by We Do More Carpet Cleaning in Somerville and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The team showed up right on time and acted very professional from start to finish. Josiah and Edward took the time to walk me through their carpet cleaning process and answered all my questions, making sure I understood what they were doing. The results were fantastic—my carpets look fresh and almost like new, with a nice clean scent. I really appreciated the care and attention to detail, as they were thorough in cleaning every spot and corner. We recently had our office carpets and tile floors professionally cleaned. Ruben arrived a bit ahead of schedule, which was great. Before starting, he walked through the office with me, set up his carpet cleaning equipment, and explained the process. He was very careful, using corner guards and making sure items on the floor were protected so nothing would get damaged during the cleaning. Ruben worked quickly and did a thorough job. Our carpets look fantastic and have a fresh, clean scent. The tile floors shine like new. I highly recommend this company for any deep carpet cleaning or steam cleaning needs.

We Do More Carpet Cleaning is an eco-friendly carpet cleaning service! When I called to schedule my appointment, I spoke with a friendly and knowledgeable person who made everything easy. The carpet cleaners, Josiah and Ruben, were very personable and took the time to answer all my questions. They explained the whole process for cleaning my upstairs carpets and made sure I felt comfortable. My carpets are a bit older, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but after they finished, the carpets looked amazing—so much better than I hoped! I was so impressed that I called the next day to have the team come back and clean the carpets downstairs. Once again, Josiah and Ruben did an excellent job and left everything spotless. I am truly grateful for such a reliable, professional, and knowledgeable carpet cleaning service here in Somerville.

my carpet looks absolutely amazing! it appears so much cleaner and even more vibrant. i'm truly pleased with the carpet cleaning services i received. additionally, troy, the professional who took care of the job, was incredibly polite and hardworking. this experience in somerville left me highly satisfied.

I'm not leaving a 1 start review because they quoted me $200 and then charged me $400. Nor because the only question the technician asked me before charging me was what did I do for a living. Nor because the edges of my rug are warped and don't lay flat. I'm leaving a 1 star review because I emailed them to share my concerns and got no response. Zero. They are a bait and switch business with no customer care once they get your cash. And their pay scale seems to be based on what they think you can afford.

First tech never showed up, so rescheduled to the next day. Second tech also didn’t show up, got a call eventually to reschedule to later that day. Tech came, gave us the options. He was very nice. Seems like they are subcontractors. The base price quoted on the phone is to just steam apparently, which is useless. Wish that was specified as to do an actual cleaning was 3x the original amount for rug and couch, so just had the rug done. Honestly looks the same. Waste of time and money.

Troy was fantastic to work with! He showed up on time, was thorough, and did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets and area rugs in Somerville! I would definitely team up with him again for our needs of carpet and rug care through Tyler & Sons Carpet Cleaning!

A customer experienced a water leak in their basement. After we dried everything and cleaned the carpet, it didn't fit back correctly. Troy, from our carpet cleaning team, came to the rescue and managed to restretch and reset the carpet. The job was done so excellently that you couldn't even tell that the carpet had ever been disturbed. The customer was extremely impressed, making us feel like heroes. whenever we need our carpets cleaned, we choose tyler & sons carpet cleaning. they have done an excellent job on many carpets for us, and if there’s a special situation, they will let us know they will do their best, but there’s no guarantee. they are experienced in cleaning valuable carpets, including those made in persia and china that require special care. while they often have a busy schedule with on-site jobs, i've found that if i tell them there’s no rush, i usually get my carpets back in about two weeks. plus, they are a family-run business that actively supports the community.

we had a water problem in our house that left the carpets soaked. we called for carpet cleaning help and Troy showed up with a team, bringing big fans and powerful vacuums, even late at night. they took out all the wet carpet and moved the furniture. we were told to relax and that they would handle everything, and they really did. they turned a stressful mess into a situation we could handle, and we are very thankful!
