I called Friday around 12:00 p.m. and someone came out within the hour to assess and give me an estimate for which they could complete the repair a couple of days later and they came out as promised and did a nice professional job and installation and I would recommend and use their services again.

DO NOT HIRE - this company is a scam. After charging me half of the cost of the services up front, they proceeded to not show up 4 times in a row. I asked to be reimbursed, however it has been a month and they continue to make up excuses. Currently working with my credit card to flag as fraud.

we had a leaking master shower. Water leaked through the floor and damage garage ceiling underneath.

Field operations manager Jay showed up the next day in a SUV. spent less than 15 minutes opening the ceiling. He was not professional enough to remove the shoe rack and got insulation all over the shoe rack under the ceiling.

He then told me the leak was from the cracks between the floor and wall tiles. He charged $245 even though I told him it doesn't make sense as the plastic membrane was over 12" high and it was dry when the previous contractor opened the dry wall.

He insisted that this is the reason and the quote said $245 if they have to gain access.

I am convinced that this is how they are ripping people off- just charge diagnosis fee.

I had a toilet replaced and found the service to be excellent. Their people were on time, very personable and completely professional and capable.

We had them come to clear outdoor drains of ours. The camera was broken so they did take that off the bill, but to me that was an essential part of the service. Also, they charged us for four drains even though they could t get their equipment in the 4th drain. This should have been removed. My husband even went in after with a standard drain snake and removed a bunch of stuff. Disappointed.

Had some major repairs/updates and the Prometheus team were great. Worked hard, communicated extremely well, and had constructive conversations about owner preferences where they were important. Already brining them back for another project!

Plumbers were great. I was nervous: upstairs bathroom was leaking through the ceiling in the living-room downstairs. They located the leak, fixed it and then took extra precautions. In addition, they walked me through the findings and repairs and made sure I knew about their guarantee. I’m a single mom and would hire them again.

Unbelievable company! I called them at 11:30am and they were out here by 12:45 pm. They took my old water heater and replaced with a new one by 3:00pm! Amazing turnaround! Definitely will be using them again!

These guys are AWESOME. I'm so grateful to have found them. I own a rental property in Cambridge that has terrible plumbing problems and it seems like there's always some kind of emergency. They always respond to my request immediately and can usually get someone over in a much shorter time than I'd expect them to be able to. 5 out of 5 stars. Hell, I'd give em 6 stars if I could!

Super thankful for the Prometheus team. They were able to install a condensate pump in such a timely manner. But more important than their timeliness, it was their professionalism. They explained what was needed, how long it would take, what steps would be taken to maintain the integrity (and cosmetic face) of the walls and existing structures, and a host of other things that made me feel at ease with the project.
