Very efficient. Came out in a minor thaw in January to clean our gutters which still contained a year’s worth of leaves from fall 2025. Did a great job under difficult circumstances, i.e. cold weather, ice and 3rd floor heights with a steep pitched roof

Easy to communicate with. They came on time and did a quick and thorough job of cleaning the gutters. I have used this company for 2 years already and intend to continue for regular gutter cleaning.

Chris and team did a great job with our gutters which were in rough shape - cleaned them, replaced the gutter guards and even made some extra repairs at a very reasonable price. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them for gutter work!

The HiClean crew came as promised, prepared and ready to clean our gutters and install gutter guards. We had used their services before for cleaning the roof shingles and removing moss which had grown over a few years on the shingles. Their work is first rate and prices very reasonable. Easy to work with very responsive to my texts messages. I am not worrying now about clogged gutters and downspouts. Let it rain let it rain.

The team arrived as scheduled and took care of business—unlike our previous service, the area around the gutters was kept neat and clean—you would never know that we had our gutters serviced. Vasko & his team are so quick, friendly, and affordable. We were able to get on their calendar within a few days of calling (even though it was a holiday weekend). It took less than 30 min for them to do the gutters, and to talk through/show me a few pics of my roof to keep an eye on. We use them each year and each year I appreciate how easy they make the process for me.

HiCleaners has been cleaning the gutters at our condominium for the past few years. They are on time, do the work efficiently and have a reasonable rate. They have also been doing the gutters for another home and do a great job. This year, the person who came, identified 2 areas of concern with the roofs. HICleaners recently worked on our historic colonial. In short, I'm very satisfied with all aspects of the job.

The team of 2, worked on: gutters cleaning, installing gutter guards and removing moss and completed it all under 1 day (focusing on quality, rather than rushing it).

On gutters cleaning - they took apart the clogged downspouts and cleaned the sections thoroughly, which is not what all vendors would do. Lastly, they put everything together well, without me having to make any corrections, like I had to do with other vendors.

Gutter screen looks very solid and is installed well.

Moss removal - they identified additional areas I was not aware of, and took care of everything for little added cost, and without any damage to surrounding plants.

Importantly, this being a historic home with older siding, I was glad to see ladders used did not go against the siding, avoiding any potential damages.

At the end, I'm very glad I picked this team, due to the quality, care, expertise, professionalism and competitive pricing. Highly recommending Vasko/Ivan and the team.

Vasko at HiCleaners responded to my inquiry re: gutter cleaning
within five minutes, provided a quote and an estimated date as to when the work would be scheduled. As it turned out, I was contacted the next day to say they could do the job that day--I also got a phone call when they were on their way.
