They did a very good job. I didn't ask but I should have had the burner efficiency tested to see if it was adjusted for highest efficiency since they were here.

Years ago, they came to my rescue immediately when our furnace went on the coldest day of the year. We have used Heat Pro ever since for all our heating and air conditioning needs. I have highly recommended them to others and they were also quite pleased. Excellent company in every aspect. It's a real comfort having a company that is so trustworthy, diligent and professional. We also had them install ducts in two of our bathrooms that had none. Has made a huge difference in eliminating mold in our attic.
I can't say enough about how good Heat Pro is.

The Heat Pro team was excellent. They worked so efficiently, left a clean job site, and were very professional and personable. They were able to come in and work with our very old house to modify and make any and all adjustments necessary to get our new tank installed the right way.

Awesome, awesome, awesome. They saved us after the propane delivery company (SPP) dropped the ball badly in the middle of zero degree weather.

A few years ago, i had a different company install mini splits. It was nothing short of a nightmare. I have had several issues with the units and getting in touch with the company was not easy. When i did get in touch with them, they often would not show up when they said they were going to and would not call to tell me they weren't coming. I then found Heat Pro. They were great to work with. They communicated with me from beginning to end. They were able to fix the issue and get my system up and running again. From now on I will be using Heat Pro for my mini split service

Came home to my furnace literally shaking the floor above from the basement and terrifying my dog, Matt got on the phone and told me it was probably a mouse on the fan. Matt made it over to my house within 20 minutes, and had the fan out to find exactly what he suspected. A mouse on the fan. After cleaning everything up which he made short work of, you can now say my furnace is as quiet as a mouse.

I've been using Heat Pro for routine maintenance on my furnace since 2015 and everyone I've encountered has been on time, courteous and thorough. They always patiently answer any questions I have and the price has always been reasonable.

It was a Saturday morning. I woke up with no heat. I called a gentleman named Matt who was the service tech for them, he got over to my house in about 15 minutes. Had my system up and running in about another 15 minutes. Absolute beautiful service, completely respectful gentleman. 100% recommend.

Replacement furnace. Great communication throughout experience. Tech showed up on time and work was done as expected. Very happy!
