I had mini splits installed a month ago. First of all, prior to the work being done the scheduling process was smooth and I received regular updates. Sal and his team were prompt, polite and professional. They stayed in contact with me giving me updates throughout the project. I highly recommend Unified Mechanical. They will be my first choice for all things HVAC.

Unified Mechanical installed a heating and AC system in my home and hooked up a gas stove. They were great to work with, provided a fair estimate and completed the work in a timely manner and had prompt communication. They are honest and complete professionals, who do high quality work. I got a few quotes for the job, and I couldn't be happier with Unified Mechanical. Highly recommend to anyone who needs hvac or plumbing work done.

Rich came out and serviced our high efficiency boiler (which had died) on the same day. He was thorough in his inspection and offered to perform yearly maintenance while he was working. Was happy with the service.

Unified Mechanical knew the systems in my new house, did a perfect job servicing them, and showed me features I did not know I had! They were very professional and hardworking. I highly recommend them.

Our (older) AC system wasn't working. We had someone else work on it and they got it working but it stopped almost immediately after they left. Rich from U. Mechanical looked at it and really spent the time to track down everything about the system and it's been working perfectly for over a year now. We really appreciated the care he took took to figure it out and fix it up. We always have UM service our gas boilers as well and they've been great.

Second time interacting with Unified Mechanical. Richard sent someone over in 10 minutes. Colin ran his diagnostics and gave reasonable explanations and answered all my questions, and the problem was fixed pretty quickly. Super polite and capable guy. Getting a hold of them took a little longer due to the season but will definitely reach out again when we need.

They installed a natural gas heating system for us in July. Very impressed with the quality of the work and professionalism. They are extremely organized and everything is installed with clear labels so it is understandable for anyone.

We had Unified Mechanical install a new 5 zone natural gas boiler with an indirect hot water tank in our 140 year old home. Simply put , they were amazing. The craftmanship and knowledge they possess is second to none. Rich, Sal and Cullen were so easy and pleasant to work with. They have a passion for their work and the tremendous quality with which this project was completed is striking (see pictures). Their quote was below other estimates and more than worth it. We even had them install some outdoor gas lines to the patio. We will NEVER utilize any other HVAC company going forward.

AC was out in our office for a few days these guys were able to get it up and running within a few hours. Tech was very nice and professional explained the issue well and got it fixed fast fast.

3 trips to the property and still unable to provide a quote for a furnace replacement. Delayed the replacement by almost a week. Had to place tenants in a hotel until another vendor replaced the furnace and restored the heat.

This company does what I wish everyone did. They come when they say they will come; they do the job right the FIRST time; and they clean up after themselves. In fact when they came into my place the tech put coverings on his shoes so that he was not messing up my place.

Over the years many plumbers/electricians/etc. have come into our house and didn't fix what was broken or broke something else and still left stuff all over our basement and/or our bedroom that we needed to cleanup.

These people are real professionals.

Courteous & professional team! I recently hired G&G to install a new heat pump system in my house. Everyone I dealt with (from the sales people to the installers) were responsive and professional.

My furnace was not working. I called G&G and a technician was at my house about 3 hours later. Joe did a fabulous job! He was professional, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you for a job well done.

Professional courteous knowledgeable… thought it would take months to have my HVAC unit they completed within a couple of weeks. Mike Baldwin in sales & the installation team (wish I got their names) were awesome support services excellent they are my go to now I am a newly loyal customer I give them a 10!

I rent my condo in Cambridge. Tenant called to let me know water tank is leaking. GG was there the next morning and said I need a new boiler and water tank. The sales person was also an experienced plumber and made the right recommendation. I had no choice and had to replace it that day. The cost was $13k. Needed to put down a 50% deposit
As a point of info last year GG installed a new $14k heat pump.
I asked if the balance could be paid in 30 days. Mgt told my sales person NO. Balance due now. Not everybody in these times has $13 k available on a minutes notice.
Bottom line a rating of 5 for sales and installation. A rating of zero for the greedy owner with no compassion for a repeat customer

We’ve had our tune ups and service with G&G for several years and I’m so glad I found them. The front office is very responsive and the HVAC staff have all been great. Friendly and knowledgeable. They came to replace a part today and the system still was not working. He took the time to determine the problem wrong part for this model at time of installation. Our unit WAS NOT installed by G and G. He took the time to explain, create a temporary solve, and will be back with tge correct part. Highly recommend G&G!
