I recently had a new Goodman furnace and heat pump installed at my home. The old units were taken out, and the new ones were set up. The installation was fantastic—very tidy and efficient! We're really enjoying the new system. It's super quiet, unlike our old system from '94. I can hardly hear the furnace running even when I'm right next to it, and the heat pump is just as quiet. Life is definitely going to be better with this upgrade. I haven't met a more pleasant and hardworking person than John. I highly recommend this service and would give them a 5-star rating.

Prompt in responding to my furnace repair request, Full Spectrum Services offered same-day service. Their approach was quick, effective, and courteous, making sure everything functioned correctly. When my daughter-in-law needed to repair the furnace in the mobile home she rents to my granddaughter, she initially opted for a different repair service. They informed her that the furnace was beyond repair and suggested she buy a new one for $1700.00. I advised her to contact Full Spectrum Services. Upon inspection, their repairman, Braden, discovered that the issue was a blocked air vent, which he promptly fixed, saving her a considerable amount of money. My first encounter with Full Spectrum Services was when I needed my AC unit repaired. They earned my initial 5-star review with their exceptional service. My second experience was when my furnace developed a bracket issue, causing a dreadful noise whenever it turned on. Their repairman, Nolan, quickly resolved the problem. Regardless of the repairman sent, each was highly skilled, polite, and offered their services at a reasonable price. Living in a manufactured home in Upton, I've found that not all companies are equipped to work on them. The third time I required their services was when my water heater broke down. I mentioned that it might still be under warranty from the manufacturer (not Full Spectrum Services). It was, and they coordinated the repair, ensuring I received the necessary part and had it installed. I only had to pay for the installation as the warranty didn't cover it.

I had two other companies come out to check my heater. One said I needed to replace the evaporator coil, while the other suggested replacing the condenser coil. Then I reached out to Full Spectrum Services, and the owner got back to me right away. He was very friendly and gave me a quote for both options. In the meantime, I decided to take apart my condensing unit and clean the coils as best as I could, even though I wasn't very experienced. I also checked the filter in the attic and found it was quite dirty. After putting everything back together, I thought I had solved the problem, but when I returned home from work, it was still 80 degrees inside. I called Full Spectrum Services to schedule an appointment, and the owner even offered to bring us a portable unit for the night. The next day, his technician, Geoffrey, arrived and diagnosed the system. He found that all the pressures were good and everything seemed fine. He explained that I hadn’t let the system thaw long enough after cleaning the coils and replacing the filter. They could have easily charged me a lot of money, but instead, they showed incredible honesty and integrity. Our heater is definitely aging, but I wouldn’t consider calling anyone else for service. Full Spectrum Services is truly exceptional!
