Total Temp responded quickly & was reasonably priced! John A. came out, found the issue & had my heat up and running the same day! Highly recommend & will be using them for all of heating/ AC &plumbing needs going forward!

Brandon was extremely thorough, knew his stuff, explained everything, worked quick, and was mindful of the carpets in the house with his boots. I would recommend this company and Brandon for sure. I will request I have him next time. He was at our house for pre-summer maintenance.

I’m very grateful to Total Temperature Control, in particular, Kyle, Dom, Javier, and the woman who assisted me over the phone. They were here over the weekend and this week to fix a gas leak and to test the furnace. They fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable cost. They were very respectful, responsive, and professional. I would recommend TTC to anyone.

Just had AC serviced in anticipation of the coming season. Service tech, Michael was GREAT and very helpful with questions I had about how the system works!

Brandon arrived on time. He performed annual AC maintenance. Brandon explained what he was doing and why. He wrote down all his observations. Brandon said that our unit is 23 years old, so there were some things he couldn't do. Our refrigerant is not the latest version. I asked him if he could send us an estimate on replacing the entire unit. Brandon was very friendly and easy to talk to. I will give him five stars. I enjoyed his visit very much.

Mike and Branden did an outstanding job! Bled air from boiler and got hot water working properly as well as heat. They monitored my system for a few hours until the results were great. I'm so grateful for their dedication and commitment to make it right!!!

Mike did an outstanding job regarding the service call. He was very thorough and took the time to explain what he had done. Very detailed. In addition Mike noticed two baby bunnies in our backyard and brought it to my attention. They are now in a safe place. Thank you Mike regarding both the service call and for noticing the bunnies.

**Update**
Since I’m not able to reply to the owner’s response on my review, here at the facts. First of all, I was not even referencing the issue of the noise. Both units are not even functioning, at all. Completely down. We spent $300,000 and have two giant unless cabinets on our roof. Total Temp has not been out to look at them or even retuned our calls for 2 months. Second, they are also lying about the noise issue. They replaced our old spring-isolator curbs with solid curbs and now our residents under the units can’t even sleep (when the units were actually functioning). Spring-isolator curbs are available for these units and this was sold as a “like for like” replacement, so why were our curbs replaced with something substandard?

Terrible service. We spent $300k replacing two rooftop units last year. The units have not worked correctly for more than 2 months at a time. TT was out a few times and fixed them promptly but have now ghosted us. The warranty runs out in a few months and both units are offline. We can’t any answer by email or phone.

Almost a year ago our heating system went out in our old house the day we took our newborn home from the hospital, we called TTC and the owner came out himself to fix it. We recently moved into a new home and needed to replace the heating system and hot water tank. TTC talked us through which options would be best for our budget and what rebates to apply for. Moving with three kids 4 and under was stressful enough it was so nice that it was such a smooth process. They were out the next week to replace everything and were on time and didn’t leave a mess. I can’t say enough about this local family business!

These people have been taking care of our furnace and AC for fifteen years. This morning, at 7:45, I called them with a serious problem—no heat during the night, when the temperature plummeted to 11 degrees. They had Dominic here in twenty minutes, and in less than an hour he had us warm again. They are great.

I almost never leave a review but had to make an exception for Brandon and Total Temperature Control. This might sound over the top but this is the happiest I've been with any HVAC company in the last 10 years. I've tried many of the bigger name companies you see the vans for or hear the commercials and they have consistently misdiagnosed or threw parts at my system. This was the first time I feel like a company and tech have actually listened and really figured out what was wrong. The price of the repair even came in a bit lower than I thought. Thanks to their staff Brandon, Hannan, Lisa (and John who I think I first talked to). Y'all rock!

After developing a mold allergy confirmed by my allergist, getting sick, and having a professional mold tester advise me to get the HVAC vents and ducts cleaned in my new home, I spoke to Hannan Ali at Total Temperature Control. They referred me to an environmental company that cleaned the HVAC ducts and vents. Before and after photographs were taken, showing that the developers Andy and Jane Knott's contractors, had left construction debris, dirt and dust in the system during and after the new construction of the home.

I followed all of the other recommendations suggested by Total Temperature Control including changing filters, adding air purifiers, using a dehumidifier, using the house fan setting and running the AC more during the warmer months. There was an improvement, however the presence of condensation on multiple interior windows remained a concern.

The owner John J. Ambrosino and his service manager John J. Ambrosino followed up with a 1.5 hour thorough inspection of my home and systems. They had technician Brandon Hackesly install i-wave technology to better circulate air flow in the HVAC systems. They also had their electrician confirm their finding that the master bedroom bathroom exhaust fan was never vented outside. This was a building code and health code violation that was either missed or not found during final building inspection. Repairs were made and conditions improved.

If not for the help from Total Temperature Control, everyone in the home would still be breathing in unhealthy air and likely suffering more long-term mold allergy, asthma and lung damage. The Total Temperature Control team went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you John J. Ambrosino.

RUN AWAY. I am beyond shocked at how unprofessional this business is. My 16 year old daughter was driving to school and the man driving this truck terrorized and terrified her. My daughter has a video of him flipping her off while driving this company car. This is your sign to NOT book this company. If this is how they act when they are in private I don’t know how they would act in your homes.

Very bad experience with this company because of their ridiculous deal---- no following service after taking money. In last year around May, I contacted Dan for the intake air fan issue, he sent a technician and took $150 for checking, and told me they would come back to me after estimate ,they did not come back as promised. After a while, under my request, Dan sent another one visit once again and repeatedly promised they would come back and fix the problem. Then, no next ..... till now. Did you always collect money with no following service? Why did you waste me so much time? Why did you promise but did nothing? Hope others should be careful with them. We have been suffered from them too much.

I have had the best experience with CS Ventilation as a new restaurant owner. The owner is extremely personable, helpful and cares about his clients. The staff is so pleasant and always willing to help. They also have a super quick response time.
