Dom was super kind and helpful to determine the potential issue we were having. Although nothing sewage related was determined, he took his time and made sure to be thorough in investigating.

We hired NE Ductless to install a four unit mini split system in our almost 100 year house and they were phenomenal! We worked with Nolan, Marlon and his team. They were quick, clean, knowledgeable, and professional. We had a fully installed and functioning system within a week of signing the proposal! It’s been great to augment our oil heat and we’re looking forward to using the cooling function once it warms up outside. Highly recommend their team!

We recently had a 5 zone air source heat pump system installed in our home thanks to New England Ductless and the HeatSmart Arlington program. We are now enjoying quiet, energy efficient air conditioning on hot summer days and look forward to using it as our main heating system in the winter. We have an office in our basement and New England Ductless was highly considerate and worked around our schedule to minimize distractions.

Kudos to Donolley and his team for working in the attic on hot days! Donolley was very knowledgeable about where the mini splits should be placed to achieve the best circulation. One issue was that the outside condenser infringed on a concrete pathway around our home. Donolley devised a plan whereby he cut some of the lattice work under the deck so that the compressor stood closer to our house thus keeping the walkway clear (see photo). This unique approach took creativity and time. Donolley took pride in his work, knew what he was doing and really cared if we were happy with the final result.

AJ did a great job descaling and inspecting my tankless water heater. He was quick and his explanations were helpful and clear.

They worked on two bathrooms for us: swapped out two vanities (modifying one in the process to accommodate the sink drain pipe underneath), installed one new toilet, and fixed some previously existing installation errors in the other toilet. Kevin Y. was incredibly prompt and professional. He helped us remodel the vanities and toilets in two bathrooms. From the moment he showed up he was focused and on task. He was also personable while he worked and great at answering my and my husband’s many questions. He not only made the aesthetic changes, which is what we has called him in for, but in changing one of the toilets he corrected some work of the previous homeowner which had been done incorrectly and was likely to cost us even more money and work in the future had it been left untreated. 10/10 will absolutely hire again
