I woke up yesterday morning with sounds of water pouring out of the slop sink in my basement. I called Roto-Rooter and they got there within an hour and 15 minutes .Burim Showed up with his 21 years of experience and realized I had a clog going out to the street. It was one of the hardest drains,He had to clean in many years….He told me! He did not give up. My problem was his problem and he stuck with me. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

Had them come out to snake my main drain line to my septic tank that got clogged. The technician arrived pretty quickly and he was helpful and seemed like he did a good job. I’m happy they cleared the clog for me, but the cost was absolutely INSANE. They whacked me for $652 to snake one pipe and clear the clog…..probably 30 mins total for the actual job. I’ll be calling elsewhere next time because that is absolute highway robbery. Should’ve been like $200 tops.

Burim #279 was prompt and very efficient in figuring out the issue. Positive attitude as well. He explained the process of looking for blockage and how to remove the built-up grease. At first, I was taken aback by the set price, but we were in a bind: it was the holiday weekend with a full house of guests. Evidently, our problem was a combination of grease buildup and frozen pipe, which is frustrating because it gets cold every winter! When in a bind, I fully recommend Roto-Rooter.

Jude arrive at the scheduled time. He was friendly and professional. Jude listened to my issue and quickly found the issue. He told me exactly what was need to fix the issue. He worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning up after the fix was completed. Jude explained the warranty and how there would be a follow up made to make sure that any other problems weren't present. Overall, Jude did a great job!

We appreciate Bryan being able to come out today to help us. He was so helpful and kind. We will definitely reach out again if we need anything.

I will say that I wasn’t charged anything from roto rooter in the end. That being said, I will never do business with them again. The most dishonest company I’ve ever worked with. To start off, I was told that the worker would arrive to my house by 9:10AM to unclog my backed up bathtub. He showed up an hour and a half late. Without even looking at my tub, he quoted my wife $650 to snake it. I immediately called her and had her put me on speaker. The worker explained to me that that’s “the going rate” for snaking drains. I told him I completely disagree, it’s a 30 minute job and plumbers usually charge about $125 an hour (estimated). He immediately dropped the price down to $300 with a snap of a finger. Over half the original amount. I still told him that’s way more than he should be charging, I apologized to him for having to drive to our house, but said that’s absolutely crazy to try and charge us that amount. He then asked what I was hoping to spend. I told him around $150 - $200 TOPS. He then said he’ll go out to his van and make a call to his boss. 5 min later he comes back in and offers to do the job for $225. I questioned why he couldn’t bring the price down $25 more dollars.. once again, back on the phone with his boss. 1 min later he comes back in and says he’d be able to do it for $200. He ended up snaking the drain and sort of solving the issue but not completely. So he said he wouldn’t charge us for the work today. In all, I was happy to not have to pay anything. But between him arriving an hour and a half late, and clearly trying to rip us off by estimating us over three times the amount of money we finally agreed to, I will never do business with them again.

Leaky faucet needed full replacement. Rafal explained everything well. Went to get faucet, sent pics and recommendations. Walked me through the whole thing. Installed it in short order, cleaned everything up. He’s previously taken care of a problem for us and I appreciate his work.

Bryan was our technician and he worked very hard to try and find our problem. We were very impressed with his abilities. Unfortunately he was not able to fix our somewhat unusual situation, so James, the Field Supervisor, was sent out to see to the exact problem and provide us with a possible solution.
We were very happy with the effort put in to help us by both of these employees.

Roto-Rooter was very responsive and communicative when I needed them to come unclog the main pipe to our unit. The technician worked quickly and efficiently.

My technician Burim (#279) did a wonderful job. He was prompt, careful and explained in detail everything he did. Would absolutely hire him and Roto Rooter again.

My 5-star review goes solely to John the technician that drove over 3 hours to get to me but arrived with the friendliest demeanor. He efficiently resolved the problem with my clogged pipe. Now as for dispatch, I will say their communication was lacking as it took over 7 hours to get someone out here.

Bryan was here within 3 hours of me making an appointment which is super fast considering it wasn't an emergency. He was honest and friendly (even with my dogs!). I will definitely be using them again.

Excellent service. My problem was fixed by Jude within a shortest time in a best manner. A called the company at 9.30 am and my sink was unclogged by 3pm the same day. Thank you!

I have mixed feelings about our experience with Roto-rooter. A technician named Jeremy came out to assess the damage and issue and when I called him back and told him the tank had been emptied but they saw tree roots growing in the line and I needed a team out as soon as possible. That was at 2 pm. Jeremy stopped taking calls and didn’t have a mailbox set up to leave a voicemail. Sent him a text message never heard back from him so I had to start calling the main line and somehow my ticket wasn’t processed properly and I waited all day for nothing. I should’ve called another company because there wasn’t a ticket opened again until 9 PM. The drain tech got here at about 11:10 PM and he was great. He got the pipe cleared very courteous, kind, polite only downfall was he didn’t have anything to protect my belongings as he was sneaking, and there was sewage splatter everywhere on top of the overflow that had already backed up in the house, so that was frustrating. I didn’t get to bed till about 5 AM because I had to clean up after the technician he didn’t get rid of anything. All he did was take his tools out so again I have mixed feelings about this company and if I would use them again due to the issue with scheduling to get somebody out here again, it was complete and utter chaos due to them.
