I had my electric hot water tank replaced on Christmas Eve and had a great experience. Jared arrived on time and was joined by his apprentice, Michael.

They walked me through my options, answered my questions, and made the whole process easy. The work was done efficiently and professionally, especially considering it was a holiday.

Great service and communication overall. I’d definitely recommend 128 Plumbing and would use them again.

Had Jeff F come by for a service call 1/29/2026, he was awesome (Thanks Jeff!). Called 30minutes ahead to let us know when he would arrive, arrived promptly and was incredibly courteous and personable upon arrival. After brief introductions he asked about the issue (he had also come with a full overview from dispatch), and then gave his initial thoughts on what the source could be and possible corrective actions, all explained very well. Upon inspection everything checked out as described, we then shifted focus to another underlying issue. This issue was larger in scope (but not unexpected). Still Jeff described everything perfectly and outlined a couple different solutions, which were all described well and made complete sense. All in all Jeff made the entire experience easy and comfortable, which has always been my experience with 128 (Jeff is just the latest to continue that customer service experience). I appreciate everything he did on his visit and look forward to working with Jeff and the 128 team again.

128 is awesome. We’ve used them for several services. Our furnace broke and they came to check it out the next day. We needed it replaced and they got us a quote same day and on the schedule to install the day after. Incredible turnaround and amazing work. Lou and his crew were awesome and hard working. We also used 128 for plumbing and a drain evaluation. Charlie was super knowledgeable and thorough helping us understand our options. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful experience, specifically with Dylan! The pipe to our condenser was clogged and frozen, causing a back up, and Dylan was very knowledgeable on how to solve the issue. Even more than that, he was extremely kind, and took the time to explain everything to us with care as first time home owners (who a lot of these issues are new for!). We feel so appreciative for Dylan’s services, professionalism, and the speed in which 128 was able to send him out to fix the problem. Would absolutely recommend using 128!

Today we had a 128 Plumbing technician, Emily Carnevale, for an annual check up of our heating system. We were very impressed with her professionalism. A text message was sent to let us know of her arrival time. When she came to the door she greeted us and introduced herself, immediately putting the booties on over her shoes. All our questions were answered and she explained to us what was needed in a way for us to understand, as heating systems are not our expertise. Emily was articulate and friendly. 128 Plumbing is very lucky to have her as their employee. Thank you, Emily!

Dylan came by on time to service our furnace. Great communication.
He's perfect gentleman and very knowledgable in what he does. Explained the operation of the pump on my furnace that somehow got tripped off. Made perfect sense to me and now I can monitor it myself.
I really enjoyed my interaction with him.

We have a 3 year service plan with 128 Heating and Plumbing and it’s amazing. Super easy to book and the technicians are knowledgeable and friendly.

Today the unit was serviced by Eudrick, who was kind and courteous. Upon entering the house, he put on shoe covers which was incredibly nice considering all the salt and ice melt on the sidewalks. He was really friendly, asking how I was before starting the work. Eudrick was conscientious of my chihuahua, while he worked he entered/exited using the basement door to reduce the amount of stress on my dog upstairs.

When the work was complete, he went over what he did and answered my questions. Eudrick informed me that I would receive the invoice and photos of the work completed, and it was in my inbox within a few minutes of him leaving.

Highly recommend!

We have been using 128 for several years now and have only positive things to say about the people, the work they do and the professionalism of this company. We recently had our water heater serviced by Emily and Eudrick. They were on time, friendly, efficient, and took time to fully explain the work they did.
They were five stars plus!
Later that same day Jeff came to do a free sewer line check. He explained the work, photographed the entire sewer line and gave us an assessment of the condition of the line. He was friendly, personable, and took time to explain everything. Again, 5 stars Plus!

We use 128 for our home maintenance and repair needs. We called this week for a smell/? blockage in our kitchen sink. Nick Roy came out and spent a good amount of time investigating the problem, and, most helpfully, explaining what he was doing/looking for and explaining what we should and shouldn't be doing with our drains in our home. He offered me options on what work he could do, but I never felt pressured into an unnecessary purchase. Of course, we never want house problems to pop up, but we have been happy with all the services 128 has provided and will continue to use them. They are reliable and their technicians are knowledgable and easy to work with!

We had water sometimes backing up in our kitchen sink, so we decided to call 128 Plumbing & Heating to fix the problem. The repairman, Jeff F., was great! He was knowledgeable, efficient, and fixed the problem in no time! He also shared some advice on how to avoid this problem in the future, which was very helpful! Jeff was very professional and respectful while he was working in our place. He explained everything he did step-by-step so I could understand at all times what he was doing. Thank you, Jeff!

I can’t say enough about the positive experience with 128 Home Services and the recent install of a new tankless combination boiler/hot water heater. I’ve been a 128 Service Program member for years and it definitely helped to have the priority service during one of the coldest weeks of the year. Frank was the lead installer for the job and was outstanding. He’s an expert in the field and attentive to every detail. In addition, every member of the 128 team that came by over the few day period of the project (a few of the names… RJ, Evan, Joe, Alejandro, Deshaun) was great - whether to diagnose the issue, manage the project, drop off space heaters, drop off supplies, etc - all were polite, professional, and respectful. I have used 128 for a number of heating, cooling, and plumbing issues and servicing over the years and have always been very pleased.

We had several repairs and replacements done on our drainage line, including replacing cast iron that was almost a century old. The combined team of Kyle, Chandler, Conor, and David were respectful, knowledgeable, and thoroughly professional explaining what needed to be done and doing the work. I have had many great experiences with 128 PHCE, and this was another one!

Lou, Felix, and Isaiah from 128 PHCE did an outstanding job replacing our dying furnace in the most dire circumstances. During the recent cold snap, our ancient gas furnace began making a loud buzzing noise instead of firing up like usual. It would typically succeed on the second try.

Conditions deteriorated, and the exhausted machine began failing more frequently, often several times in a row. By this time I was reaching-out to local HVAC companies until 128 PHCE said they could have someone come by shortly. The representative was a friendly knowledgeable guy (and army veteran) who immediately concluded the furnace needed replacing. He arranged to get us four space heaters to keep us warm in case the furnace hard failed, which was a life saver! Then we scheduled the work.

The job was completed in a day a short while later. The installation crew (see above) did an impeccable job, always seeing problems before they appeared. It was so quick and smooth. Great work! Highly recommended

I have not always had a great experience with 128. However, I was very pleased with their service today. At 2pm on a Sunday afternoon, my garbage disposal stopped working, and my kitchen sink would not drain. Within three hours of calling 128, I had a new garbage disposal installed, and my sink was fixed. Travis S did an amazing job. He was very professional, provided me with a bunch of different options and associated pricing, and completed the work very quickly. I would be very happy to have him do work in my home any time. Thank you Travis!

We had our sewer line replaced recently, and the whole process went smoothly and quickly. Jeff F, who handled the inspection, was outstanding. He communicated clearly, explained everything in detail, and showed real understanding for his customers. He made sure we felt comfortable with each step, and the invoices were handled promptly and without hassle.

We also want to thank the rest of the crew for their hard work and professionalism. Everyone worked efficiently and delivered great quality. The teamwork really showed, and we’re very happy with how everything is turning out. Highly recommend!

We had an outstanding experience with Chandler, Alec, and Dave from 128 Plumbing. They came out to fix a burst pipe, repair the water line to our fridge, and replace another burst pipe going outside. Not only did they complete everything exactly as quoted, they went above and beyond by helping us with a few additional minor issues around the house to make sure everything was in excellent working order.

They were professional, friendly, and genuinely pleasant to have around. They took the time to walk us through how everything works and gave us clear guidance on how to prevent similar issues in the future. It’s rare to find a team that combines skill, efficiency, and great customer service so seamlessly.

What started out as what we thought was a simple clog turned out to be much worse. It was an underground sewer pipe that was clogged with debris and a couple roots.

Jeff F. was the man! He pulled out the big guns and was able to unclog the pipe. He and I were so excited!! Thanks to him, we are able to use our toilets, showers etc.

He was extremely friendly and explained everything that he was doing with the utmost confidence.

Excellent HVAC service! The team was punctual, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. They were honest about what needed to be done and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. Everything was handled efficiently and with great care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.

First day after hot water heater was installed in the evening I had no hot water. Called128 first thing next morning at 8 am my doorbell rang and Travis S. was here to fix my problem. He was very professional and explained everything he had to do. After he was finished he showed me what he had done and showed pictures of the problem before and after. This all happened one day after the big blizzard and I was not shoveled out. When leaving Travis S. Shoveled my stairs and a path to the street. I didn’t know until the mail came and I saw what he did. I was so happy that he would be concerned about my safety. Thank you Travis S. And thank you 128 for employing such professional and caring people. I am so glad I have all my services covered by you. Sorry this is long I hope you really read it.

Nick Roy did an excellent job. Both our kitchen sink and basement sink were clogged, and he came out promptly and handled everything professionally. Nick was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to do a detailed inspection and explain all of our options clearly. The work was done neatly, testing was completed quickly, and everything was working perfectly before he left. This was a much-needed job that had to be done fast, and Nick was absolutely top-notch. Highly recommend!
