First off, Paulo was very responsive, polite and efficient. You can tell he’s very passionate about his business and is keen to do high quality work to keep his customers happy. Starting from the detailed breakdown of what each component of the project would cost, down to the paper it was printed on (I had to text him specifically just to tell him it’s the most high-quality paper I’ve ever seen a quote/contract printed on - people think little things don’t matter, but it leaves such a lasting impression when done well), we didn’t hesitate to pay the deposit since the communication and response time was excellent. Paulo turned up on the day he said he would with a very hardworking team who did a terrific job installing our cedar wood fence and reinforced gates. I Try to be a ‘relaxed’ client as much as I can, but little things bug me easily when it’s even remotely craft-related - their quality of work is already high above average by default, no qualms about that, but Paulo was such a good sport about getting things done Just right to calm my fussy standards (sorry Paulo and team, you guys were so patient!!). Not only that, any improvement I suggested was met with such a positive, self-improving attitude that I really have to highlight the fact in this review. What impressed me even more was the fact that little suggestions I made to make my fence/gate more customized to my everyday ease of use, Paulo has confirmed he will do for all his future clients because it would improve their use of their gate/fence as well - this is really fantastic attitude and also further cements our decision to support small, emerging businesses as a good one. Thanks Paulo for the fence and gate, our puppy is having a blast running leash-free in her backyard - she woofs her thanks too! I highly recommend Paulo for your fencing needs.

Paulo and his crew were professional and easy to work with. Great communication as well. Paulo even made a mini temporary fence so our dog won't escape the yard by going under the house while we have work being done. When his crew cleaned up, they accidently grabbed our garden hose. Paulo brought it back and gave us an additional new hose with a coupler so we can now water the backyard. Overall, highly recommend PR Fence and hope to work with him again on future projects. It was a great experience working with Paul from PR fence and landscaping. Paul took my call immediately, visited the property on the day of the call and gave me a very reasonable quote. He is very friendly and professional. He finished the job exactly on the date agreed upon and I was pleasantly surprised on how well the project came out. He fixed the panels and the fence and it looks amazing. They were promt to schedule an appointment for a quote, but at the time of appointment, Paulo was running late so he wanted to schedule for next day, I texted for the next day, he didn't reply or call to setup a new appointment.

Paulo and his team were excellent. Paulo was very responsive and helped us pick the right fence for our house. The job started as scheduled and was done quickly with the highest quality. His crew was friendly, professional and did great work. We love our new fence and working with PR fence was a great experience.

Paulo and his team from PR fencing did a great job. They showed up on time and when the installation was scheduled. The workers were personable and did a good job of cleaning the site when they were done. Paulo was available before, during and after the work was completed as well as follow up questions weeks after the job was completed. We had 100 feet of rusty, disgusting, old chain link fence replaced with 325' of feet of new, white vinyl fence in 2021. We got several quotes. PR Fence had the best pricing and availability. He came the same week we called to give us a quote. He also gave us a LOT of advice on which type of fence to choose and where to install it. His whole team was awesome. They came on time and when they said they would, and worked all day long to perfectly install a level and straight fence. They even washed down the fence after installing it so it was nice and shiny and clean when they were done! To top it off, they placed some grass seed in the dirt areas along the fence... couldn't even believe it!

I should have written this review last year when they installed our fence, but I forgot. Then, in April 2022, there was a hole in our fence because of a storm. I emailed Paulo, and his team came and fixed the whole the same week - no charge. On top of it all, Paulo is just a genuinely good human - which made the entire process all the more enjoyable. We give them 5 stars - you will not regret working with Paulo!

Found PR Fence because of the fantastic website...the option to use Google Earth to get a ballpark estimate prior to actual visit was great. Paulo kept in touch during process and supplied quotes for different fencing options. Had a couple questions prior to the actual installation and he got back to me on those as well. Price was fair in comparison to others and these guys did an excellent quality job. Friendly bunch of guys....

Paulo and his team were absolutely fantastic. Paulo was very quick to respond when we first reached out initially for a quote and he was honest, thorough and his pricing was more than reasonable. He was able to get the job done more efficiently than anyone other company we spoke with and we are so glad we ended up going with his company. We are so pleased with the quality of the fence and his team worked very hard over a few days to get the job done in the time period that they had promised. We had a few little things we reached back out about months after the fence went in and Paulo was again quick to respond, thorough and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the finished product. PR fencing company came and installed our back yard with chain link fencing. Paulo was always available to answer any questions in a timely manner and the two guys that did the work worked in 95-100 degree weather and finished the job on time. I’m so very happy with my new fence. I highly recommend PR fencing! 👍🏻

Our experience was challenging. It ultimately took three attempts before our fence reached an acceptable state. Several of the problems originated from how they handled a change order. Other issues were that of poor, and in some cases, dishonest workmanship. We appreciate that the team stayed committed through the process, but by the end we felt both exhausted and underwhelmed with the final result. Maybe these are things we won’t notice in time – scrapes and scuffs from multiple rounds of manipulation, instances of minor damage to the surrounding property. On a positive note, Paulo was respectful throughout, and communication was good, but overall, the experience was unpleasant and disappointing for us.

I got a similar quote from another company, but went with PR Fence. Had a better feeling, loved the detail of the quote with diagrams, and they also had a quicker turnaround time. Very pleased with the result. I had an old wood fence at my home in Medford that needed replacing. They had beautiful product options, and clear, responsive communications (especially because I'm temporarily living elsewhere, so they were in touch by phone and email). They showed up on time, did exactly what they said they'd do and then some! There were a couple gaps in my existing vinyl fence that they built custom connections too, including this barrier gate along the side of my house (pictured). I was previously using a baby gate so my dog won't escape. Now, he's safer and the gate looks a million times more attractive. They even filled in a gap by cutting vinyl and installing in a spot we didn't discuss, but he noticed (and all of this included in the original quote). That's "above and beyond," as they say. Paolo and the PR Fence team get my highest recommendation. So solid.
