Eastern Standard recently completed a roof replacement. They were the only provider that diagnosed some structural issues prior to starting the project, thus they were able to give an accurate estimate. The work quality and communication was excellent and I won’t hesitate to use them for future projects.

Eastern Standard recently finished a complete gut renovation of our house in Stoneham which was heavily damaged by a fire. Kevin and Jon were amazing to work with at every phase of the project. We engaged them early on during the re-design/architecture process and they lead us through budgeting, permitting, build and finally through to completion. We could not be happier with how our house turned out! Despite all the obstacles the project presented them (building in the middle of a pandemic, supply delays, etc.) they never stopped pushing and delivered on every detail of the project. It was so refreshing to work with a Contractor that communicated consistently and followed through on what they promised. Highly Recommended!!

I had pleasure completing a house addition project with Jon from Eastern Standard Construction. The experience and service were exceptional. It is definitely the top tier of service contractor work for my project. In particular, I am very happy with the easy communication about budget, planning, work scheduling, attention to details and flexibility to accommodate extra requests during the process. Jon is very knowledgeable and capable of orchestrating all the work to complete the project. He also spent extra effort to make sure our life is minimally interrupted during the construction process. I had shingles damaged on my roof during last week's wind storms. More winds on the Friday night before Easter caused more issues and the banging noise kept us up most of the night. I called a few companies and Mike was able to come out on Easter Saturday and replaced the damaged shingles at a reasonable price! Thank you Mike!

Mike and his entire crew were great to do business with. They were always there when they said they would be and phone calls were always returned promptly. Mike gave me options when a few issues arose, instead of just taking the more costly route to benefit himself. I was very grateful for that. After all was said and done the new roof looked amazing and the clean up very impressive. Not a single nail, shingle or cut piece of drip edge was to be found. Having small children this meant a lot to me. My yard and beds looked untouched and undisturbed. I always recommend Nugent roofing as soon as someone needs a recommendation. Keep up the great work.
