Ryan was great! Very knowledgeable, polite, and able to assess the situation quickly. He stayed till the job was complete and we felt satisfied that the issue was resolved! Could not have asked for a better service person to help us ! We will definitely use Pioneer Valley Environmental if future needs warrant a call. Extremely satisfied with the service all around from making the appointment to follow through keeping us up to date on Ryan’s arrival time.

I called PVE for a furnace issue from a friend's recommendation. Wow! I actually spoke to a nice person in the office! Chris was able to schedule me in meeting my short timeframe. Then Josh C. arrived and on time! As he diagnosed the issues, he would call me with updates as I was out of town. He cleaned, fixed, replaced everything in record time! He made the furnace run like new! I can't say enough good things about PVE, their communication, professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency!
Anyone reading this, just call and give them a try. You will be amazed!

Had clogged sink tried to take it apart myself and fix the clog…that failed the Tech Joe T came out and fixed it no problem!!! Very nice got a text when he was 30 minutes out and he was here in 28 minutes. Gave me a quote within minutes. Not only did he do a great job he also taught me a couple things very grateful. He also charged me less then quoted because it did not take as long as estimated. Would recommend to anyone with plumbing issues.

I called PVE to make an appointment because my Water heater was leaking. I had purchased the Water heater from PVE and it was still under warranty. I spoke to Amanda who confirmed the heater was still under warranty. Amanda told me that the earliest appt. was a few days away, but she would call me back so she could try to fit me in right away. She called me back shortly and told me that she could have someone there for 12:30. Unfortunately I had a prior appointment for that time. Since the heater was not leaking badly we confirmed an appointment for a few days later. Joe the technician showed up right on schedule at 8:00am the day of the service call. He explained everything to me about how he needed to call the office about the warranty and service call. After the procedure was established, he started to work to dismantle the old heater while the new one was on its way from the office. Everything was done in a professional manner throughout the whole service call. Joe communicated everything to me really well and finished the job including testing and cleanup. I was really impressed. I called the office the next day and I talked to Chris and asked her some questions regarding the new warranty. She also was very kind and professional and answered my questions precisely. I believe that PVE is very fortunate to have employees of this caliber working for them. All three are very consumer oriented and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you very much!

Ryan was very friendly, and knowledgeable. Prompt, even called before he showed up to verify times were still okay for us. He was respectful of our home and very communicative with my husband and I about the work that needed to be done. Also worked with us advocating any questions we had for his office about payment options. Will hire again

An absolute pleasure to work with. I needed power run to my detached garage. They came out the next day for the assessment/estimate and had the project done two days after that. Will absolutely work with this team again for future needs.

The technician, Luke, was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He communicated the issue very clearly and completed the repair quickly. He answered all the questions we had. We will use PVE in the future if needed and definitely would recommend Luke. Also, the customer service person I spoke with to arrange the service was also very friendly and professional, and explained the fee structure clearly up front. Same day service (non-emergency) was appreciated.

Being woken up by our security provider at 3:30 AM to find our water heater leaking in the basement was an absolute nightmare. We were incredibly stressed, but Pioneer Valley Environmental understood the urgency of our situation immediately. They sent Anthony B. to our home, and he was a true lifesaver.

Resolving the issue ended up being an all-day process, but Anthony made a difficult day much easier. He walked us through every step of the repair, educated us on our various options, and ensured we felt completely confident in the decisions we were making.

Anthony B. is the gold standard for professionalism. His technical expertise was obvious, but it was his exceptional customer service that really stood out. I called PVE on Sunday afternoon sharing that I didn't have heat or hot water. They made an appointment for me for the next day. Zakery O was the tech that came to my home. He quickly identified the issue, replaced the part and we are now enjoying a warm home once again. I spoke to Zackery about becoming a member of PVE and we reviewed several packages the company offers customers. We bought an annual membership to PVE, which was very well priced and it does bring me peace of mind knowing that I have someone to call, whether the issue be with my hvac system, electrical or a plumbing issue. Great customer service-highly recommend!

The staff were very helpful on the phone and polite in person. The service was available promptly which I am grateful for. But they didn't find a definitive answer to the problem and the replacement thermostat they gave that they said would fix it was not as helpful as expected. At first the electrician set it incorrectly and the heat turned off even when they were there.I've had it running on high for 24 hrs and the room is only got to 66 degrees. Before the heat problem that led to the emergency call I'd gotten it up to 64 just by putting other thermostats in other rooms on high. By the second morning , the temperature was back to 61 despite being set to 72. I left it on and running all day on high and it is still stuck at 64. I've lived there over 10 years and have never had a temperature problem before. The cost was high for the installation and I am very dissatisfied and regretful. They came quickly, stayed a bit, and called to consult each other which shows effort. Theywere polite but the outcome is not as expected for basic reliability of a simple repair.

Nick the plumbing tech. came late on a Saturday, it was a busy day for him with various plumbing emergencies, he was very pleasant and was able access and fix a low water pressure situation rather quickly. Nick has a very nice personality and was determined to get the repairs done right and was very through. I feel the service rendered was very professional. Thank you PVE.

Anthony was excellent when he responded to an emergency plumbing visit over the weekend. He was kind, knowledgeable and listened well. Plus helped install an extra pipe bracket that was missing. AI answered my phone call and took my information and it worked quite well (to my surprise). Overall, satisfied with the service I received from PVE and would recommend!

Veronica D. fixed our electrical outlet issue and prevented an electrical fire in our home. Veronica was pleasant, very knowledgeable, efficient and extremely professional in all aspects of fixing our issue. We could not have asked for better service and she is a valuable asset to the company. Service by people such as Veronica D. is why we will be calling Pioneer Valley for any future electrical, heating etc work our home needs done. She is amazing and we were very grateful for her prompt assistance.

Ultimately, I would have PVE come back and do more work on our house in the future. Professional group and did great work. They replaced a leaking iron elbow pipe (was returning water from steam radiators). Easy to get through to a human at the office and had flexible times for service. Def expensive but I honestly don’t have a frame of reference for the job. The technician Matt was here for 7.5hrs, drained the system, replaced the pipe, new threads on existing pipe, new fittings, new pipe insulation, flushed the system, calibrated the gas coming into the system, and helped trouble shoot some potential reasons for radiator banging noise in morning (separate issue). All told job was about $1400. He left the work spot clean and dry, no mess or random crap left lying around after the job. More money than I thought for the job but honestly I’d say you pay for what you get and this was great work, no complaints. As a side note, when the leak first start I thought it was an emergency, called after hours, and after listening to what was happening the guy on the phone was able to reassure me that the issue could wait so I wouldn’t be charged the $399 emergency fee which I honestly really appreciated.

Everyone who assisted me was nice especially Wesley he was great!! Good customer service very friendly!!! And Nick who installed my water heater did great job very quick and efficient and Im very thankful for him in letting me know best options! Overall good experience

PVE started off with a great customer service experience! Amanda and Chris together got me booked quickly and set me up with a membership ( by the way membership that’s a no brainer 100% worth it) Then day of Josh followed all directions to a T , for entering my house and not letting out any of my cats 🐈‍⬛!!!! He did a fantastic job on my oil boiler and gave all the info I needed to know as well as a recommendation to better the efficiency of my system! This is big! I’m happy to be a PVE member as I’m over the road all week, being able to make sure my family has heat is vey important this time of year! Would recommend PVE and there team to my friends and family!!!!

Wonderful service!! Nick showed up to my house as expected, he was completely professional, and personable. He explained the process, everything he was doing, and he answered all of my questions. Josh C did a great job today installing the new boiler at my home in Wilbraham. He and Joe T. worked hard and were very professional. Josh is a very skilled mechanic. His work is clean with straight and plumb lines.
The two left my space much cleaner than they found it with a beautiful new boiler and wonderful hot water flowing through the baseboard.
I would these guys and Pioneer Valley Environmental again Absolutely 👍

We had a great experience today with PVE Service when our pipes froze. They responded swiftly and had our pipes flowing within an hour. The service person Anthony was so courteous and helpful and thoughtful! We will definitely call PVE the next time we have a need.

PVA and the And the technician they sent were both wonderful. David diagnosed the problem carefully and quick quickly. He got the heated unit that was broken working and gave me options for what to do for a more permanent fix. I can’t imagine anybody having done the job more efficiently or better. I’m very grateful to have used them. I gave them all the stars you can give them. What services? Get Do you just describe?

We had no water at our kitchen sink which was an inconvenience for us. I contacted Pioneer Valley and within a week a had an appointment and resolved the issue. Thank you for your work, recommend them a 100%!
