M.A. Restoration in Westboro did an outstanding job from start to finish with our large-scale, multifaceted project and we are so grateful for their help. Our home looks absolutely beautiful!

During the project, Bill and his team—Gabriel and Elijah took every precaution to protect our home and family. They sealed off work areas to prevent dust and contaminants from spreading, laid protective coverings on the floors, and ensured everything was thoroughly cleaned at the end of each day. Their respect and care for our home were clear throughout.

They were incredibly kind and professional. Their craftsmanship and diligence were exceptional and communicated with us daily about the plan, answered questions promptly, and followed up whenever needed.

My mother's house had a pipe fail over Thanksgiving when she was out of state for the holiday. The water had been accumulating for days. Our plumber recommended M.A. Restoration and those guys arrived on the scene like super heroes. They have been upfront, direct, _especially communicative_ through the mitigation and damage clearance process.

Where Matthew, Chris and the team truly have excelled is in their diligent and professional dealings with my mother's insurance company. Truly amazing on this front, far more impressive than our assigned insurance adjuster.

My condo renovation was a success due to the entire staff at MA Restoration. Each step in the process was met with a person who showed expertise in their job and professionalism to me.

MA Restoration did an amazing job remodeling my bathroom and replacing all of my water pipes. They are professional and very competent. I recently had to redo my basement, and M.A. Restoration did an excellent job. Their project managers, estimators, office staffs and crew members were professional, careful, and truly trustworthy. They were very decent throughout the process and made sure to communicate clearly every day about the next steps. The cleaning crew was also fantastic and kept everything neat and organized.

The team really came through when a sudden roof leak appeared and damaged two rooms. Their response time was great and all the damaged insulation, drywall and carpet were removed quickly. Mold was treated quickly and thoroughly. I hope I won't need their services again, but know who to call when leaks happen.

After using MA Restoration for the remediation from our water leak it was easy and convient to also have them provide the renovation work. Steve and his team took care of our project and we are happy we went with MA Restoration. Steve was the project manager overseeing all restoration work and was great with communication as well as resolving issues as they arose (like Home Depot damaging our driveway). They worked with our insurance and helped us get the most benefits to get our basement back after our water leak flooded a section of the basement. Included in the renovation was a storage pod rental, and people moving everything out and back in since the entire floor needed to be replaced. They took care of all coordination between various contractors, materials ordering/ delivery, and insurance communication/ negotiation. This is exactly what you need and want after an unexpected event in your home. Photo is from a room where drywall had been cut out and flooring replaced. It wasn’t quite finished yet here.

We highly recommend choosing MA Restoration if you’re considering renovation and or need remediation. Some minor areas they could improve: renovated space was left a little dusty/dirty from the work, minor drywall mud drips were left on surfaces. However, we are overall highly satisfied with MA Restoration and would use them again.

I highly recommend MARestoration. No one wants to be in a position where their house is under an insurance claim due to some type of damage; in my case, water damage on two floors. The team at MARestoration from the estimator to the project manager to the laborers, are very professional, courteous and thorough. You will not be disappointed working with them.
