Jared was here this morning to perform a heating maintenance check. He arrived early and did a thorough job while taking the initiative to explain what he was doing. Jared has been here before and it’s nice to see a familiar technician. He’s an asset to your company!

Service was excellent. Very responsive. Jared was my serviceman and he was knowledgeable and friendly. He took time to explain how my system works and the root causes of the issue. Great job and highly recommend.

They left our boiler in super unsafe conditions. Another company came in said that our boiler failed the safety inspection after Falite “fixed” it and that it could have caused a fire in our building. They charged us for faulty services and are not responsive to our multiple calls.

The company is very responsive. They understood when I explained my wife disability and made time in a very busy schedule to come out and resolve my problem. The tech was very knowledgeable answered all of my questions and educated me about how my system actually works. Great experience all around.

Called this company to fix the boiler in our house in Cambridge, MA, which broke during an extremely cold weekend this winter. Their inspection and repair led to the boiler overheating to extremely unsafe levels, which we ascertained by bringing in a second company to conduct a safety inspection (which the boiler failed). The second company had to turn off the boiler again, so the situation is still not resolved, and Falite Bros has been completely unresponsive to multiple calls since. I would strongly discourage anyone from using Falite Bros services.

Fantastic service
I had a leak on a holiday weekend. Pam from the office contacted the
technicians while driving into Boston and sent them to me. The men were full of information and fixed it quickly. Then took me outside and explained and showed me the problem. The problem may have been minor but leaking water can do a lot of damage in a short period of time. Thank you Falite bros

Worst service provider I have dealt with. I made an appt with them for my AC unit and the appt time was at 8am and no one showed until 3 PM. Wasted my whole day. Then finally after looking at the unit they Gave me a wrong diagnostic on my AC unit stating thermostat was the issue. Went to buy a new thermostat and still the same issue. 2nd time around they stated there is something wrong with the circuit board and they will have to special order. Never gave me information of the model or make of the board. Kept calling them over 3 weeks with the same excuse. Saying the circuit board is a rare product. Still waiting on their supplier. Finally made a complaint to the office and their manager Joe couldn’t even call me back with any info to fix the issue. Lastly the technician Mike (who created the whole mess) calls me back after all the trouble to refund me for the first visit. Because I asked multiple times for the full reimbursements. Wasted over 3 weeks with them. I had enough of them. Choose another provider. HORRIBLE

Jared and his team member were extremely professional and educated me on the outcome of the maintenance they performed. They provided clear steps on updates for replacing additional parts. I would highly recommend their services.

I give it four stars now and I will change it to five stars next summer after I start using it and don't run into any problems. John Mclellan and the whole crew were very professional. Communication between employees, John and myself was excellent. When the crew came to install the air conditioner, they new exactly what they had to do.

Wildly expensive for a 40min house call that didn’t even solve the issue... hard to recommend other than the guys seemed nice enough. They don’t set the prices though.

Update 7/23/20: So I’m giving Falite Bro’s another twirl, why, because they have won me over with their commitment to both rectifying my 1st experience with them and remedying my current problem. My AC condenser is fried and needs to be fixed/replaced. They have come up with several service options and are working closely with me on prices and availability. As a LL I’m dealing with my tenants inability to stay current with their rent. Falite Bros., (JW) is working with me on an affordable solution. A rebuilt condenser and accompanying warranty may be just the option needed at this particularly stressful time. I belive they will be a solid partner in this process. I will return for a final update once we agree on the ultimate cost and the work has been completed to my satisfaction. - BGR

Have been doing business w/Falite Bros for years. Always responsive and professional. The Technician, Jared, came to my house to repair my condenser that stopped running. He diagnosed the problem, had the part in his truck and tested the system ensuring it was working properly before he left. Jared is a very knowledgeable, professional young man and a hard worker.

Special thanks to Tony and Rob of Falite Brothers for their professionalism and timely work on our heating system. They explained what needed to be done and completed the work efficiently. Totally positive experience. Well done, Tony and Rob. Greatly appreciated!

Mike was quick to arrive after my call and identify the problem with my furnace. Given the age of the system, Mike needed to order a replacement part but made it happen within 24 hours. I have heat! Kind, early to arrive and quick, give these guys bonus points in my book.

We recently had our central air conditioner serviced. A wonderful technician named Jared took the time to explain what he was doing & why. He observed incredibly good awareness of COVID protocols. We would highly recommend Falite Brothers & especially Jared for any air conditioning services.

Great experience with Trevor King today. Failed condenser call on an A/C system, the electrical problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly. Would recommend for service.

So far so good. This was my first experience with Falite Brothers and it was all good. They were easy to schedule, prompt, polite, and appeared knowledgeable about my A/C system. I’m optimistic that this will be a good company to deal with.

My A/C broke (condenser/compressor). My HVAC guy had retired, so I called several businesses - none but Falite Bros were responsive. John and his buddy diagnosed the problem the next day, quoted me two options for repair and gave me a repair appointment on the spot. For the repair work, John was punctual, and all work was completed professionally. The new unit works great, better than any previous one. I don't get to say this often, but this team was fantastic.

We had Tony and Robbie for a service call to see an older gas furnace. They were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. We’re sensitive to budget issues and provided good diagnosis and plan for repair and we would definatelty use Falite Brothers again

When they came to our residence in Cambridge, MA, they left our boiler in unsafe conditions. Not to mention, they have since been completely unresponsive. They completely took advantage of our emergency situation, and have not attempted to remedy the issues their repairs have caused. I would absolutely not recommend this service.

Jarod was great. He communicates well. He recommended a couple of services. He explained them in detail as to why they are important. Of course, giving me the option to decide if I want him to do them.
I’ve been with Falite Bros since 1987. I’m never disappointed.
