"I recently had my propane furnace inspected by Heat Pro, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They arrived right on time, were incredibly friendly, and demonstrated a wealth of knowledge about propane furnaces. Not only did they thoroughly inspect my system, but they also provided valuable advice on maintenance and efficiency. I highly recommend Heat Pro for their professionalism and expertise.

I called at 3:30 pm and by 4:30 the technicians were on the job. They troubleshooted the problem and presto the repair was complete. I am very satisfied with Heat Pro and will call tomorrow to schedule a service appointment for another furnace.

We called them late on a Friday for a no Hot water from our propane water heater. They set up an appointment for me on a Saturday afternoon. Matt showed up on time and my water heater was running again. We were extremely happy with their service and professionalism. Sue was great to talk to at the office. Heatpro employees have always been professional and kind and friendly and even give attention to my dog! They have performed great service and we have been able to get relatively quick appointments when needed and definitely count on them for our maintenance!

Excellent service, as always! This was an emergency call. They were at the house in less than hour and quickly solved the issue with our furnace. Couldn’t be happier with the service we get from them!

Matt and John were knowledgeable and respectful and careful about their work. What also impressed me was the owner’s response when I called. I had no heat and my former HVAC person had suddenly became unavailable, with no notice. Sue set up a service call for me as if I was a regular client, not just a voice on the phone. Now I will definitely be a loyal client.

These guys are great! Came out after hours to help me with an issue that was somewhat time sensitive with no questions asked. Diagnosed the issue quickly and had it remedied even quicker. Boiler's been working great ever since.
I can't recommend Heat Pro more and will be sure to use them for all maintenance and repair in the future.

Heat pro is awesome! They were really fast with the installation of my new air conditioning and heating system. I thought I was going to be paying an arm and a leg for an installation such as this but out of several quotes; the owner from Heat pro came up with the best price for my heating and cooling needs! I had a bunch of questions and their technicians are really nice, knowledgeable, and polite. If i could give these guys 6 stars, i would. They seem to have a really good group there at Heat Pro and I highly recommend their services!

Matt and Alex were great! Responded next day, immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem with my AC and did a clean & check. Reasonable charges.

Super professional family owned business! I just moved to the area and had an issue with my furnace. Not only did Heat Pro pick up the phone right away, they listened and gave helpful advice on what the likely issue was and were very responsible to then educate us that we should contact our propane provider as the primary service provider. I really appreciate their openness and honesty.

2025-My furnace issue may have taken time to fix however the company's response was quick and professional. Ryan and Alex worked through the possibilities to properly diagnose the problem. They were professional, answered my questions and were very diligent in their work. They were sure when they left the problem was solved and i knew exactly what was done .

Matt and crew arrived promptly around 11 AM as scheduled and did a fantastic job installing a replacement furnace Tuesday after our original failed after 16 years over the weekend. I would not hesitate using them for any HVAC project, excellent service, very knowledgeable, professional, and great to talk with. Thank you! Next on the list is our water heater.

Matt came out again to take a look at our 16 year old furnace which has been acting up over the past few years. This was over the weekend. Heat Pro once again was very responsive and was able to determine that furnace finally had failed. Seems we have hit the limit on original appliances in our home over the past few months. Heat Pro will be replacing our furnace and water heater now! It's great to deal with a local small business that is responsive and honest! Thanks!

Matt was great. Looked over our water heater and provided recommendations regarding repair versus replacement. Proceeding forward with a replacement next. Very professional and provided great information regarding options.

The HeatPro went to my residence to do a whole boiler installments. They acknowledged the issues, corrected the issues even when I previously contracted an electrician to “do the job” but the job was totally wrong and they had my boiler run as it should have. I am so thankful for them. One thing I want to mention is that I wish they would have suggested me to replace other things that I had to call them for after, but besides that they are wonderful. They were very professional, they were understanding and reasonable with price. Everything is up to code and I am happy to say that they are the best heating company in town. The HeatPro has been the number 1 go to when I need maintenance on my boilers. Thank you!

Amazing service that you can count on and trust!

Heat pro guys are awesome! They are super friendly, knowledgeable and explain what and why they’re doing what they’re doing, they come out quickly to service. All around great people. I’ve used their services for a few years now and again today 4/26/23 and they are extremely reliable. I refuse to use anyone else to come and service my boiler. They are the go to heat pros . Hence the name, it is very accurate.
Keep doing what you’re doing heatpro your doing phenomenal work.

Matt is so easy to work with. Honest and dependable. Always does an excellent job. Called him at midnight on Christmas eve and was happy to talk me through a reset. Wonderful employees!
