If the sign of a good and successful HCAC/Plumbing business is difficulty getting an appt, then this is it. The young assistants were pleasant, clean, polite and mindful that this is a home, not a construction site. Sal is professional and efficient. Really nice guy who does great work.

I called Monday night and left a message asking for heating/steam radiator service but not at night. Got a call Tuesday a.m. that Rich was nearby and would come late morning. Problem was fixed before noon and before weather turned colder. Unified has installed boiler for me and A/c as well.

Woke up to no heat. Called Unified Mechanical. They were here within the hour. Quickly diagnosed the problem and since it was a gas issue, not an issue with my furnace, they made sure I had the correct number to call for emergency assistance and stayed while I got on the phone with the energy supplier. 👍.

We've used Unified Mechanical over the last seven years for converting our heating system, for installing a new AC system and for running gas lines to appliances. We also go to them for all our HVAC servicing. They are dedicated experts, who are trustworthy, hard-working and reliable.

Hired to update our condensers and furnaces. Overall excellent workmanship. Time estimate was for three days but completed in two. Able to get one system running in one day to provide cooling during 90 degree weather.

Unified Mechanical has been servicing our A/C and heating (forced air and steam) for over 12 years now. They are direct, honest and always available to come out when we need them. I highly recommend them for both install and service.

Converted from Oil to Gas, they were excellent. Also had several other issues at another property and they handled the emergency calls in a timely fashion. Always respectful and professional. Highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

We had a new boiler installed, replacing a 40 year old one. Rich and his son did a great job along with Nick the electrician that works with him. We always find they respond so quickly like on the coldest day in February Rich came out and got us warm again after our heat kicked out on the old boiler.

We've used them for over 10 years. They are fair, honest, non-nonsence and know exactly what they are doing. I wish we did not have to go through the answering service when need them. This slows down setting up visits. Also when they call back using an unlisted number, the calls just do not go through to our phone. Still, they came through for us and squeezed us into their very busy schedule.

I've been using unified mechanical for many years and have always been satisfied with the level of expertise and service. I have an older hot air by gas furnace and I never feel the pressure from Sal or his team to purchase a new furnace. We've talked about plans for when the time comes, and I feel comfortable knowing that I can pick up the phone and give them a call. Highly recommend!
