It was a bad experience all the way around! Tech just said there's a Crack in the heat exchanger. Then said that my small gas furnace needed to be replaced. The estimate was 9-12k. I was like im going to get a second option. He got upset and decided to tag my system to be shut off in the winter with kids in the home. Called a different company Hampden county hvac llc. They said that it was just the pressure switch simple fix and showed them the picture of the heat exchanger they said what Crack?
Got the heat going suggested that the system was 25 years old and it was up to me if I wanted a new gas furnace. They quoted me 6k and went above and beyond with extras at no extra charge!

Get a second opinion people!

We had HD Air here today for our annual maintenance on our boiler. The technician was very professional, polite, punctual, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We were notified ahead of time that he was on his way. He wore a little booties when he entered the house, so not to dirty the floor. He did a great job and cleaning the boiler and changing the filter on the oil tank. And diagnostics and reviewed them with us at the end of the service. He explained everything in detail with photos and charts. I highly recommend Hurley & David.

I was, thankfully, able to have my furnace serviced the same day I called. They gave me an appointment window that worked for my schedule and messaged in advance to let me know they were on the way. Thanks to Gio, our issue was resolved quickly. Great service start to finish today.

We had no heat. Tech Macaulay showed up timely and got to work. He was professional and knowledgeable. Problem troubleshooting and fixed in less than an hour. I like that he was patient answering our questions and explained the issue wrong with our Utica boiler. He also taught us a few things about the boiler. I highly recommend HD Air, Hurley and David. Hurley and David replaced our hot water heater within 24 hours. Alex arrived on time, was polite and respectful. We are very satisfied with his work. The electrician Eric completed the job and we were good to go.

David was very professional. He came in and they wore boot socks to make sure they didnt track in any mess into my home. They went to work and got it done! Went down and checked it out and they put my hot water tank nice and tight against the wall so I have the most room I can have. Looked like they did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. Last thing is I love how they use commercial grade water heaters!

We had these guys out a few times to deal with a radiator leak we were having trouble locating. They were very professional and honest, even advising us on some diagnostic measures we could take before cutting into our ceiling to find the leak, which saved us a ton of money! Really reliable company and highly recommended.

We have used Hurley and David for years for our HVAC needs and have always been pleased with the work they do and the professional and courteous technicians they use. We recently used them for a large plumbing job - a bathroom renovation - and words cannot describe how happy we are with the work that was done, specifically by Dennis and Evan. They showed up early and worked late, answered all of my questions and advised us on what additional steps should be taken. We are so happy with the work that they did that I gave their information to a friend of mine who is getting ready to have her bathroom redone. Honestly, I would recommend Hurley & David, and specifically Dennis and Evan, to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Hunter was the technician assigned to my annual heating system tune up (included in the subscription service). He was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent in work. He was at my house a year ago in training when the heating system was being installed. I am happy to see he is now fully trained and independent.

I bought the yearly subscription to have a VIP line/service so anytime i needed a service, I will be prioritized. That was the promise.I called for a schedule to fix my radiator.Dispatcher gave me 4 hr window, but no show. My radiator is leaking and needed to turn off the heat.Now no heat overnight and its too cold. They gave me another schedule tomorrow. Remains to be seen.Manager never called.
Dont buy their subscription. Its not true. I believe I am entitled to refund this subscrition .

They came the next day. Just did assessment, and charged $89. Problem not solved .
I am a very unhappy customer. Their advertisement of 24/7 emergency is not real . They just want your money.

Their quote for my 3000sf home for HVAC started at 24k. I asked how much if I wrote them a check and was told 19k. I then asked the nice salesman to ask his boss if he'd take 17k. They settled at 17.8k. Berkshire Heating & Cooling is doing it for 15.7k and giving me 5 years of service and upkeep included.

Luis was very professional yet down to earth. He explained everything in detail and made sure I understood what was needed for the repairs on my boiler. He restored heat to my home and made sure that I was satisfied with the work he did. I highly recommended HD Air and will be using them for all my HVAC needs!

Exceeded my expectations ! Technician Dennis was wonderful. He worked with us for the very best ways to meet our budget. I was expecting only a quote at my HD Air appt and had 2 new toilets installed just a few hours later. Great experience !

I bought a home in 2024 from a realtor remodeler with a disclosure that the furnace is new the HVAC is new. Inspection caught the electrical panel being bad that was replaced.
Well something happened and it brought a very big red flag and I called Hurley and David and they came in.
What they found is that my home is on a code this realtor remodeler is in a lot of problem I'm in a lot of problems. But without their expertise and their knowledge to come in and diagnose and inspect I would never have known what happened.
I have a legal battle ahead of me but when I'm done Hurley and David without a doubt will be the ones to do all of the professional license professional work.

My technician Gabriel Lopez met or exceeded my expectations. He asked appropriate questions when he didn't quite understand the set up.
After giving me information about the repair needed to fix my furnace he actually came back to let me know that the manufacturer was no longer doing business in this country and he would try to find the part needed I appreciated this effort and I await further info.

Been using them for yearly upkeep on my boiler. Tech forgot to tighten my oil filter canister. I had to pay $89 to have them back to fix it. To correct their mistake still charged. Then an estimate for about $800 to change a $40 oil canister. Give you business to any other company. These guys are price gougers and don’t stand by their work.

I was very happy with the personnel that arrived to do the job. They were kind and courteous along with being professional. Pricing was definitely not what I had expected but they worked with me to get me to a comfort zone. The end result was more than I had expected in a good way. I've had Hurley and David to my house before and they've always been professional.

Hurley & David provided excellent service which they scheduled in a timely manner. I was particularly impressed with their communication, which kept me completely updated on my scheduled appointment, gave me the name and picture of my technician, and pinpointed the time of my technician’s arrival. My technicians were prompt and courteous, and I was confident that they understood my situation and could provide solutions to my issue. Furthermore, the office followed up before the end of the day to make sure that I understood the game plan going forward and was completely satisfied. Not a hiccup in the entire process. Ramone gave us exceptional service. Our boiler went out the day of a major snow-storm, and he literally saved the day for my family. He was efficient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. I could tell that he has a real passion for his work and he was so generous in how he took time in answering all of my questions. If I could give 10 stars, I would. He seriously saved us.

It was the day before Christmas and I called at 7 am as my gas boiler furnace was not working. I was greeted on the phone by a kind and understanding woman and was assured someone would come out that same day. A few hours later I was sent a text and a picture of the repairman who was on his way. Nathan, the repairman, came in the house and put a cloth covering over his shoes before even entering. He explained everything, repaired the boiler and was professional and knowledgeable answering all my questions. I was so happy to have heat! I highly recommend Hurley snd David for all your repair needs. Five plus stars!!!
