Reviews of local pros in Stoneham, Massachusetts

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job replacing a broken water line under a driveway and were able to fill trench and repair driveway same day. Will definitely be my go to in the future.

Mike and his crew did an excellent job replacing our leaking water service line that runs from the house to the street. They were professional, timely, thorough, and Mike even followed-up to help coordinate the documents with the city.

E.B. Rotondi & Sons were dispatched to our house to dig up and diagnose a broken sewer lateral. The crew led by Mike Jr. was courteous and efficient. While almost the entire lateral had to be replaced to the main in the center of the road, the new pipe was attached in the early afternoon restoring our ability to use the plumbing. They paid great attention to detail and the road and sidewalk repair look much better than similar repairs I see around town.

The crew went above and beyond by making sure some paving stones they had to disrupt were set right after everything was filled in, and they even reseeded a patch of grass that was completely dead when they arrived! We were initially nervous as the crew was subcontracted by 128 Plumbing to come out and dig, but we couldn't be happier with the service provided to us. We will definitely be calling E.B. Rotondi & Sons if we need any future excavation or driveway work done in the future.

I could not recommend these guys more. If I could leave Mike Rotondi and his team 10 stars I would.

For context, I had to update my 3/4 in water line in Medford to 1in when doing my home renovation and camera my sewer line, which needed to partly be replaced.

Mike not only offered a great price but left the place cleaned up and did a hell of a patch job. Even my neighbor commented on it. He was also a pleasure to work with and reminds me of my buddies.

Months later, my plumber told me there was a collapse in the sewer line at another location. This was preventing me from moving in after a 10 month renovation project. Mike sent his crew immediately, dug up the location 6 ft deep and fixed the issue. Didn’t even ask me for anything.

There are not many contractors like Rotondi and Sons these days. Mike seriously, thank you so much, you are the absolute man.

Beat plumber in the north shore

Excellent service from start to finish! Always keeping the work area clean. Highly recommend.

not sure about their plumbing , but their driving needs improvement. Just had someone in their marked van speed up by me as I was crossing a street, really bad.

Do NOT hire this company! My mother called them to fix a clogged sink. They showed up for 30 seconds. He plunged the drain once. His assistant didn't even have time to put his tool bag down and he handed my 84 year old mother a bill for $185. Does a plumber need to get paid for his time? Of course! I'm all for a professional getting paid for their time...But $185 for 30 seconds of work for a woman on a fixed income is gouging...pure and simple. I called their office twice to get a clarification on the invoice amount and got zero response. They apparently believe the residents of Reading Woods are their personal ATMs. You can bet she'll me or anyone else first next time. Unless you have money to throw away, stay away from these guys.

Poor driving and fail to clean snow off of van, causing issues for others.

Never returned my call

They installed our new heating system and did a wonderful job. Thanks Elite

Chuck is very professional, prompt and does great work for a reasonable price. He is the only plumber we need.

Louis and his Crew were great. We had additional services we needed after their first visit, they called us back on a Sunday and came right back over to add more services.
We definitely recommend them.

Louis is a skillful plumber. He came to my house to replace two hot water heaters, the works were done efficiently and with quality, good value of his service! Highly recommended.

BUYER BEWARE !! Disappeared without finishing work. LEAKS!!
Took money to replace a shower, put in the fiberglass shower and left everything unfinished. See picture of how he left it before ignoring future communications and pocketing the money. On top of it all after getting another company to finish the work his plumbing ended up leaking and near flooding the below floor ruining all the drywall. Please… find a real plumber/contractor and steer clear of Cella.

Best of the best, great plumbers, great people!!

Great company and they show up on time too !!!

Refused to service a water heater they installed. Wouldn't even come out to look at it.

Dave did an excellent and efficient job installing a new flange for a toilet. Also, he cleaned up very well

Always prompt and job well done.
