They showed up on the day I called, which I was very grateful for since every outlet in my kitchen wasn't working - I checked the breaker box but apparently missed the half breaker - they changed out 2 old outlets and added a gfci outlet so it wouldn't happen again - I plan on using them again for other projects

Love Wheaton Electric! When I reached out they responded quickly and were at my house the next day. Diagnosed and fixed a complex problem. I highly recommend this business.

I called Wheaton Electrical in Waltham on 10/27/20 to install GFCI and exhaust fan for a newly built bathroom. Paul called back and said he will come by late morning the next day. I had to cancel my three year old daughter’s appointment and wait for him half of the day, since this house we are working on is the investment property that we need to put on the market soon. No show nor calls. My time is valuable. I needed a clear communication. If you could not come, say so. I would appreciate it and find someone else who could.

Finally, I decided to call his office twice to see what is going on and texted him. This is what he responded back, “STOP TEXTING ME. I have no time to look at your job! I will call you when I have the times.” No customers need to be treated this way. If you are running a service business, don’t treat your customers just like a random number. Don’t take more jobs than you can handle. One customer at a time. One good work at a time. You will last forever.

If there are no customers, it is a bunch of vans and equipments. It doesn’t matter how many years you have been in the business. You need to understand this Paul. We the consumers pay your bills and put food on your table. I do believe there are many other good service providers out there. If you don’t have the time, don’t waste our time.

After receiving his unprofessional message, I called him to clear things up and told him that I will share my experience on the internet. He was begging me to make things right. Please grow up and take 100% responsibilities. Future customers please look elsewhere that they would treat you not just like a number.

These guys showed up on time, used shoe covers, listened to what I wanted and did a great job moving my cable and outlet, then cleaned up before they left. Great service!

After being stood up by two other company’s for electrical work in a time sensitive situation (pregnant wife), I was referred to Wheaton Electrical Services. They promptly returned our call to set up an appointment. Tim showed up on time and completed the work the same day at great price! Called Wheaton Electric off a Google search to help with an electrical problem. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. They had an electrician at my house within 20 minutes of me calling. The electrician himself couldn't have been nicer or more professional and was quickly able to diagnose and fix the issue.

I have had excellent experiences with this company. I called one morning & a few hours later they were at my home. The 2 electricians practiced social distancing & wore masks. They were extremely efficient and professional. I had several jobs for them & they were all completed in a timely manner.
If you want excellent service, this is your company.

The workers came to my house to fix a outlet short circuit. They were nice and efficient but could not give me any price range. It took them 10min to fix the problem by simply using tape. Efficient.
Few weeks after, I was a bit upset to receive a $185 invoice... I called them and they understood me and gave me a good discount, which I really appreciate!

I lost power overnight and called first thing in the morning. They responded immediately and came to my house that morning. Paul and Grant were super polite and very friendly. They restored my power and took the time to patiently explain to me what had happened. They were terrific!

Wheaton Electric gutted our house's old electrical knob and tube wiring and replaced it with new wiring. Paul and his crew did phenomenal work. They are so professional and courteous while doing their work. They do the little things, never leaving a trace that they were even working.
