Called them due to an emergency backed up sewage problem. They came in less than 2 hours and spent approx 3 hrs Friday afternoon to fix it and gave us a full breakdown of problems with our pipes using a scope so we can see all the problems ahead of us. They seem very honest, gave us a very reasonable price and worked diligently for 3 hours. Chauncey and Rafal were amazing. Would definitely recommend them.

Jeremiah was very professional, friendly and courteous. He assessed the problem, then he explained the problem to me and the cost. He quickly got to work and completed the task in a very short timeframe. Highly recommend!!

Bryan was professional, friendly, and took his time explaining our options. He came early (with notice) and was quick.
He helped us make the best choice for our situation and set us up to get a quote for recommended work. He wasn’t just trying to upsell us on high-cost work. He was thorough and pleasant.

First of all I called , the gentleman, on the other and of the line said he could have someone at my own by 530. They showed up at 5:20 that was fantastic. The technician came in and assessed.\n The problem.\n Went out to his vehicle to get what he called a snake\n He clad the dream problem so\n Approximately 3 minutes, he was very professional. Explained everything.\n To me bout Iwhat he was doing and the cost\n I would like to thank him for that.

The good, Responsive and fast service even on the weekend 24hrs a day without any rate increase or emergency service charge. The bad , tech could not diagnose the problem with the toilet and the suggested auger that he attempted didn’t solve the problem with not flushing but only resulted in a $289 charge for the 15 minute service. I ended up fixing it myself after a trip to Home Depot to buy some tools.

We had an emergency situation late at night with a clog in the pipes and Bryan came and fixed us up!! He was thorough, professional, and explained everything that was happening! He knows his stuff and we are so thankful for him! Roto-rooter will forever be my go to when in need!! Best service!!

Just had a major sewage back up in my basement and needed help asap. For some reason I went to Roto Rooter. The name just popped into my head. I called them and from the start they were extremely friendly and helpful. They came out the next day and checked things out. Unfortunately is it was a much worse situation than I thought. They were up front with the pricing and told me what needed to be done in great detail. I needed to get my basement pumped out in order for them to get to my basement drain as i had about a foot of raw sewage in parts of tge basement. Once that was done the got to work to repair my pipes after excavating the area and filling it in with concrete afterwards. Then when all was repaired, the water restoration came in and work closely with me cleaning my disgusting basement. Alot had to be thrown away obviousy. Brian A and Brian R were heading up that daunting task.. After cleaning up and taking away all the damaged belongings away, they cleaned, sterilized and put drying machines in my basement. One of the Brians even took a sentimental photo out of the damaged frame and save the photo and he told me it looked very important to me. That meant the world.

I wish i had been better prepared for it, as my expectations and experience did not match. He needed a specific type of outlet, which i was thankful I had, otherwise he would have needed to rent a generator. It took a LOT of water. Sink running most of the time he was here. I had not calculated a higher water bill into my budget. It was over an hour of running cold water, plus a bathtub full of water. All of this was unavoidable, but i wish i had been informed by Rotor-Rooter before i scheduled the service.

Warley (I hope I’m spelling his name right!) was absolutely wonderful, he extremely kind, explained everything he was doing and helped my company a lot. The pipes in my building are a bit older but he was able to figure it all out and now we have a functional sink again! 10/10 would recommend.

Pre inspector showed up explained the process and was thorough. The technician arrived on time and was polite professional and clear with all questions. Fair up front quote and performed work quickly and thoroughly. Made sure to answer any final questions and cleaned up area like he was never there. Appreciated the same day service.

Angelo came highly recommended. He didn't disappoint! Our drain was severely clogged and he had it handled in less than an hour. He came out in below freezing temps and really helped save us from frozen/burst pipes. Was a huge blessing. Grateful for his service.

Tried to clear my kitchen drain every way possible for 3 days and was unsuccessful. These guys came the morning after I scheduled the appointment and had it cleared within 20 minutes. We are very happy and wish we called sooner. The person who took care of it also shared tips to avoid this grease build up from happening again in the future.

My experience was very good. My main line had roots outside the house. First, a guy came and couldn’t clean it using only the snake, so they called the jet, and Denys did the job. The entire main line was cleaned all the way to the street and checked with a camera. The total was $2,000 for the service. I thought it was a fair price because another company had charged $4,500.

Yes, 5 stars as in Stellar! The customer service was excellent and gave me a prompt appointment on a Saturday afternoon. I had a technician at my house within 2 hours of calling. Jeremiah braved an icy driveway and Sub-Zero wind chill to save the day. He really deserves a raise!

Yet again, another great service from Roto-Rooters. Manny performed a pump replacement as it was preventing my sink from working. Not only did he complete in a timely manner, he was respectful, informative, and genuine. He was very responsive as per my requests because we have family members with dementia here, and he handled all requests perfectly. Very appreciative of manny and roto-rooters, not only because of the service done, but how fast and timely the progress went as well. 10/10 experience and I do and will continue to share their names. Even though there were a few snafus we had overall a very good experience with Roto-Rooter. They promptly came out both times for a drain clog/sewer backup. Unfortunately the first visit did not fully address the problem, but they honored their word about their work guarantee and quickly came out later that same week for no extra charge (same-day response both times). Jude was our technician for the fix and he was very gracious, willing to listen to our knowledge of property issues and stayed a few extra minutes at the end of his day for our peace of mind to make sure the drain was working properly. You might be able to get better pricing with other local companies, but it seems you get an easy, quick, and full-service package with Roto-Rooter. They did include a scoping which they said was for no additional cost. For the pricing and not properly addressing the problem the first time I would be tempted to leave 4 stars, but for their honoring their guarantee and very fast response times I updated to 5 stars.
