Constraction reviews in Springfield, Massachusetts

I LOVE my new kitchen! From designing the kitchen to my specs to the finishing touches the entire experience was wonderful. Frank understood my budget and the aesthetic I was looking for and the team of Tony and Mike brought the vision to life. I highly recommend Kitchens by Curio for you kitchen update.

Every detail of the kitchen remodel was discussed, price points and budget. Easy to work with and not pushy. Everyone was courteous, on time when the work began. The carpenter fine-tuned every detail. Plumbing was brought up to date, and our expectations were met throughout the entire process. I would and will highly recommend Curio Kitchens. Kudos to Curio!

After 20+ years we had moved back to the area. Our new home was going to require immediate and longer term upgrades to the kitchen and bath. During our absence we had lost all contact on who were the "go to" people . We met with a few firms, walked away but kept hearing Kitchens by Curio. We were driving by, and fortunate Michael was in. Unexpected , we spent over an hour discussing the structure, possibilities and things we should think about. We had an immediate need, made an appointment for some bridge work . Michael and his electrician were outstanding, more than comfortable having them in our home, and the work was exceptional. At one point,I heard him say to himself, "well not expecting that" . I asked, he replied it happens but we can adjust. And they did .
We're looking forward to working with Michael and Kitchens by Curio for our final project.

I have remodeled many kitchens over the years and worked with many contractors and I have to say that the team of professionals at Curio are the best that I have come across. When it came to designing a kitchen for my home their input and recommendation turned our tired old kitchen into a showplace to be proud of.

Frank & company were so easy to work with. They were able to answer all of our questions and help us to design our perfect kitchen. We even had a leak in our basement that happened during the remodel and the team brought in shop vacs and helped to move everything out so we didn’t lose anything. Everything went smoothly and I finally have a functional and beautiful kitchen!

We called Kitchens & Baths By Curio at the recommendation of a local appliance store as we needed help with the installation of a new downdraft range. Michael helped us with the planning and installation - he was knowledgeable and easy-going and very reliable. The installation was a success, and we were happy with every aspect of the the work, the professionalism, the cost, and the excellent communication. Highly recommended!

We can’t say enough good things about Kitchens by Curio. We ran into same hiccups with the cabinets and Frank was there every step of the way to resolve it to our satisfaction. The install team of Mike and Ryan were easy to work with and made sure we were pleased with the result. Highly recommend Kitchens By Curio for your kitchen redo.

I purchased my appliances at Manny’s and was able to easily coordinate Kitchens by Curio to install my wall oven combo. They were accommodating and able to fit me in their schedule. The installers were professional and meticulous. The install was done quickly and without issue. I would highly recommend them. Pricing was fair and transparent.

Mike at Kitchens by Curio installed a new wall oven. He was prompt and thorough. The opening needed to be trimmed and he completed that and the oven fit perfectly. He arranged for an electrician to do the connection. I would absolutely recommend Mike and Kitchens by Curio

We are very pleased with the whole experience. The team was professional and communicative. They stayed right on time and helped us solve any issues we had with our design. We are very pleased with the outcome and love our new kitchen! We would highly recommend using Kitchens by Curio.

The contractor worked consistently every day to complete 2 bathrooms that we were renovating. His work was of high quality and there was no problem that he didn’t solve as a soon as possible. The materials used were also high quality. The main bathroom went from a total disaster to a beautiful place to spend time in.

I recently had my bathroom remodeled and chose kitchens by Curio to help with the design along with choosing the perfect cabinet. The consultation was thorough—Frank listened to what we wanted, made great suggestions, and showed us several design mockups to choose from.

The quality of the cabinets is outstanding—solid wood construction, soft-close drawers, and flawless finishes.

I’m beyond happy with the results. Our bathroom now looks modern, elegant, and functions beautifully. I highly recommend kitchens by Curio to anyone looking for top-tier craftsmanship and service.

"Thank you Frank, Eamonn, and Matt for doing a wonderful job with our kitchen remodel project.

We just finished up our kitchen remodel with Curio. Working with Frank (and sometimes Mike) Nataloni, Scott Redman their installer, as well as their plumber and electrician, was as smooth as one could hope for a big (to us) project. They were always very responsive, let me know immediately of any issues and resolved those issues as quickly and efficiently as possible, with no added cost to me. They worked with me on price and gave me a beautiful and functional kitchen that I look forward to using for the next 30 years.

When we wanted to get our kitchen remodeled, we shopped around. After receiving multiple ideas, none were as innovative and functional as what Frank provided. He worked with us throughout the process including the design, picking the right materials and ensuring we were happy with the work being done. Ryan Mayhew not only did an outstanding job installing the kitchen but answered any questions I had (and there were many). With Thanksgiving approaching and us hoping to host as we always do, they even sent Mike to help button things up! The quality of the kitchen and the experience they provided are top notch and I would recommend them to anyone planning a remodel.

When I was looking to have a countertop installed into my kitchen I looked at over 15 places to compare prices and none stood out to me like Kitchen’s by Curio did.

I wanted others to know about the outstanding service I received provided by a man who works there, his name is John. John was very professional, friendly, and his knowledge on the variety of choices and what was in my price range was amazing. John was very skilled in everything kitchen, and made it easier for me to decide I wanted granite countertop. The harder part would be for me to pick a slab I liked and they look so different from piece to piece and John let me know that. He set up for me to meet with a wonderful lady, named Vanessa at Universal stone. Vanessa showed me what was available where she was working and when she realized I wasn’t really happy with any of those choices offered to bring me to another location that John had asked her to take me to. She was amazing, it wasn’t really warm out and she was still determined to find me something I really liked. John talked to me several times on the phone when needed and replied to emails promptly. John’s attention to every question I asked, and every detail to help me find a granite countertop within my price budget was easier than I thought it would be. Then we had two men come to measure the countertop out and a week later they came back and installed the new blue pearl granite countertop I picked out.
I would highly recommend kitchens by curio for any kitchen project.

We recently had Kitchens by Curio install a half bath in our basement, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to their professional and efficient team. Loved working with Frank!

They completed the project quickly and stayed within our budget. The quality of their work is outstanding, and their customer service is top-notch. We highly recommend Kitchens by Curio for any home renovation needs. They truly exceeded our expectations!

Frank and Michael did an awesome job reconfiguring my first floor into an amazing beautiful kitchen. I knew I always wanted to remove the walls, but they also thought through taking out a useless hallway as well as positioning the stove in the corner to make the best use of the space. They also Worked hard to help me secure the granite that I was obsessed with. My kitchen makes me happy every day

We are Fix and Flippers here in West Mass and this guys were not what we expected super unprofessional, Did not prep their work before painting they painted over on Un-sanded plaster, didn't sand the doors even though they included it on their quote. Will never recommend these guys to anyone they need to take this more serious or shut their business down.

Mr. Tatro and his team arrived pretty much at the established time. They went right to work, were very professional, courteous, and pleasant. They finished all work that had been agreed to and in my opinion went the extra step in cleaning up after themselves.

Brian & crew completed a 100 to 200 amp electrical upgrade along with installing a whole house minisplit/heat pump system (7 minisplits & 2 condensors). Crew was hardworking, professional, and polite.

Brian was very patient in reviewing the entire operational components of the system with us.

The whole job was completed in 2 days, during the very hot July heat wave. Very pleased with the work and the outcome. Would hire Brian again!
