Had to come here and share the wonderful service experience I just had. Our heating system broke down last night and my husband randomly found Ken online - they came today and he was just the kindest, soft spoken, well mannered guy ever. He diagnosed the job and completed it and was so reasonably priced. Felt like we found a unicorn!

Ken was quick and friendly, most importantly super professional. I had a issue with thermostat not working in the middle of November and need it to be fixed ASAP, called Ken and he came the next day which is amazing given how most HVAC companies need months to schedule. He came on time the next day and quickly diagnosed the issue and reassured me with his professionalism. He fixed the issue and answered all my questions. Will definitely recommend him to anyone that needs quick responsive help from professionals regarding HVAC. And will definitely call in the future!

I highly recommend Ken’s HVAC. Ken immediately responded to my call about our central air conditioning unit that wasn’t cooling. He came the same day during the most recent heatwave, and he was quick to diagnose the problem and get the unit up and running. Ken’s customer service is the best!

Ken provides an excellent AC repair and service at a very reasonable price. He is always able to come in on a short notice when needed. He is very knowledgeable and does what is necessary, but doesn't push you into paying for optional services. He is also a nice person, easy to talk to. A true professional who loves his job and does it with pride.

Ken is awesome! I contacted him in 2023 to check and set up the AC for the season on a house we had just bought. He was prompt, efficient, friendly and respectful of the property (wore shoe covers inside and laid down drop cloths to protect the floor below the attic entry). He has since closed the system and reopened in 2024. I have been very happy with his service, and his prices .

Very highly recommended! Ken was able to replace my AC compressor for a fraction of the price offered by another company. He came to evaluate it the same day I called him and squeezed in a replacement for us during a heat wave. Great work, quick, professional. I will use Ken again for any of my HVAC needs.

Our central air system started having issues on the hottest day of the year so far (of course). I called Ken to see if he could come check it out. He returned my call within a couple of hours, and was in first thing the following morning. He assessed and fixed the issue within about a half an hour. He was kind, clear, explained what the issue was, solved it, and gave his recommendation for future maintenance. He'll be our go to for any future cooling and heating issues. Definitely recommend him!

Other companies didn't want to come out for 2+ months and Ken made the time to come out the following day from when I called and he arrived during the time he said he'd be here. Was able to get the part same day and got the system back running immediately! WHEW! Very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Ken is a very honest, efficient and knowledgeable businessman. We had someone from Green Energy came in and inspect before we found Ken, and they diagnosed the problem wrong and gave us very expensive quote and said we need to fix the electrical board. So my boyfriend found Ken and he come into check thoroughly and found the actual problem was not that. He went above and beyond to find out and fix the furnace and now we are happy to have it working again! He also helped changed the filter and check to make sure everything works properly before he left.

I would say Ken is very friendly and trustworthy as a businessman and willing to help his customers at best he could. We are happy with his work and services. We would highly recommended Ken and his business to our friends and family. Thank you, Ken! :)

Ken is awesome! He was able to come in the same day and helped us troubleshoot the issue with our AC compressor. He was able to help us find out the warranty is still valid and saved us a lot of money. Had an issue with the HVAC system on a hot summer day, and Ken immediately responded to my call. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within an hour. Ken is a great guy. I have used his services multiple times, once to replace the inducer motor assembly in my old furnace and other time to replace all the smart thermostats in my home. At both times, he was quick to respond and fixed the issues to our satisfaction. He is kind, professional, and has very reasonable prices. I would recommend him for the HVAC services.

Contacted Ken to take a look at our furnace at our new place as we weren’t sure a filter had been installed. Whoever installed the unit did not do a good job, but Ken came to the rescue! He quickly installed an easy to use slot for the filter, and was even able to catch that the AC condensate pump wasn’t connected properly. He fixed this as well so we’ll be all set to run the AC too as the weather warms up. He was very professional and went the extra mile. I’ll definitely be contacting him again, but hopefully just for preventative maintenance next time:)

Excellent Customer Service! I HIGHLY recommend Ken’s HVAC Service. Why? Because when I called, Ken answered the phone. Ken was Professional, Kind, Genuinely interested in helping, and Ready to set up a date and time to come unclog a clogged AC drain line. He also provided a cost estimate so I knew how much the service would cost. On the day he was scheduled to arrive, he texted his ETA. He arrived on time then efficiently and expertly performed the service and he explained what he did. Then, the bill was very reasonable and exactly what he quoted!! Ken was incredible! He was genuine and honest and very respectful. His work ethic was efficient, his approach thoughtful and transparent, it’s rates more than reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Our split units were cleaned out and they sparkle—he even showed us pictures of mold inside that he removed. He had me check and make sure I was satisfied with all pieces of what he did. I can’t say enough positive about how fabulous he was. We have already recommended him to our neighbor and will definitely use him for future jobs.

Ken is the best of the best. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and brings quality along with care to get the job done right. I contacted Ken because I had been looking to install a few Smart thermostats in my home in place of my old Honeywell ones. Not knowing if I made the right choice he helped guide me in the right direction to installing Ecobee thermostats instead. Best choice I ever made!

Ken is amazing! Just 10/10 easy to work with, friendly, reasonably priced. He was able to temporarily disconnect and then reconnect my air conditioning condenser when I was getting my foundation worked on. He worked with my timeline to minimize time without air conditioning in the heat. Would definitely recommend, I would trust him with any project.
