128 is a 100% satisfaction service company. The technician, Kyle, was respectful and professional. He even laid down his own mat to protect my floor and wore booties. More importantly he got the job done right. Pricing was up front and he even checked and adjusted my water heater, no charge. We had to shut off our water the weekend of the snow storm and was relieved to have water again. The price I paid was reasonable for me considering the circumstances. Could it have been done for less? Maybe but I received excellent service and a guarantee on the work. And they showed up when they said they would with a text 20 minutes before. I'm a happy customer!

I had a full gas furnace/heating system installed on short notice. 128 Plumbing & Heating was extremely responsive and efficient. They came out immediately because of a carbon monoxide danger. They then installed a new heating system promptly and efficiently. Buck, Loeut, Albie, and Derek provided incredible service installing my new heating system. They were very professional, kind, knowledgeable, neat, polite, and hardworking. Buck came back for the next 2 days to make sure my gas was back on, the plumbing inspection was completed, and I felt safe with all of the new heating equipment. They will install the a/c system in the warmer weather. In addition, Makayla provided good communication, and Darren and RJ were a big help at the start. This was the first time I used 128, and I am thoroughly impressed and happy with their service. I already are recommending them to others. Thank you!

Jeff from 128 Plumbing was on time and very professional to assess the issue with our house draining issue. Recently, had the city replace a section of the sewer drain that was damaged during their work.

He explained the pricing for the camera inspection before performing the assessment and communicated the entire process in detail. All of the videos and pictures were sent to my email for records.

After the inspection. Jeff went over the different options and plans to resolve the issue. He returned the following day to assess the fix by the city. We have decided to go ahead the get the our sewer drain sleeve with 128 Plumbing from seeing the condition of our exsisit cast iron and clay pipes.

This is the second time using 128 Plumbing. Previously had a indirect water tank replaced and we were pleased with the work.

Jeff F. was my hero today! In an embarrassing accident my phone fell into the toilet and the magnetic kickstand disconnected without me realizing it. When I finally connected the timing of my missing kickstand and a mysterious clogged toilet (the one and only toilet we have in our house!) I was freaking out a little bit. 128 Plumbing was SO nice, from Renee who answered my slightly panicked call and assured me someone could come out today, to Jeff F. the drain expert who was at my house no more than an hour later. He was kind about my accident, and clearly explained all the scenarios (and the pricing structures) he would try. The first step was the auger and he went in with it like a pro. Less than 5 minutes later my sparkly kickstand popped out and we literally cheered and high fived! I would definitely recommend 128 Plumbing for their kindness, availability, and professionalism in getting the job done!

We had 128 out for replacement of our AC/furnaces and the team was great. I had a few small plumbing issues as well and because of that great experience I called in a week later to have someone come out to quote me. Kenny came out the next day and gave me a fair and honest assessment which included that we really should replace our 13 year old water heater. He gave a fair price and we had Chandler and Steve out a couple of days later to replace that and do some other items as well. The team as always is friendly, respectful and informative of what they are doing. 128 will continue to be my go to provider for home services!

Within 15 minutes, Kyle T. called us. He spoke with my husband, immediately told us what steps to take, and put us at ease. The very next morning he was at our home. Every concern we had disappeared once he arrived.

Kyle not only kept his word — he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He educated us on our new water heater, answered every single question we had, and did an exceptional job from start to finish.

I had a new heating and cooling system inst system installed last year by 128 plumbing, heating, cooling & electric. They did an excellent job and I was extremely satisfied. I called them becaust I needed a new toilet installed. The plumber Steven L. Arrived at my house earlier than I expected. Was able to find a toilet that matched my existing fixtures. He left for a short while and returned with the new toilet. Steven L. did an excellent job with the installation everything went very well. The area was clean when he left. I highly recommend 128 plumbing, heating, cooling & electric and their plumber Steven L.

I got a few quotes for a new heating system and 128 Heating was the middle price and they did an amazing job. Great communication from the beginning to the end. The workers were very professional and explained everything as they were doing the install when I asked questions. I will be signing up for the yearly maintenance check.

The most dishonest company ever. No idea what they are doing. A bunch a liars!

This is a great family-operated business in Reading! Peter and team have taken care of our house since we moved in five years ago. We've had a couple near emergency scenarios with both our Heat and Air Conditioning over the past year and they have promptly replied back to us and come to resolve the issue. They're honest, knowledgeable, and nice folks to have take care our heating and cooling.

I read many positive AC repair reviews on Reading town Facebook and decided to try B&B to help and repair my AC. After three'ish other companies came out, charged me 190 to 300 bucks to make my downstairs air conditioner work, I was preparing myself for something similar where either I will get an extra gas charge or a partial repair that will keep my AC working for a month, at best.

It has now been two wonderful months with my AC working like it was new. The technician (Andy?) came out and was extremely thorough with all the pressure measurements, easily found the problem and got the AC working perfectly under one hour. Best repair money I ever spent. Thank you for being thorough, on-time and super knowledgable!

When I got the bill, I realize that the poor tech had removed two wasps nests -all without complaining or running away!

I had my boiler stop working overnight. I left a message with the answering service at 6 am and Peter returned my call quickly. He was able to get to my place by 11 am same day and quickly identified the issue. He went to buy the part and had it fixed quickly at a reasonable price. I look forward to hiring him again!
