I had an excellent experience with New England Ductless, who upgraded my whole home to an LG heat pump. The installation was quick and professional, completed in just two days, and the team was very respectful of my home.

Huge thank you to Corey for leading the project, ensuring everything went smoothly. He was available every step of the way and was punctual, transparent about the pricing, and answered every call along the way.

New England Ductless was not my cheapest option, but they were not the most expensive. They also covered the Mass Save rebate entirely as an instant rebate so I didn't have to any of the paperwork for it.

5-star experience all around, and I referred them to a family member who is getting their project completed next week.

AJ was great. Communicated status effectively, reviewed options, and let me know that they could address other needs too (ductless, water heaters, etc.)

Dom Spada was insightful and explained all that was required to fix the system. He took the time to walk me through all facets of the job. He was efficient and friendly throughout the service appointment.

AJ came to maintain our HVAC system today. He was throughout and professional. He checked our system modes and confirmed from the vents. During the process, he communicated with us and gave us status update of our system. Thanks!

New England Ductless installed Mitsubishi mini splits in our house last week. The installers, Brian and Pedro, worked meticulously in maintaining our house and running the piping in the best way to minimize disruption inside. The installation went smoothly and within the anticipated time frame. The house was left spotless each of the two days they were here.

Everything about this install was sloppy. From punching huge, unnecessary 6" holes for tiny pipes, to leaving exposed pipes, to forgetting to use insulation on the 4" hole they drilled in the side of my house to FORGETTING TO GET AN ELECTRICAL INSPECTION. They left piles of trash in my basement. They didn't connect covers outside to elbows and connectors. They ran piping over and under closet rod. It just looked like they had never done an install before.

The sales guy lied and said we had to pay all up front. They do this so you can't force them to fix their subpar work.

The owner was defensive, unhelpful, and would not take any responsibility for poor workmanship.

They didn't even care enough to make the outside units level.

Now, just 2 summers after having this installed, the units are not functioning correctly.

I would really think twice about spending money with this company. I will certainly never hire them again.

I had New England Ductless install two mini-split AC units connected to a single compressor outside my home. Samy and Mouhcine were professional, courteous, and all around excellent. They were on time every day and finished the installation ahead of schedule. The work was very well done and they kept me informed at every step of the process. They even worked around my two kids who had to be in the house one day. The units are working great and my house is finally comfortable during the summer heat. Thank you New England Ductless, especially Samy and Mouhcine for top notch work!

On the reservation it says Allen ( but he said his name was AJ, just making sure I acknowledged the correct person that came) he was wonderful and super helpful with our HVAC especially on this cold day.

Dom Spada provided an excellent assessment of work required to test and fix operating problems with my combined heat pump/boiler system that is used for heating and cooling. He was thorough in his approach and demonstrated a high level of experience and expertise in developing a cost-effective approach along with optimizing routine maintenance. He also was effective in communicating details to help my understanding. I highly recommend him.

1st you talk to an AI human machine which is erie and gut wrenching. You stomach the booking then minutes later a human calls and tells you machine did it wrong and you must pay ahead of an appt days away and not when they arrive. I cancelled of cos. Who's to say they will show. Such ugly policy. Who does that😳
Is this desperation at its peak. Are they lousy and ppl have refused to pay. It's all erie.. will definitely Not recommend.

Thanks Allen. While he doing maintenance and diagnosing a noisy/failing fan in my furnace, it failed. He thoughtfully explained what happened and talked me through the repair. He worked quickly to finish the repair so that our heat could be restored. Super helpful and could not have asked for better service.

AJ was great! Very professional taking extra care to wear shoe covers in the house and explaining what he did and his findings.

Overall a good experience. Some misses that could have made this a great experience though.

Carlos did an amazing job with the overall install of the units and lines, including going out of his way to make sure we were happy with the options for how the lines were routed for minimal aesthetic impact on the exterior and interior of the home. His communication is spectacular and he stayed late multiple days to ensure proper clean-up and our satisfaction with each days' work as well as the plans for the next day.

The misses all came from lack of communication from some of the other services, including electrical install and sales. The electrical install for one of the outdoor units created a long path on the exterior of the house whereas it may have been possible to route in a more hidden manner (picture included). The path chosen also resulted in cutting of one of my windowsills. For sales there were some options discussed that required additional quotes such as setting lines inside walls or placing a condenser unit under the porch as well as promises of drawings to indicate the final decisions for where to place indoor and outdoor units, none of which were delivered on.

Certainly was worried going into install day though as mentioned above nearly everything went smoothly. Special thanks to Carlos!
