Amazing service from 128. We recently installed a new furnace. Several people were involved including some follow up service. To a man each person was more polite, patient, knowledgeable than the last if that’s possible. A five star rating does not do this company justice.

Several toilets were backed up in our house. I called 128 Plumbing and they had a man on the job in about an hour. That was crucial as we had people visiting. Jeff was very respectful of the property and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Turned out 100 feet of septic pipe from the house needed to be snaked/unclogged. More than just a clogged toilet! Fast, knowledgeable, and respectful. Great job Jeff and 128!

Alec installed a new garbage disposal at our house in December 2025. He arrived on time. Donned shoe coverings when he entered. Quickly and carefully removed the old disposal and installed the new one. Put in a call for a 128 electrician who came along promptly and did the wiring. The job was completed before lunch. We found Alec to be an experienced professional who, as an added bonus, is a super nice young man. 👍🏻

I can’t recommend RJ from 128 highly enough. My boiler stopped working early this morning and it was a real emergency. After one company would not send anyone, I called 128 Plumbing. RJ responded quickly, the issue was diagnosed fast, clearly explained, and fixed efficiently. Within no time, heat and hot water were back! A huge relief! In a stressful situation, RJ delivered outstanding service. They have made me a customer and will absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a dependable plumber, especially in an emergency! We had a great appointment with Zack who installed a new outlet for us. We’ve used 128 for many things involving electrical, plumbing, and replacing our HVAC. Every tech and every team has been not only great at their work but incredibly kind people. We have an autistic son who loves to learn all trades and with every visit we’ve had, each and every technician has welcomed him to learn by their sides which means so much to us. Highly recommend the 128 team.

Great experience. I called for a water heater issue for rusty water running in my bathtub. I had an appointment set next day. Day of, I had the pleasure of having Kyle as my tech. Kyle was phenomenal and was able to replace my hot water heater and fix a gas leak same day. He even shoveled out an area of the driveway I was lazy with, to make sure the old heater got out smoothly. 5 stars to Kyle in particular for being professional, knowledgeable and going above and beyond

I was so impressed with the level of service and professionalism that I signed up for their maintenance plan. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable service.

Today I had my annual maintenance performed on two systems, a boiler the other the heat pump system for two different units. I was glad to be able to book both at the same time. Dylan showed up on time and was very pleasant and professional. More importantly, he LISTENED me as I told him my thoughts in regards to how the systems were working. He described in detail the services he would perform. He gave me an estimate about how long the work would take. When Dylan finished he gave me the resulted and informed me about the paperwork I could access online. Dylan was very conscientious about keeping things neat using his boot covers when walking through the house and tidying up around the work area. Everything seems to be running AOK! 128 THANK YOU for your continued great service.

Nick Roy came to rescue my shower and absolutely nailed it. He showed up on time, was super professional, and somehow managed to snake my shower without flooding my bathroom or my sanity. 😂

He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left the place cleaner than he found it—which feels like a plumbing miracle. If you’re looking for a plumber who knows his stuff, has a great attitude, and doesn’t make an awkward situation even more awkward, Nick is your guy.

Would 100% call him again (hopefully not anytime soon… but still).

Jeff was amazing. We have roots in our old clay lateral sewer line - had him out for a second opinion. He spent so much time with me, walking me through my various options, the processes, the costs. I am so happy we called 128. Highly recommend for honest, local work.

Emily did a great job doing our annual maintenance work (for the second year in a row!). She communicated well and took the time to complete a thorough review of our system. I appreciated her discussion of the job and her suggestion that we get our igniter checked out as we look to next year.

It was a pleasure talking with Jeff F during his visit to offer a free quote on installing a sewer drain pipe liner. He walked us through all the different considerations and helped us understand our system, then had us watch on while he scoped the pipe with a camera. He followed up on the visit with a detailed report and provided images and video from the scope. I’d happily call him again for any plumbing issue.

2 for 2 with top notch visits from 128 P & H! We’re very happy with the visit from Esteban today. He was fantastic. He completed a thorough assessment of our HVAC system, using before and after photos to document his findings. He provided a clear explanation of what looked good, what needed attention, and what we should keep an eye on. I feel great about our decision to join the membership program with 128 P&H. It provides peace of mind, knowing that our hot water heater, furnace, and condenser are in good hands.

Had my oil burner serviced today. I wish I wrote down the gentleman’s name who came so I could add it here. **edit his name is Mark*** Amazingly professional, explained everything to me in great detail after his assessment and made sure I understood what was needed and recommendations/considerations so I could make an informed decision. When the service was done, he reviewed everything with me so I now have a better understanding of managing my heating system going forward. I’d give 20 stars if I could. Thanks for a great service experience.

Professional services; overpriced by 3x.

Called these guys to re-route plumbing lines for my laundry room. The quote was $7,900 for one day's work, I couldn't believe it. I called a GC friend to ask for a second opinion and he recommend a local company who did the same exact work that had been suggested, except for $2,500 all-in.

Call 128 Plumbing first if you have an emergency and money to burn. Otherwise, call a local company second, compare the price, and decide for yourself.

Big Shout out to 128 plumber!!! I had an issue with my boiler called them Monday and they were there Tuesday at 745 cuz my house was at 46 degrees. The technician Conor was amazing got my boiler running in no time. I did my research on google and they had amazing reviews. So I went with them. I can’t express how they were prompt and knowledgeable. Thank you 128 plumbing for amazing service

Kyle and Nedim came out less than 24 hours after we realized our water heater was broken. They arrived armed with knowledge and prepared to replace the heater quickly and successfully. They were kind, professional, and extremely good at their job. Will definitely be using 128 in the future!

Technician Dylan did the second annual servicing of my 4 mini-splits and was excellent. Timely, courteous and efficient. Explained the services to be done and gave an estimated time of work. Performed all services and clean up in a professional manner. Also explained options of my 3 year mini-split service plan and other available plans for other home maintenance needs. Will request Dylan again for future maintenance needs.

Esteban came to our house to evaluate our mini-splits and perform a repair of our ducted system. He was knowledgeable, kind, and explained everything he was doing during the evaluation. Everyone I’ve dealt with at 128, including today’s visit from Esteban, has been thorough and professional. Highly competent workers who care about their customers. Highly recommended.

In 1/23/26, Jeff F and David came to or house to do a sewer camera inspection. They both did an excellent job explaining the purpose of lining the cast iron piping and would highly recommend 128 for their expertise and knowledge in this area.

On Friday March 6th at 10 pm, I received a call from my tenant that he had no hot water. I called 128 Plumbing and left a message, asking them to call me back asap. I received a call-back within an hour. The rep listened carefully, went over all the details, and set up an appointment for the next morning at 9 am. The next morning Kyle called me to tell me he was on his way. It turned out I needed a new water heater. Kyle determined that 128 had a water heater in stock and he had it installed by early afternoon on March 7th! I and my tenant are especially grateful for Kyle's prompt service, as my tenant is ill with cancer. Kyle was very professional, knowledgeable and prompt. Thank you, Kyle so much for your great service!!!

January 2026, we had 128Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric come out and put a new lining in our main sewer line. They were upfront with pricing, honest in their quoting (no un-necessary work), no additional/last minute costs, professional, kept their schedule and the project ran very smoothly. Richard, Mike, and Charlie were all very courteous, on-time, easy to work with. They explained the whole process and answered all questions. Minimal impact on living space and left the worksite spotless when complete. We would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to have a sewer lining done on their property.
