BC Murphy removed an 18x20 concrete slab, three huge eastern pine stumps, and then created a wonderful patio and fire pit area in our backyard. I thought the price was very fair and am very pleased with the quality of the work. The slab and root systems were much deeper than expected but Brad stuck to his word and didn’t skimp on any of the removal of materials or filling it back in with crushed stone. It ended up being much more crushed stone than expected but Brad didn’t charge me a dime more and showed a lot of integrity and honesty in doing a very high quality job when others may have not dug down nearly as deep or used mostly junk fill then a layer of crushed stone on top of that. He did it right and the job should last forever. His workers were a pleasure to have on our property and I’d work with them again without hesitation. His mason Aguinaldo is really talented and did a great job on the fire pit area. When the project was finished the crew was very generous in how much loam they put down and how much area they covered with hydroseeding. Overall, I think they did a very quality job and didn’t skimp on anything, and the price was great.

Brad and his team created an outstanding patio design and landscape arrangement. When it came time to execute the project the BC Murphy crew was always professional and neat. Brad provided expert project management and communication of the project status.

Brad and his crew put in an irrigation system and sod in our backyard. They also do a spring cleanup service, mulching and blow out our irrigation lines in the fall.
With regards to our backyard, they did a great job! They had to move a chicken coop and run when they put in our irrigation and lawn. This was no easy task! We have been very pleased with anything that they have done throughout the years. That's why we keep using them. And if there is ever an issue they respond promptly. Communicating with them is always easy and efficient.

After having twenty-seven trees removed from a large section in the front of our house we contracted with B.C. Murphy Landscape & Design to install a new lawn and flowering trees as well as work with another crew that was implementing a sprinkler system on the property.
My wife and I are so pleased with the end result of our venture. The crew was excellent. Stumps and debris from the removal of the trees were cleaned up and hauled away. The area was graded a loam base was applied to the topsoil, and grass was planted. It all looks beautiful.
Brad was the best. He kept us abreast of everything that was going on and what was planned for each day following. He answered all our questions and more importantly, KEPT HIS WORD. Thank you, Brad

Our yard needed major TLC after we cleared about 30 trees from it. Brad was very quick to respond to my inquiry and gave us a great quote with exactly what our yard needed. Brad and his team gave our yard a new lease on life - they leveled our land, applied loam and hydro seeded our lawn, and even demolished an old shed for us. Brad, Paul and the entire crew are the best in the business. I had some ideas of what I wanted to do with my yard but did not know how to piece everything together. When Brad came over he had the entire plan mapped out with the pricing in under 20 minutes. I truly cannot believe how great everything came together. I can't say enough good things about Brad and the team at B.C. Murphy. We initially were looking for a simple walkway and patio install, which turned into a much larger yard renovation to give us the backyard play/entertaining space we'd always hoped for. Leveling our yard was a complex project involving the excavation of dozens of boulders, which the team suggested we use as part of our landscape design instead of a retaining wall. Not only does it look awesome, but it saved us a considerable amount of money which we were able to redirect into other elements of the project. Brad made other great recommendations throughout the project, such small a deck redesign for better entertaining flow. We also added a hot tub and Brad worked directly with the electrician to coordinate all aspects of the installation. We were so thrilled with the work and experience that we have engaged B.C. Murphy on an interior project to convert our 3rd floor walk up attic into a home office/game/lounge space. Brad is serving as GC on the project and the quality of the work is just as impressive inside as it is outside. Nothing by top notch communication, honesty, and integrity with this team. Highly Recommended! Quality and Trustworthy work for both utility work and landscaping. We contacted Brad in an emergency sewer line blockage. He responded promptly, was accommodating and was able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Him and his crew were very professional, knowledgable, attentive and receptive. Out newly landscaped front lawn that unfortunately had to be dug up was also restored and is looking good as new with their landscaping expertise as well. We would absolutely do business with B.B. Brad and his team are nothing short of amazing! We needed some lawn work including debris pick up which then required new soil and grass seed to be put down. This was done in the fall and Brad stated if the grass did not grow in by the spring he would re-seed, free of charge! He stood by his word! He is very attentive and responsive. We first contracted with Brad and his crew in 2017 and did extensive work on replacing an old brick front walkway with beautiful bluestone pavers and phenomenal landscaping. We loved it so much we extended it to our back yard which was no more than a plain grass area. With Brad’s insight on design and his hard working crew, they brought our backyard into a complete oasis! We have an amazing expansive fireplace, patio and built in propane grill station complete with a bar top seating area. Brad and his team have such attention to detail that they continue to this day maintaining our yard year round. Brad and his team did a new landscape design and install for our entire front yard after we had a porch added onto our home. They also repaired our drip irrigation system and lawn where we needed to fix and reseed from the construction. From start to finish, the communication with Brad was excellent. We just had the B.C. Murphy crew install a beautiful new stone patio in our backyard and we are so thrilled with how it turned out! The owner himself, Brad, was there everyday, not supervising, but working hard with his crew to make our backyard goals a reality. He is incredibly friendly, courteous, knowledgable, and helpful throughout the whole process, advising not only on what would look best but what would be financially and structurally realistic for our lifestyle. The crew is kind, diligent, clean and respectful. They worked incredibly hard and kept our backyard as tidy as possible when leaving at the end of the day.
