Always available, any day any time! Absolutely incredible!!! Paul, Rich and literally everyone else on the Wheaton team have just been fantastic. I work for SERVPRO and routinely need electricians in emergency situations and equally on my rebuilds. I have used them on countless emergency projects and the big, beautiful bright red service vehicles roll up in what feels like just minutes… they cease to impress. Recently they handled an enormous project for a huge supermarket in Lincoln, MA for us and we were all just floored at how quickly, intelligently and capably Wheaton’s team swapped virtually an entire electrical system and got them back up and running. Everyone was so impressed that even the local paper , The Lincoln Squirrel, did a write up about them on January 26th!

I can honestly say, if you’re looking for responsive, capable, quality, and professional Electricians… Wheaton Electrical Services should be your go to every single time. 100% it is for me! Thank you everyone for all your hard work and dedication to your field!

I cannot speak highly enough about Wheaton Electric! Wheaton Electric is reliable, dependable, and knowledgeable. We used them for a home remodel as well as other repairs and they did amazing work! They are always on time and and we couldn’t have had a better experience.

Paul came by on a Saturday to diagnose and fix my electrical issue at my pool. Life saver! Very nice guy and was immediately responsive.

Paul is the absolute best! He was able to talk my dad through trouble shooting why our AC wasn't working- all while my dad only had one hearing aid in and no flashlight. This was all at 7:30 on a Saturday (5 minutes after we called) and Paul patiently went through every imaginable step until the problem was solved.

Called Wheaton Electric spoke with Paul Wheaton told him what I needed , he scheduled me. Steve and Nick showed up and moved outside outlet and lights. Job was done just the way I wanted it, neat and clean work. Have used Wheaton Electric a few times always done right.

I’ve had a number of business-related electrical emergencies, and every time without fail, I’ve received an immediate response and the Electricians arrived to start the work in a very short time after that. They always do a highly professional and excellent job, they’re very detail oriented, pay careful attention to what’s required, provide cost-effective solutions and are very polite. I would highly recommend Wheaton Electric.

I used Wheaton Electric's services for the past 4 years for multiple projects and repairs at several different properties. The entire crew were helpful and professional and they did excellent electrical and networking work from start to finish at a fair price.

They were very responsive and preformed their work quickly and neatly. Paul does a great job managing the projects and doing the work from getting permits right to the end when getting the work inspected and signed off.

I highly recommended them for any electrical or network projects for residential or commercial properties.

Definitely the best electrician I have ever used. I had an urgent problem related to power for my heating, and they not only answered my call (3+ other companies did not), but they booked an appointment for the following day. They were on time, very professional, and fixed the problem within an hour! They also helped me trouble shoot some other minor issues.
I had them come back to fix a different issue, and again they showed up exactly when they said they would, and fixed the problem much faster than I had expected.
I will only be calling Wheaton Electrical Services in the future!

Paul is fantastic! He was so fast to respond to a late evening call and immediately knew what the issue was and how to fix it within minutes. I can’t recommend him enough, he’s a real professional.

While the folks were very nice, they were not responsive. In fact, my project was never even started. I feel bad writing this review but I am pretty amazed at how bad this experience was.

I first started talking to Wheaton Electrical Services over email back in July. They were responsive and wanted to come right out the following week to take a look. I met with someone who was super nice and helpful. He was supposed to get me a quote but that never happened.

I called a few times and was promised that someone would get back to me - no one did. I also reached out via email and once again was promised that someone would get back to me. These attempts on my side to contact Wheaton Electrical took place in late August and early September. It seemed like they did not want my business as I was the one who had to keep reaching out to them.

We are now a day away from October and I still haven't heard from anyone. No quote, no "sorry for the delay but we're working on it," no nothing. My neighbor and I were looking for a reliable electrician who we could use in the future for additional projects. Unfortunately, we're no longer considering Wheaton Electrical Services.

The only good thing here is that everyone was incredibly nice. But, if you actually want to get your project done, don't bother with these folks.

I first reached out to Wheaton Electrical Services because of the great reviews and I also prefer to support local small businesses. We needed our all season baseboard heater fixed. Wheaton came out for a free consult, informed us they'd be sending a quote so we can submit to our landlord to schedule a service. We've tried multiple times to reach out and kept being informed we'd receive a quote. Few months go by an I get an invoice for a service that never took place! I called and shared there was a free consult but no one ever sent a quote or came out for service! Thankfully they voided the invoice and I just kindly informed them we won't be needing their services. They do seem very kind, they just also seem to have a disorganized business model. Perhaps hiring an operational manager would be helpful? Just a suggestion.

Prompt, courteous and always polite. They find the problem and take care of it right away. Staff is always friendly. Clean up after job I'd on spot. I would never hesitate to recommend them.

Wheaton electrical did great work for me on a difficult job. Paul updated an old bathroom vent fan with a quiet, efficient one. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. Definitely will call again.

Wheaton Electric went above and beyond for me, a customer who they barely had done business with before. I had a new stove delivered from Best Buy, who neglected to inform me that electric service to my old gas stove would likely not be sufficient to provide the electric to the new dual fuel gas stove. Best Buy contractors took my old stove out, hooked up the gas to the new stove, and then told me the new stove is unusable until I can find an electrician to change out the electric outlet. No stove or oven for the foreseeable future... on a Friday... when I had company coming for dinner.
I was envisioning that it could take weeks to get an electrician to hook up the new stove - weeks of takeout and microwave meals for my family. I called Wheaton Electric, who had helped with a ceiling light in the past, and couldn't believe their turnaround. A person picked up the call, told me they would call back in 15 minutes (which they did), and then had a team out within 30 minutes. They spent hours snaking up a new electric line, going out to get materials, and connecting the new stove. They were professional, experienced, and left the areas spotless. I was up and running for dinner.
I can't express how grateful I am for them to redivert their in-demand crew to help me in a time-sensitive bind. They have a heart!

I called and reached Paul, he quickly got me an appointment to have several items fixed that had accumulated. Tim and Grant arrived exactly when they said they would be there, and they both repaired and installed the items needed quickly and very professionally. For one item we needed a new part - Tim took care of procuring the part and returned to finish up the work. I heartily endorse their work and my interaction with the company has always been very positive.

Paul showed up immediately when called, took care of my lights going out due to an outlet issue in less than 20 minutes, did exceptional service, extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Left no mess and extremely professional. Would give ten stars if possible.

Wheaton hardwired 2 night lamps into my bedroom wall. One stopped working completely after a few months. The other could not be turned off. The fixture was very hot and could not be turned off. Multiple calls were made to Wheaton but no one returned the call until I said complaints were going to be filed as I was concerned that possibly there was a problem with the hardwiring which could pose a fire hazard. The owner finally returned a call after I left a message with the answering service about filing a complaint. The owner first stated that he would try to have someone out that day but called back and said he does not respond to threats and no one would be out.
