Great company, I am also an electrical contractor and we had to hire them to repair a damaged electric radiant floor heat we had installed. The 2 guys showed up on time, very professional, had all the best tools for this type of repair, and did a great job. They both took great care in the protection of the floor and surroundings
They only had to remove a very small amount of tile, made a very nice and professional repair and completely cleaned up there mess. We are very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone wit this issue.

Smart Electrical installed a sub-meter and several outlets for a Kitchen in my house in Newton. They provided a detailed estimate beforehand and that was an indication that they knew their job and exactly what was involved. You know this when you get a quote from a larger company, 3 times higher!
They showed up on time and ran the wires through walls and ceilings with minimal destruction. Work quality is outstanding they even reviewed the manuals and inspected the appliances to make sure the outlets are in precise locations. Their professionalism and quality of work are outstanding, and their rates are very reasonable. I strongly recommend them.

He was able to schedule this very quickly, and he explained things clearly and carefully, He also arranged for the electrical inspection from our town. And . . . he helped us with the rebate process from MassSave, which ended up reimbursing us for the cost of the new car charging system! This was great. Fast and efficient and fairly priced. I called Smart Electrical and spoke with Dan late evening on Christmas day. Our power mast had broken away from our house during the high winds. Dan came out early the next morning and and spent over two hours installing a new mast during freezing cold temperatures. Dan showed me the repair and explained what he had to do. He's very courteous and pleasant. I would definitely use Dan at Smart Electrical in Waltham for my future electrical needs. Highly recommend!!!
