Needed a new garbage disposal. From beginning to end, Presidential was top notch! They came within a day or two and replaced the disposal. Very professional and responsive! Highly recommend.

Presidential Plumbing and Heating, what an awesome company and work crew. The company beat the local cost estimate for the replacement of our hot water boiler and the crew traveled all the way from Stoneham to Middleboro to do it. The crew arrived right on schedule and completed the work in a single day. Professional and polite, they finished and even left the space cleaner than before they started.

My HVAC/R company has been using Presidential for about 5 years now. They do all our boilers and gas piping. They are always on time, their work is super clean and they stand behind their work. Presidential is a five star company and you will not be disappointed.

Could not get the pilot to light on a water heater they installed a few years ago. I spoke to the receptionist explaining and saying maybe it's under warranty since it say "6 year warranty" on it. They show up at my house unprompted (got a text 2 min before), the worker is there maybe 5-10 minutes. I'm thinking it was a free job since they installed it (I know, probably foolish) but then he says its $278, no communication about the cost or that they were even coming over. When I spoke with the manager he was quite rude about it. "What do you think a plumbers going to come over your house for free?". He did reduce the price to $228 but I still felt blindsided and gouged. No communication or professionalism.

Job well done start to finish! Quickly responded to all communications, next day service, professional and friendly staff. I highly recommend the Team at Presidential Heating and Plumbing.

I’ve used Presidential twice - once for a small toilet issue and once for an urgent, major pipe issue caused by another contracting company. In both instances they were extremely professional, thorough, and helpful. Totally recommend using them, will never call another plumber.

I can’t say enough about Presidential Plumbing & Heating. The owner Tim Rager is amazing. I lost my husband four years ago and never had to worry about home repairs. A friend recommended Presidential to me and they have been there for me at the drop of a hat. I always get an immediate response from Tim no matter what time of day it is and have never once had to wait for service. My water heater burst Sunday evening and by Monday morning they had a new water heater in place. His team of plumbers are top notch and always so helpful. One of them recently told me to get a device that sets off an alarm that senses water leaks. I bought it for $20 on Amazon and it went off when my water heater broke. Thank you Presidential!!

We found Presidential through Google 11 years ago, when we bid out a job to replace 2 oil boilers. We received 4 to 5 bids and Tim’s was the strongest. Since then he has installed a new gas heating system, repaired multiple broken pipes, installed bathroom fixtures and countless other jobs. He is currently converting an oil system to gas. He always calls back and shows up in emergencies, which is priceless as a landlord and home owner, and he consistently outbids other companies on bigger jobs. Most of all, I really enjoy working with Tim and his crew. They are professional, hard-working, competent and genuine. A very rare find.

Over a year ago I had a plumbing problem and tim and his team were able to diagnose and correct an ongoing issue , not only did they correct it they stood by the work and followed up . Also had an new burner installed as well, well done . Don't even know my heat is on. Thank you

Presidential Heating installed a new heating system for my home. Upon receiving the estimate I promptly paid the deposit. In return I received little to no communication about the process.

At the end of the first work day, I discovered they could not tell me when I would have heat and hot water. I was without heat and hot water for days without notice. The project manager nor the workers informed me of what to expect.

After they finally had the system installed and running, I was experienced new problems with my hot water. I informed the manager of the issues that only existed after the new system was installed; he took no responsibility nor sent anyone out to attempt to resolve the situation.

I’ve been using Presidential for many years for two reasons; quality and reliability. As owner of several rental properties, it’s important to use a plumber who will be there when I need them. From hot water heaters, full bath rehabs, or heating system replacements, Presidential is the one to call. Thank you Tim and team!

Through a referral from our oil company, we contacted Presidential on a Saturday through their website due to a cracked sewer pipe that was gushing water into our basement. The owner, Tim, responded right away via email and provided his mobile number. Via text, he scheduled his crew to take evaluate the problem and make the necessary repairs. His team was prompt, courteous and professional. We highly recommend.

I added a major addition and presidential plumbing re-did the whole plumbing in my house with a very reasonable price. The best quote I got. Everyone was very professional. specially Jimmy who did most of the work. He was always on time. Kept everything clean after his shift. I will definitely call them again If I ever need a plumber again.

Excellent Service! Would call them for anything plumbing and or heating related. Called due to what I thought was a faulty water feeder to my steam boiler, turns out the feeder is fine, operator wasn't maintaining the boiler properly. Tim walked me through what I have to do, adjusted the blowdown valve to make it easier for me to maintain and let me know what to look for and how often to maintain it. My system doesn't sound like gremlins doing construction in my pipes anymore. Highly recommend!

Phil and the team were amazing to work with! They were responsive, had great follow-through, and were also extremely knowledgeable. Phil used his expertise to *proactively* think through our needs and recommend solutions that solved for even more than we asked! Additionally, weeks after their job was done, when we ran into some unanticipated challenges with something plumbing-related the team at Presidential was happy to help and alleviated additional stress that would have been challenging to deal with on our own. It’s rare to find companies that genuinely care about their customers, have deep expertise, and take such pride in doing right by people. Would highly recommend them (and I almost never write reviews but they are by far the best we’ve worked with).

Steve came to our home today for a big plumbing problem. He immediately diagnosed the problem and was knowledgeable to remedy the situation with a complete and up-to-code solution. He was also very neat and respectful. My husband and I would highly recommend him!
