He quickly found and addressed the source of the problem I was having with my air conditioner, and he charged me a very reasonable price for doing so. I was particularly grateful since I had a different technician tell me that my problem was not fixable and I needed a new air conditioner. Ken is now my trusted advisor going forward.

My 18-year-old AC broke down right in the middle of a brutal heat wave, and Ken HVAC came through in a big way. Ken and his team were incredibly responsive—even with a packed schedule, he made time to help us out. They first tried to repair the old unit, but it became clear we needed a full replacement.

Ken spent an entire day removing the old system and installing the new one. He was professional, thorough, and made sure every detail was handled properly. You can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way.

Ken's team came out and did a through job of assessing the problem and giving a comprehensive solution. They were professional and spent the time needed to get to the solution an opposed to charging me by task (Liek Central heating and Cooling). During the middle of a heatwave after calling so many other firms, Ken came and managed to get my AC system back up and running within 90 minutes. He explained to me why my system wasn’t working, and exactly what they were going to do to fix it. Their prices were reasonable and they set me up with an ongoing maintenance plan. I feel like I understand more about my system because of Ken’s explanations. I really recommend them!

Ken is an amazing guy who came ASAP to address our AC issues in the middle of 100F+ heatwave. Many others not did even answer our call in this heatwave. When we called, Ken gave us an arrival time and showed up promptly at the set time. His communication and technical abilities are unmatched. **UPDATE** I had Ken and George come to fully replace my heating and cooling and as expected they did an INCREDIBLE job. After my first experience with them, it was so obvious that they were the right team for this job. It wasn't the most straightforward work, but they went above expectations and made it seem easy. Once again, I will only use Ken for all my HVAC needs. Great prices, great service, and really nice guys!

Ken did a great job investigating and repairing my heat furnace. I’ve been dealing with a condensation issue for years and had it looked at by multiple techs. All of them asked me to replace multiple parts of the system for thousands of dollars except Ken. He patiently explained to me what went wrong and recommended very reasonable fixes to prevent condensation going into the furnace. I finally have a consistently warm living room, thanks to him! I’ll definitely go back to Ken and his team for future maintenance and problems.

I was worried about not having a C wire, but Ken quickly analyzed the situation and made everything work perfectly. He handled the full setup, connected the app, and made sure I understood it all. Initially, I spoke with Ken regarding an issue with the line sets for my mini-split. Insulating foam casings wrapped around the line sets were disintegrating. Ken sent George to inspect the line sets and replace the casings with a higher grade product.
