I want to update my review as now I have had a chance to work with this company. It is horrendous. It has been over 2 months. They have been trying to fix our heaters and it is not improved at all. Scheduling work with them has been terrible, they are unaccountable and hard to pin down. Down. If they do not finish the work then they do not attempt to schedule finishing it. When they are approached with scheduling it, they will choose multiple weeks later to come back and complete ongoing work. I am very disappointed that I went with this company and would not recommend their services in the future.

AJ was great. He arrived early, did the maintenance work and helped me understand my system better. Personable and easy to work with.

Really great visit from Boston Standard Heating and Plumbing. AJ was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I especially appreciated him flagging a few potential issues to monitor down the line — very thoughtful and helpful.

No matter how busy they were, with broken pipes etc. They found the time to send workers here to drain my water heater and replace a part that needed replacement. The young men (I wish I knew there names) were knowledgeable and if they were not sure, they called the boss who trusted them completely. So did I. They completed the job and turned my hot water to level to were it should be. They were quite the team. I have used them every year to take care of my water heater and will always use them. Highly recommended.

What stood out most was their honesty and the way they educated me about what was happening and why. Efficient, straightforward, and genuinely professional. I’d gladly work with them again.

I could not have been more pleased with my service. Dominic and Harim were on time, and got my heating system back up and running very quickly. They explained the issue and pointed out some things to watch for the future. Will definitely be calling them again.

Incredible service. Friendly person answering the phone on one of the hottest days of the year. Bill came out within the hour and did a fantastic job! Methodically figured out what was wrong with our air conditioner and went above and beyond answering my questions and even cleaned the coil on the condenser, (and rolled up the hose!). I would call them again in a second.
