Powder House Plumbing is the best! Highly skilled and super nice people. Very reasonable pricing as well.

The folks at PHP are professional, clean, responsive and caring. They are fair and reasonable with pricing and do honest work. 10/10

We’ve used Powder house plumbing twice now. Both times they were super prompt and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend

If you're anything like me over the years plumbing issues are the worse kind. Trying to find a good reliable plumber is hard BUT 6 months ago someone told me about PHP, when my hot water heater sprung a leak, and I have been using them ever since. Yesterday my kitchen faucet stopped working and I called PHP and they got to someone to my house yesterday afternoon, same day, and when I heard the water running from downstairs I couldn't have been happier. If you haven't tried them out yet you're really missing out. Thanks to the PHP team for being there always for your customers - this one certainly appreciates it!!!

If you need a plumber do not hesitate to contact Powderhouse Plumbing. I had not only a clog problem in a kitchen sink drain but worse than that my drain pipe started leaking. Part of the old drain pipe was removed and new pipe was installed. A quick snaking of pipe line found and solved the clog problem. I am very satisfied with the professional handling of this problem. Don't hesitate to contact this plumbing company!

Powderhouse Plumbing came to maintain my Lochinvar boiler. The entire unit was disassembled, cleaned the internal cabinet as well as the heat exchanger with a solution. Then the ignitor was replaced and a complete efficiency and performance test were performed. This eight year old unit is running as good as the day it was installed by Powerhouse Plumbing. A very reputable contractor with exceptional service and pleasant employees.

Powderhouse Plumbing and Heating delivered exceptional service with professionalism. They demonstrated expertise, promptly resolved issues, and paid attention to detail. Communication was excellent, and they were transparent and honest throughout the process. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and maintained cleanliness. Pricing was fair and transparent. I highly recommend Powderhouse Plumbing and Heating for their top-notch services. Thank you for a job well done!

We just moved into a new home (quite an old home actually, but new to us). We turned on our steam/radiator heat for the first time, and hear loud knocking/banging in our system. As we are new to radiator heat, this felt a bit scary, and we knew we needed to bring in professionals. We contact Powderhouse Plumbing, and had a wonderful experience from first phone through service. The admin was very knowledgable, thoughtful and helpful and went out of her way to ensure, even though we were new customers, we were scheduled within a few days. An engineer quickly reached out, listened to the description, and was set to come the next day. We had fantastic help during our service appointment and they did the work/fixed the problem right on the spot. We also got an education, learning about how the system works, what was being fixed and why, and what to look out for in the future. Moving into a new home (and running into unforeseen problems) can be a stressful experience, and we feel really lucky to have found Powderhouse Plumbing and Heating to help fix the problem. They were honest, open, responsive and genuinely helpful. This will be our heating/plumbing company for our house as we continue to deal with the planned, and the inevitable unforeseen issues that will come our way.

Can't say enough positive things about John and Jared and the team. Rescued us from a sudden no heat/hot water situation after another company abandoned us. Powerhouse was responsive, courteous and fair on pricing. We will have them back from here forward.

Fast, friendly, and efficient! Called in the morning because we had no heat, and they had it fixed before the end of the day. Jared was great to work with. Definitely my go-to plumbers from now on!"

PHP was very quick to respond to our no heat call. They were very professional, fast and knowledgeable! We appreciated them telling us what the issue was and what they were doing to fix. 10/10 service, would highly recommend.

I hired Powderhouse after the previous homeowners' plumber proved unable to resolve our issues. Since then, they've handled about half a dozen jobs for us and always get the work done right. Even when unexpected complications arise, their communication is excellent and the pricing remains fair. It's a relief to have such a solid, honest contractor in town. Highly recommended!

Tim at Presidential Heating and Plumbing, Inc. has done all of the plumbing work for Home Renovations DBR, Inc., my residential remodeling company. Great guys, great work! I never call anyone else.

Tim and his crew are the only ones I will call for my plumbing and heating needs. I’ve used them for small jobs as well as a full bathroom remodel. I trust them in my home to always deliver quality work.

Really appreciate the work ethic of Presidential’s team. Recent remodel required moving heat, installing new pipes for sink, refrigerator, dishwasher and burner service. All handled in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend them! And a big shout out to Andrew who has done so much of our work! Thank you Presidential!

I had a drain leak and a shutoff that was leaking. Presidential responded quickly and professionally to the site. They were in and out under an hour. They cleaned up after the repairs and were respectful to their surroundings. I will definitely do business with them again.

In addition to the above services, they installed a new dishwasher for me as well. I’ve used them a handful of times and they’re always very professional, helpful and responsive. They just installed a hot water heater for me the same day that I called! Highly recommend…

One of our circulating pumps for our hot water heating system wasn't working. We called Presidential, and even though it wasn't an emergency they came out within a couple of days. They figured out the problem, went and got a replacement pump and had it fixed all within a couple of hours. The servicemen who came out were excellent - professional and double checked everything before they left. We're very happy with Presidential and will definitely use them again.

I can not say enough positive things about Presidential.
